He is a professionally trained chef whose experience spans many types of cuisines ranging from American to European; from Caribbean to Southern and anything in between. With his special blend of spices coupled with his flare for dramatic presentation, he provides clients with cuisine which will marvel their guests--all of this done at reasonable costs.
