From the beginning I felt so confident that she was just as excited about my wedding as I was and I never once had to wonder whether our florals would be anything but gorgeous. She was so easy going and willing to work with our budget—and still went above and beyond time and time again to make sure no detail went unnoticed.


Rachel was so communicative and kept us up to date constantly on her vision for our flowers, and even more so when they started to come in and come together leading up to the wedding. She came up with fixes for last minute challenges and changes that I never would have thought of and handled everything so that I never had to panic.

Our wedding went topsy turvy with covid and Rachel became part of our new (flying by the seat of our pants yet trying to make our small wedding the real deal) plan. The flowers were incredible! You can easily see from the photos that the flowers are beautiful, but Rachel kept our budget appropriately small for our new intimate wedding and rolled with all of the madness amazingly with the best results. Despite little notice for the actual date and changes like a last minute arch addition, it was spectacular. Having her setup the tables was DEFINITELY worth it as well, she did a great job of making everything so elegant and immersively "wedding!" It was a truly treasured day.

Of all the incredible vendors I booked, Rachel is the one who texted me night and day the week of the wedding as flowers came in, making sure they were just what I wanted. Rachel is the one who worked with our teensy budget and pulled off MAGIC. Rachel is the one who, on the day, when we realized about an hour before the ceremony that the fake candles I bought wouldn't fit in the lanterns, starting ripping out literal pieces of metal off the lantern bases to make it work. She ALSO created a decadent piece for our sweetheart table, AND added flowers in beautiful little hanging vases behind our ceremony set up - BOTH OF THOSE JUST BECAUSE SHE HAD EXTRA AND WANTED TO MAKE MY DAY PERFECT! Literally not part of the contract, not something I asked for, just something she saw and wanted to make special. I am in AWE of her talent and over the moon for my flowers, but what sets her so far above and beyond is her customer service and the energy she puts into making your day great. Rachel is the best option.... PERIOD.... and I'll tell you why. I had a somewhat clear vision of what I wanted when I first spoke with Rachel. She was in New York and I was planning a wedding from across the country, remotely, in California. I was struggling with being far from all the action during the planning process, but Rachel made everything 100% transparent and simple for me and my husband. I showed her a couple pictures from my Pinterest board with the general direction I wanted my wedding to take and she asked all of the right questions to be sure that everything was correct down to the micro-details. She wanted to make sure that I had the wedding of my dreams that was stylized exactly to match my personality and theme. After months of sending me photos of inspirations that she discovered and arranged, I got to meet Rachel in person. She is so professional and really made me feel like not one detail would go under the radar. I knew I could trust her the minute I met her. Working with a very small budget... I never thought I could hire a florist that was actually creative and a visionary, but Rachel made my number work. She pulled together exactly what I wanted with the amount of money. She even GREW FLOWERS for my event in her yard. Come on......!!!! The day of my wedding, Rachel arrived on time and had everything ready to go when I needed it done. She dropped by and put on the groomsmen's boutonnieres & gave the bridesmaids their bouquets. She also arranged hair florals for me and made my doggie ring bearer a floral leash!!!! My life was destroyed when my husband sent me packing, after 13 years we have been together. I was lost and helpless after trying so many ways to get my husband back to me. After getting laughed out of other floral shops for my budget not even meeting their minimum, I found Centerpiece Floral/Rachel W and after talking with her for just 30 minutes I knew she would give unparalleled service and vision to my wedding day. Working with Rachel was just a dream. When it comes to floral design, she is incredibly thorough, imaginative and knowledgeable. She was so easy to communicate with via text, email and phone calls as we continued to brainstorm and evolve ideas based on what would be in season and in budget. I wanted to have black accents in my bouquet and Rachel took on this challenge with such enthusiasm, painstakingly experimenting with black floral options, and being so smart and savvy in finding the right flowers in season that fit with our look and our budget. Her enthusiasm and dedication for the pursuit of the perfect bloom was one of my most favorite parts of the wedding planning process. The week of the wedding, Rachel was texting me pictures of the bouquets and arrangements to make sure I liked the way everything looked or we could correct in real time. I never had any critiques, just fun excitement from getting all the previews! All of the floral arrangements turned out stunningly gorgeous. When I saw my bridal bouquet, it was like seeing my personality come to life in flowers. Rachel was just magnificent.

Hiring them will be the best decision you will make. The prices quoted by every other florist made me give up on having flowers at my wedding but I took a shot with Rachel and gave her my small budget. I was surprised that she could even work with me nevermind everything she was able to provide for the price. We paid for the delivery and setup (great choice) which took soooooo much pressure off us the weekend of the wedding. She had great little surprises like including lego pieces in my bouquet and my husbands bout (we're huge fans of legos). I gave her almost full creative freedom (I think I provided colors and approved things) and I fully recommend you do as well. During the week of the wedding she was amazing. She sent me pics of different blooms she saw to get my approval, even sent me a few different bouquet options the day before so I knew what to expect. She was on time the day of the wedding and truly professional. Even with my limited budget she managed to get me peonies and some of my favorite flowers for the wedding. Hire her, pay for delivery and setup (it's very reasonably priced), and give her full creative control.

From the moment I called the centerpiece I was treated with respect and excitement. Before I even signed the contract Rachel put so much work into showing me what kind of flowers she could use for my wedding that fit my budget. As the wedding got closer I heard from her even more frequently. The emails and phone calls exchanged were countless, it amazed me the detail she puts in to her work. She really loves weddings and flowers, it is extremely clear in her work (and emails time stamped at 2am).

I had a unique fall bouquet, it came out better then I could ever hope for. She found the most beautiful flowers that fit the look I was looking for. Everyone at the wedding adored the flowers. Rachel really works hard to find the flowers of your dreams. I really loved purple anemones, they were hard to find the week of my wedding and only 2 growers in the USA had them, Rachel was able to get them for me, and they were beautiful.
Rachel's excitment over flowers really made me excited about flowers. The week before the wedding she texted me some pictures of flowers and it just really added a lot of good excitment.
Also the amount that she cares about the bride and the couple is just amazing. She cared to get to know me and incorporated our elephant theme into the flowers.
The centerpiece floral is much more then a flower company it is someone to share your wedding excitment and dreams with.

Rachel, owner of the Centerpiece Floral Design was incredible. I spoke to a lot of florist while vendor shopping. Many of the vendors, were so quick to give me a quote and talk money. It seemed like that was all they really cared about. Rachel however, took the time to get to know me, she wanted to learn about my husband and I. She was so informative and gave such wonder suggestions. I should note, I live in Texas but got married in NY. Rachel made it so easy and made me feel at ease the entire process. We had multiple conversations, conference calls with my parents. She was so professional and organize. Being so far away, she made me feel confident and comfortable that everything would go well. My colors were a bit unique, I requested, Raspberry and Steal blue, with very few flowers falling into that color scheme, Rachel went above and beyond to make it happen, and even to stay in budget! I seriously cannot say enough about her! I feel like i had gotten to know her and consider a friend now! She is a great person, business owner and florist. I would highly recommend her!

Rachel is an amazing person. I used my flowers as the main decoration for my wedding. I gave her my budget and what an amazing job she did. She really has a passion for flowers. We used bold flowers, red roses and sunflowers and she tied them together so elegantly. After our first meeting I gave her complete control of the design and what a wonderful job she did. All my guest loved the flowers and wanted to take them home. Rachel really went beyond my expectations. She would send me ideas and I was really comfortable with her. She didn't show me anything that was not on budget and captured the essence of our wedding. If I have another event I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and would recommend her to all future brides.
