Tucked away in the heart of Ramona, California, Hidden Oaks is a secluded wedding ceremony and reception venue offering an enchanting escape. Nestled beneath majestic oak trees and surrounded by scenic landscapes, this magical setting blends natural beauty with organic charm. With its timeless character, tranquil ambiance, and breathtaking views, Hidden Oaks provides the perfect setting for weddings and special events—where unforgettable memories are made.

Facilities and Capacity

You can discover the amenities of Hidden Oaks with your loved ones. Rentals are for 15 hours, from 8.30 am to 10.30 pm, with music allowed non-stop and another hour for vendor cleanup and loadout. You may also enjoy four hours for a Friday rehearsal and load-in time. On your big day, you and your wedding party may use a get-ready room to relax and prepare. Ample parking is available for guests. Chairs, tables, and linens are available for 100 guests, with additional items for up to 200 guests for an additional fee.

Services Offered

Since we are a small private venue, we have limited availability and cannot accommodate all the interest we receive. So, for prime dates, do book quickly. However, we only schedule weddings less than 18 months in advance. Tours are conducted only by appointment upon completing the interest form through our website. So, please reach out to us there! We offer tours Monday through Friday or on Saturdays (depending on our event schedule), but the venue is closed on Sundays.

Hidden Oaks was a fairytale and Deb was a DREAM

I recently had my wedding at Hidden Oaks and my experience was INCREDIBLE. The venue itself was my exact vision and turned out GORGEOUS. We hired Deb to do our day of coordination and she did such a great job that I don't know anything that may have gone wrong that day! My guests were so happy with the way everything looked and was run that many said it was the most fun wedding they've ever been too!

Details:
1. Pre-wedding, Deb was very responsive to emails and did a great job helping me navigate hiring our other vendors, even the ones not on her recommended list. She gave us lists of questions to ask the vendors and looked over our contracts before we signed them
2. We had to postpone our wedding a year and Deb was more than accommodating. She was very flexible in planning the new date and didn't charge us any fees!
3. In the weeks leading up to the wedding Deb did an excellent job of making sure that we had given her every detail of our vision so that she could execute it day-of. We had several meetings, went through her 5-page checklist (which the organizer in me LOVES), and created a wedding day timeline together (which she then made sure was sent to everyone who needed it).
4. The day before she allowed us to come to the venue and set up some of the larger decor pieces (like our arch) and helped us walk our bridal party through the rehearsal. She went though all the details one more times with me to show me that she had it all under control and to try to get me to worry less.
5. The day was a dream. We showed up at her house in the morning and she had coffee ready for us and a space for us to get ready. We took cute pictures and took our time getting pampered. Then we headed down to the venue for the first look and I got my first peek at the decor. Deb and her staff had executed my vision perfectly, in a way a would never have trusted any other stranger to do. She made sure that me and my husband were taken care of all the rest of the day: wishing us luck before walking down the aisle, getting us drinks and food so we didn't get caught in the lines, and all the little things like fetching me my change of shoes when my feet got tired in heels and helping me get them on when I couldn't bend down in my dress.
6. Her staff cleaned everything up for us and put it nicely in the Uhaul we had brought everything in, so that the next day we just had to come to the venue and collect the last couple things and the Uhaul! So easy!

I can't recommend this venue enough. It's budget friendly (which is not true of a lot of other venues in the San Diego area, I did A LOT of research), they do an AMAZING job of organizing and coordinating everything, and my wedding turned out looking like the dream I had for it.
