Very easy to work with. Beautiful flowers for any budget

First of all, the flowers and arrangements were beautiful. They did a great job in the end.

I was planning my wedding from out of state and had a very hard time communicating with Chapel Hill. They rarely responded to emails, sent me an email quote that I couldn't open, then did not respond when I requested a copy & paste version. Very frustrating, since I was trying to stick to email so that we had written records.

My other issue was they they didn't seem very flexible. I was hoping for plain and simple arrangements, but couldn't seem to get them to conform to that. In the end, I just let them do what they wanted for arrangements, then requested individual flowers to arrange myself (the arrangements looked good, though they were more expensive than it should have been!).

My advice is to shop around if you have the time to see if other florists have better values!
