Facilities and Capacity
A mix of indoor and outdoor spaces for events at Carmel Mountain Ranch Estate gives couples options for how to host their celebration. A ceremony can begin in one of the gardens before couples and their loved ones move to the Mountain View Terrace Room. From this exquisite space, it is possible to take in the vistas of the mountains soaring in the background. The many architectural elements featured throughout this room help make it an elevated gathering space. Crown molding along the walls and lofty ceilings creates a stately ambience while the neutral palette fits a variety of wedding themes. Above, understated chandeliers in a gold hue provide a sense of luxury. Outside, the Garden Gazebo and Aberdeen Lawn offer areas suited for vow exchanges as well as dancing and dining al fresco. Up to 500 people can be accommodated on Aberdeen Lawn while 200 can celebrate at the Garden Gazebo. The lush plant life and natural tones with manicured walkways provide countless photo opportunities. Dressing rooms are also available for either half of the wedding party for your convenience.

Perfect venue!
Me and my husband got married here on December 18th and we could not have asked for a better venue and staff. Nicole was lovely to work with, always responds immediately and was so great about answering all my questions. The staff was so helpful and kind, I highly recommend booking here! We loved every second of it. -

We just got married on November 6, 2021 at Carmel Mountain Ranch Estate and I couldn't imagine having our big day anywhere else!
We first toured CMRE in August 2020 as the first venue we toured! We knew right away it was the place for us! We locked it in only a couple of weeks later. From August 2020 through November 2021, Nicole was the most amazing person to work with. She answered all of my questions and was so communicative.
All areas of this venue are breathtaking. We were able to have our ceremony at the gazebo, our cocktail hour at the Estate Bar and our reception in the beautiful, open ballroom! The bridal suite was the most beautiful place to start my day, and my husband and his groomsmen had a great time in the groom's room. Both getting-ready rooms were so picturesque and look amazing in our photos!
And the food- WOW! I had the mushroom ravioli and it was to die for. We also had steak and salmon on our menu and all the guests raved about it.
CMRE felt intimate yet held our nearly 150 person wedding perfectly. It was romantic, stunning and the perfect place to start forever.

Carmel Mountain Ranch Estate was such a beautiful venue for our wedding! We got married on the Cypress Lawn and had the reception in the Mountain View Terrace room. It was magical! The planning process was easy, and Nicole was such a dream to work with! She is so patient, answered ALL my questions and made our dream wedding come true. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was, how kind and helpful the staff was, and how delicious their meal was. Thank you, Nicole and CMRE for making our wedding day so perfect!
