Angela of Lovebirds Wedding Co. was an absolute lifesaver and the reason our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be! As our day-of coordinator, Angela went above and beyond to ensure every detail was flawlessly executed, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy every moment of our special day.
From the start, Angela’s communication was exceptional. She kept in touch with us and all of our vendors, making sure everyone was on the same page. Her professionalism and thorough planning were evident, especially during her site visit and the rehearsal the day before, where she guided us and everyone involved with ease and confidence.

We hired Love Birds Wedding Co. for your July 2024 wedding, the theme was Christmas in July. We had Angela as our coordinator, and I apologize I do not remember the other girl's name however, they are FAIRY GODMOTHERS!! Angela is the most amazing person I have ever encountered during my wedding process and without her I truly have no idea how my day would have turned out. Love Birds made our wedding day a breeze and were so organized and helpful! My husband and I got married on New Year's Eve, and we had Angela and Rachel as our day of coordinators. I was able to completely relax the day of the wedding knowing that my decor, vendors, and all the small details were in the best hands. I loved working with them (wish I could do it all over again!) and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a day of coordinator or any of their other wedding planning services. If you're unsure whether you need a day-of coordinator, stop here! TLDR; Rachel and Angela are absolutely incredible. They helped us before, during, and after our wedding and were fun, considerate, and professional the whole time. On the day-of, they handled obstacles so calmly and quickly that many guests were completely unaware of any issues. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

What can I say about the Lovebirds Team? They were better than amazing. Cassie helped guide me from the start. Directing me to quality vendors and helping me stay focused every step of the way. Then Rachel took over as our point person. She ran the show, especially from the Rehearsal on. And on the wedding day, Emma was the personal assistant taking care of our every, while Rachel worked hard with the vendors and venue. We even had another team member, I believe her name was Gabby ( I am sorry I forgot, as it was right before the ceremony and my nerves were raw), but she waited for vendors and fixed my dress for the ceremony.

While I only hired Lovebirds for the day-of services, I feel like I was coached the whole way through. Cassie was really generous as a soundboard and offered many of the services that I didn't want to spend additional money on (like a DJ). Really can honestly say that if it wasn't for Lovebirds, I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my wedding day as I did. All the vendors and families mentioned that it was easy to work with Cassie and her team. Just a delight. Cannot recommend enough! -

If you don’t choose Cassie and Rachel to help with your big day, you are missing out! Cassie and Rachel made our day so smooth and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Cassie was available anytime I needed to talk or run an idea by her. Rachel was fantastic for the rehearsal. They absolutely blew me away with their decorating skills. I basically handed them the pieces and they ran with it. It was pure magic. These ladies made my day so stress free. They even helped me with my little girls. They went so far above and beyond my expectations. I would get married again just so I can hire them back!! Thank you Cassie and Rachel for making our day so special! -

I seriously can't say enough good things about Cassie. She was friendly, professional, organized, totally calm but also in charge and everyone who attended the wedding and met her just loved her! As an out of state bride, I never had a chance to see my venue until the week of my wedding but Cassie had already scouted the location, met w/ my major vendors and knew the whole lay of the land. She took time (even VERY late at night) to answer all of my questions and address concerns leading up to the wedding. She was extremely responsive to all my texts, emails and phone calls. She was very thorough when going over all the expectations for the wedding and checking if I needed anything else. She was very helpful and friendly. Our guests raved about her. I'm glad she was there to make a timeline and to help with rehearsal. She is professional and she made sure all of our vendors were on time and on same page. Cassie was good at communicating with us and letting us know if there was a problem and how to fix it.
