5 stars is not nearly enough to describe how amazing Beth and her team were throughout the entire wedding planning process! From day one, Beth was kind, honest, professional, and just SO easy to bond with. She answered every silly question I had with no hesitation, made every single vision I had come to life (and I had a binder full of them lol!), gave me her honest opinions on what would and wouldn’t work, fixed my dress 30 minutes before the ceremony, and when a vendor cancelled on me a week before the wedding, she dove right in to help me find someone new while keeping me calm, cool, and collected!

I am someone who stresses about every little thing that can possibly be stressed over, and I can say with 100% honesty I was the most calm I have ever been for the entirety of wedding day and the week leading up to it. I full heartedly believe this is because I had Beth on my team. I would have a wedding every single weekend if it meant getting to work with Beth. If you’re looking for wedding planning or coordination, Utano Events is the way to go! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make our wedding day the most PERFECT day of our lives.

LeAnne made me feel comfortable the minute I met her. She was so easygoing and really made sure I was happy with my look. There weren’t many changes needed from the trial to the wedding day, which made everything feel so seamless. She was always happy to share her tips and was incredibly knowledgeable about her craft. She communicated so well throughout the entire process, and my bridesmaids were very happy with their looks as well.

Her calming vibes were especially appreciated on the wedding day and helped keep me level-headed during all the excitement. She was fantastic all around, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Hiring Beth was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. As a very detail-oriented (and admittedly control freak) bride, I wasn't sure I'd ever be able to fully relax on our wedding day. Beth is AMAZING at what she does. We could not have survived our wedding without her. She is confident, organized and very knowledgeable. She also brought a lot of fun energy! She helped us address a lot of little details we never considered. When we needed guidance she helped us figure out what we want. She directed us to other incredible vendors like our photographer. As it got close to the wedding she was always available and quick to respond. She even added an extra meeting when I was stressed and felt like I needed to make sure we were on the right path with getting things done. When I started to panic about decor she sent me photos and even doodles to help me envision it which was not only helpful but made me laugh. Her and her team made our day so amazing and memorable. I can't say enough great things about her. She instilled so much confidence that we just knew if anything happened she would take care of it. We had absolute faith and trust in her and she handled everything perfectly. She took so much stress off of us. The coordination was very reasonably priced and she helped with all the set up and break down which I found that to be not included with a lot of other places- worth every penny. After our wedding everything was packaged up right by the door so we just packed the cars and left. If you're on the fence, definitely book with this company, you'll be so glad you did!!!!

I will preface this by saying that I am not very good at event planning/emails/phone calls and was somewhat dreading wedding planning. I hired Utano Events/Beth for my day of coordinator (and later added on serving staff) at the strong recommendation from my venue. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that my wedding would not have happened without Beth! She caught so many things that I had missed during the planning process. She walked me through rental order estimates, contacted and verified details with all vendors so I didn't have to, made my decor ideas into reality...the list goes on. She has relationships with tons of vendors in the area, and if she didn't work with them before they were sure to let me know how much they enjoyed having her coordinate the wedding. If you are planning a wedding, I would highly recommend hiring Utano Events, and if you are using a more "DIY" venue that doesn't offer many services on site I would VERY highly recommend hiring them!! Worth every penny!

We booked Beth for day of coordination for our wedding. She did so much more than that, it felt!! Beth was incredibly helpful for the whole month leading up to the wedding, with coordinating other vendors, setting up timelines, and asking us questions about details that we never would have thought of but were absolutely essential to the day! Beth and her assistant Shania were incredible the day of. They set everything up for us and made sure all of the major events happened when they were supposed to. They put out fires that we didn’t even know were happening and were readily available anytime we needed them, even for the littlest things! Our day would not have run as smoothly or been as perfect without them! Would highly recommend booking Utano events for your wedding!

I booked day-of coordination, officiant services, and an extra month of planning support, and Beth delivered on all fronts. Even while navigating personal matters this past year, she was incredibly responsive and supportive — answering all my chaotic emails with patience and care.
