I can't say enough good things about Sarah and the Soiree team. We worked with Soiree for day-of event coordination and were beyond thrilled with the results.

Sarah and her team handled all of the venue set-up, oversaw different vendors as they arrived and coordinated with them as needed, handled all day-of logistics including run of show and making sure everything ran smoothly and on-time and oversaw breakdown, clean up and making sure the venue was back where it needed to be.

Our wedding day was genuinely stress free because of Sarah and her team. We were able to relax and not have to worry about anything taking place at the venue because Soiree had it covered. They were seamless in their execution and great to work with putting our family at ease knowing no one had to worry about anything that day.

Prior to the actual on-site work, Sarah was amazing to work with. She was responsive, kind, professional and extremely organized answering any of our questions or concerns, providing feedback and making us feel reassured in our planning. We got married away from where we lived and despite only one in person meeting prior to the wedding knew we were instantly in good hands.

While we only worked with Sarah for day-of, I'm sure her entire planning services would be of equal caliber. We can't thank the Soiree team enough for all their hard work, for being so fantastic to work with and for making everything come to life during our wedding.

We had Soiree help us plan our almost total DIY wedding and we COULD NOT have done it without the assistance of Sarah, Jen, and Annie. Their no-sweat, can do attitude regarding any and all of my super last minute requests ("can you find a mini speaker and mic for our rehearsal? ...which is tomorrow?" "do you have like, five large easels we could use?" "can you pick up three super sized sheet cakes and drive all across the county with them?") were met with a calm, resounding "no problem!"

Additionally, their vendor spreadsheets and input on the flow of the day really made both me and my mom feel much better. I would highly recommend their smiling faces to anyone. Thanks again, guys!
