Putting a wedding ceremony together was more stressful than hiring a wedding photographer itself! Hiring Canvas New York Photography was a decision that I could not regret. Fahad displays the utmost highest level of professionalism in his artwork while at the same time makes sure you are having fun in the process. The 3 day wedding we had happened so fast, but you can definitely remember how beautifully every scene was captured in Fahad's work. Looking at the pictures now, it feels like it was a romantic movie with a happy ending. My wife and I are very satisfied and are forever grateful for Canvas New York Photography, and most definitely recommend as your next Wedding Photographer.

Fahad is simply put: the best! He shot our editorial concept engagement shoot and captured our vision perfectly. From start to finish, he is extremely professional and even puts his own spin on things. He worked tirelessly and made numerous edits beyond what he had promised originally, One of his best qualities is his openness to critique, collaboration, and combining esthetics. He is brilliant behind the lens, and an even sweeter person without it. Having become a friend now, I would recommend him without reservation to all of my closest friends and family!

I can write an Essay on how absolutely awesome Fahad was. Our first shoot was the engagement shoot where Fahad was able to capture some amazing pictures ( I actually looked like a model lmao). At times we didn’t even realize that he was taking pictures of us. I loved the fact that the pictures were not “posed” they were natural which made them more special. He was able to showcase our love through our natural body language. All he did was guide us in the right direction.
I had a very crazy 4 day traditional Sikh wedding and Fahad was there to capture every single precious moment. He actually took the time to understand the traditions, customs and what was important to us. He cared about our feelings and did everything to ensure the perfect shots were taken. He turned into more than just a vendor; we were so comfortable with him that he turned into an awesome friend. Fahad is hands down the best and most creative photographer I have personally ever met. I’m pretty sure I’ll never need to hunt another event photographer ever again. If you decide to go with Canvas best believe you are in very caring and highly talented hands.

Canvas was amazing in getting our editorial pictures for our engagement shoot. We did 2 days worth of photography (two different styles) and they turned out to be amazing! I would say he is one of the best in the East Coast. Highly recommend if you want magazine worthy photos done.

Fahad has his own imagery and vision for his photographs, so if you like his portfolio and the type of imagery and scenic landscapes that he does, then you will be floored. He does exactly what he sets out to do and you will get very similar images as his portfolio, so he is consistent. Only comment is that if you have very specific photos that you want that you do not find in his portfolio, be sure to vocalize that! Other than that, great service.

Extremely easy to work with but I'm celebrating my one year anniversary today and still don't have prints of the pictures. Really disappointing because I thought Fahad was going to be much better when I first met him. once again, really easy to work with but if I can't have the product that I paid for a year later...then the easiness isn't really worth it anymore. Look elsewhere if you don't wanna be dealing with getting your wedding pictures 1 year later.
