Angela and her team truly went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams. From the first moment we met, she immediately put us at ease, and her team did an incredible job of setting up, running the main event, and taking care of all the little details, from the popcorn machine to making sure my grandpa could get rides to the restroom trailer! When the catering company failed to clean up per their contract, her team stepped up to make sure everything was ready to be picked up the next day. Our wedding was at my parents' house, so I wanted to make sure they could actually enjoy the day, and Angela made sure that happened and more. Highly recommend!!!

We hired Love Birds Wedding Co. for your July 2024 wedding, the theme was Christmas in July. We had Angela as our coordinator, and I apologize I do not remember the other girl's name however, they are FAIRY GODMOTHERS!! Angela is the most amazing person I have ever encountered during my wedding process and without her I truly have no idea how my day would have turned out. She made sure my vision came to life, she was very laid back and professional, attentive, fast with her responses and also so fun. I had visions in my head about what I wanted things to look like and I tried my best to explain them to her and she brought them to life and made them even better than I imagined. My husband and I cannot thank her and this company enough for making our day so magical and memorable. Whatever you do, YOU NEED TO HIRE THESE LADIES FOR YOUR BIG DAY!!!

Love Birds made our wedding day a breeze and were so organized and helpful! My husband and I got married on New Year's Eve, and we had Angela and Rachel as our day of coordinators. I was able to completely relax the day of the wedding knowing that my decor, vendors, and all the small details were in the best hands. They helped us before, during, and after our wedding and were fun, considerate, and professional the whole time. On the day-of, they handled obstacles so calmly and quickly that many guests were completely unaware of any issues. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

We hired Love Birds Wedding Co for our wedding day coordination and it was honestly one of the best decisions we've ever made. Without much wedding experience, my husband and I thought it would be wise to have a professional around on our wedding day to make sure things run smoothly. We met with Cassie Shaver and knew right away that she and her team would take good care of us. Rachel Ryan reached out to us 4 months before our big day to introduce herself and her colleague Angela Macri, and to check in on our planning. Rachel was a huge help from then on, lending advice on our order of events, contacting vendors that weren't returning my messages, and making sure that we weren't feeling overwhelmed.

I was very impressed with their professionalism at our rehearsal. They both made sure to introduce themselves to our wedding party, took notes on where the decor should go, and worked with the party rental company to have our tent assembled in the correct location. On the morning of our wedding, Rachel texted me to see how I was feeling and reassured me that our day would be wonderful.

Things didn't go entirely as planned, which can be devastating on your wedding day, but it felt like nothing more than a minor inconvenience with Rachel and Angela on our side. When I arrived at the ceremony, they both came over to tell me that the power was out, meaning we couldn't use the microphone and speakers as planned, but they had already worked out 3 different potential solutions to the problem and had everything under control. Within a few minutes, we were right back on schedule.

After the ceremony, Rachel and Angela handled the delivery of our cocktail hour snacks, brought out s'mores supplies, and made sure that we and our wedding party were fed and hydrated. While we were with the photographer, they helped tidy up behind the scenes and moved decor from our ceremony to the reception venue.

At the reception, they introduced speakers, queued special dances, and organized table dismissal for the buffet. When we were surprised with another technical issue, they again tackled it calmly and had everything running smoothly with minimal disruption. They checked in with us throughout the reception to make sure we were ready for the next event, and gave us extra time when we needed it. As the night came to an end, they packed up all our things while my husband and I said goodbye to our guests.

I cannot speak highly enough of Rachel and Angela. Their personalities flow so perfectly together, and their quick problem-solving allowed us to have a stress-free wedding despite a few obstacles. They were genuinely such a joy to work with that it felt like they were family members who just happened to be coordinating for us. From the bottom of our hearts, we are so grateful.

What can I say about the Lovebirds Team? They were better than amazing. Cassie helped guide me from the start. Directing me to quality vendors and helping me stay focused every step of the way. Then Rachel took over as our point person. She ran the show, especially from the Rehearsal on. And on the wedding day, Emma was the personal assistant taking care of our every, while Rachel worked hard with the vendors and venue. We even had another team member, I believe her name was Gabby ( I am sorry I forgot, as it was right before the ceremony and my nerves were raw), but she waited for vendors and fixed my dress for the ceremony.
They were all so terrific and we are grateful that they were there for us on the wedding day to make it so wonderful!!

I cannot recommend the Love Birds Wedding Company enough!! Casey was very responsive and helpful while planning the wedding. She also has linens, cake/cupcake holders, arch and so on that we were able to use. Angela and Emma were our wedding day coordinators and were my saving grace. Any issue that came up that ensured to take action and I never had a clue. The entire day was so perfect and that is all thanks to them. When things got a little off track or ran behind they quickly changed the timeline to ensure we were able to fit everything in. They also made it a priority that myself and the groom was having the most fun, was eating, and had drinks in our hands throughout the night. We had our dog in the wedding and they also continuously made sure she was taken care of and made sure she had water. I was amazed in the morning to see everything cleaned up and in place which made packing up from home so easy! The small details they remembered even to making sure my car keys made it back into my room. If you want your wedding day to be stress free and be able to just enjoy the moment I definitely would recommend the Love Birds Wedding Company!
