Canyon Catering gave us amazing service and a delicious meal. We loved it, and our guests loved it. They had lots of great options for food and drink. They stuck with us and fixed the price even though we had to delay a year. Our tasting session was a beautiful lunch/dinner for us with far more food than we could eat, but we still got to taste everything. The creme brulee and the chicken & waffle cones are amazing. During our celebration, they made sure we got fed even as we interacted with all of our guests. All our guests loved the food. We highly recommend Canyon Catering for any event.

We chose Canyon Catering for our wedding because they were the most reasonably priced with a great selection! We originally booked them in 2019 when we were planning our wedding for 2020. The food tasting was SO FUN, and definitely a highlight of our planning journey.

Once COVID hit, Canyon was incredibly kind in letting us keep all of our original plans and moved our wedding date with us three different times. While many vendors were charging to move dates, Canyon did not and that was a huge blessing to us.

When it came to finally having our big day in 2021, Christina (our vendor contact) was great at confirming all details and special requests we had. I loved that they had accommodations for guests with food sensitivities, and allowed my husband and I to get a different dish then what we were serving our guests since it was our special day! I also wanted to serve donuts as our dessert and Christina was great at helping me find a budget friendly option.

Our guests loved the food and had nothing but great things to say about the service. We enjoyed it so much we hope to use Canyon for our catering needs in the future.

We loved working with Canyon! Christina was our rep, and we had so much fun with her during our tasting (and took home so much amazing food!). Canyon was creative, flexible, and provided incredible advice the whole way through. Plus, they went above and beyond every step of the way. When we had to move our wedding they were one of the few vendors that actually called and talked with us to figure things out, and were so sympathetic with our situation and date change. We love this family and this family-owned company!

Christina helped my fiancé and I design a wedding brunch menu and every step of the way she was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. The whole Canyon Catering team works their hardest for each customer and that really shows through in all that they do! Their food is AMAZING and so delicious. They take care to make sure that when it's served and wherever it's served it is fresh and delicious for everyone who eats it. Even amidst changing COVID-19 guidelines, which can be incredibly hard on the wedding industry and especially catering businesses, the Canyon Catering team made sure to continue their top-notch service and keep in touch with us through all of our worries and changes. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone's wedding or event and hope to work with them again in the future!

Sandy Cooper and Maggie McDowell worked with us to plan a menu that fit our needs. The Canyon Catering Staff was on time and set up the room based on our request. The food was delicious and served in a very professional manner. Overall, Canyon Catering exceeded our expectations and was a great value !

Great tasting food with a ton of options. Excellent service. Good pricing. The tasting was just us as opposed to some group tastings. Guests were raving about the short ribs, deserts, and appetizers for days after the wedding. The staff had timing perfect, were friendly, and handled any last minute requests.

Our contact was Christina, who worked our wedding from the beginning of the tasting process before we had decided to use Canyon, our site walkthrough, telephone calls and text messages, and the actual execution of the wedding. It was a joy to work with her every single time.

Canyon’s team was great the day of our wedding. They had worked our venue before, but they were fully prepared in advance through walkthroughs and conversations with our planner. Our venue had extremely finicky requirements of all the vendors, but Canyon had no problem satisfying those and keeping them happy. Food was great, the service was wonderful, and I felt like they were the most comprehensive set of food and service for our price point. I heard from guests that they were extremely good about bringing by hors d'oeurves and wine. Absolutely great and worth every penny.

They were also very nice and attentive in general. We had a different vendor show up late because of traffic, and the man was sweating incredibly profusely because he began running around setting things up when he arrived. Canyon has such attentive people that one of their servers came by with a stack of napkins so he could dry himself off. It was a really nice and thoughtful thing to do for a man in dire need.

Christina even wrote us a thank you note after thanking us for the gratuity we left, every cent of which was well deserved. Highly, highly recommended.
