The resort is an idyllic atmosphere nestled in the valley of the Catskill mountains, you will have 23 private acres of farmland that will provide a picturesque backdrop for your ceremony and countless events throughout the weekend.

The hotel has 63 rooms (sleeping 148) , across 5 buildings, all conveniently located to one another. The main building, Boarding House, holds the Lobby, the Bar, Conover Club Restaurant, the Cafe, Farm House Room, and Sun Porch. Just behind the Boarding House is our outdoor Biergarten. Continue down the property to our King Sized Pool and Pool Bar. The property is designed for a multitude of activities and events for you and your guests throughout the weekend.

Our beautiful Barn, across the street, can hold up to 200 people for a wedding reception, with a deck and lawn that is perfect for the post ceremony cocktail reception. The ceremony site is just past the barn, down a wooded path, that opens into a grassy clearing by the North Branch River.

Wedding events that can be held at this venue include engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, elopements, ceremonies, and receptions. This venue’s staff can assist you with catering, bartending, vendor coordination, accommodation, setup, and cleanup for your wedding. You may make use of get-ready rooms, lighting, tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, glassware, and barware. The peak season for this resort stretches from May through October.
