My daughter H and I hired Emma B very early in the planning process. H and her fiance knew they wanted a mountain wedding but were open to a variety of locations and venues. Emma helped us explore options in northern NH, VT and the Berkshires before selecting the most beautiful spot in southern VT. Emma has been the best planning partner - professional and accommodating, punctual while flexible, creative and pragmatic. Her demeanor is so comfortable and approachable, including and especially throughout the wedding weekend. During the entire the process, we felt in capable and supportive hands. She provided the most fun linens and table setting options while keeping an eye on the budget. We can't recommend Emma enough, she is a complete pleasure to work with.

Emma was a godsend! She was so helpful in the planning process, and made it so we didn't have to worry about a single thing day-of. We were both able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day! I highly recommend working with Emma.

Where do I even begin!

By Emma B was beyond extraordinary. My only goal when we got engaged was that I wanted to enjoy the ENTIRE process, with as little stress as possible, so one of the first things I did was reach out to Emma and because of her, a fun planning process was more than attainable.

From the very first meeting with her, I knew all of our wedding dreams were in good hands. She was attentive to every detail throughout the whole process, an amazing communicator, and overall, I always felt like she had our backs. I have such fond memories of our wedding planning process, and always looked forward to our meetings and site visits.

Our wedding day itself was absolutely magical. I knew Emma would do a great job, but I was still blown away - from the tent design (beyond amazing), to her seamless organization for day of coordination, to cleaning up so we didn't have to lift a finger, she worked her magic. I would be the first to say that our wedding day timeline was on the complicated side - we did a first look with private vows, followed by an intimate wedding ceremony with only bridal party and our parents, followed by a big reception of ~175 people, all taking place over the course of the whole day and between my parent’s and Tom and I’s properties. Emma navigated this flawlessly through out planning process and the day of (despite rain showers!). All of our guests were also able to enjoy themselves to the fullest because of Emma and her team's hard work.

Every single one of our vendors that Emma found/recommended was beyond perfect - they were all very professional and did an amazing job. I knew whoever Emma recommended I could trust.

Tom and I described our wedding vision once, (and vaguely!) at one of our first meetings, and it was like Emma could read our minds and brought that dream to life. I still get chills thinking about it...thanks to Emma and her incredible team it was a dream come true! I can't even believe it was real.

Emma not only put all of our nerves at ease, she also quickly became a friend. I cannot recommend By Emma B enough! It was by far the best decision I have ever made, second only to agreeing to marry Tom ;)

Emma B is the sweetest, most artistic, organized, and pleasant person you could ask to plan your wedding. We had initially hired her for rentals and more of a general "artistic design" but after postponing our wedding due to COVID, and having two children, it became apparent that we would need ALL the help to make the wedding a reality. We got Emma on board for full planning services and have ZERO regrets. Emma was pleasant, responsive to questions, open to ideas, and brought our vision to life. She worked tirelessly during our whole wedding weekend, including the day of the rehearsal, making sure there was not a single detail missed. On our wedding day she literally treated me like royalty. I felt so confident and relaxed knowing that she would handle everything...it was seamless and absolutely beautiful. I will truly miss working with her and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs a little extra help making their day exactly what they imagined it would be!

We met Emma when touring a venue we ultimately did not end up choosing, but she was so knowledgeable, professional and we clicked with her right off the bat - so we hired her to help us plan and coordinate our wedding at another venue.

I am not the most organized person, especially as a bride. Emma was by my side through the whole planning process to ensure that everything was on track. When I would get a crazy idea (I am a wedding photographer so it is easy to get inspired by things I see when working) she would steer me back to our original vision, keeping things beautiful and cohesive. Her advice on the small details that I would never have thought of on my own, made our wedding feel unique.

On our wedding day, plans changed SIGNIFICANTLY and a lot of decisions had to be made. We knew we could trust Emma to make decisions for us so we could enjoy the day and know everything was taken care of. Going into planning my wedding, I was unsure if hiring a wedding planner was worth the expense, let me tell you right now - the peace of mind throughout the entire process, especially on the big day, was worth every penny.

If you’re reading this it’s likely because you’re considering hiring a wedding planner. Do yourself a favor, take a deep breath, and relax. Look no further and book your MOST IMPORTANT vendor NOW before she’s booked for the most exciting weekend of your lives. If you do, you’ll be lucky enough to end up in a far better spot than you ever realized you could be. You know the game, would you rather? Here’s the wedding edition: Would we rather our DJ not show up, or it rain, or our photographer’s camera breaks, or we run out of food, or Emma isn’t a part of our day? I would rather all of the first things COMBINED, over not having Emma. Mostly because I know Emma would be able to absolutely fix each and every one of them somehow. So, sure, Emma is an incredibly talented and bright professional, and that will benefit you tremendously on your big day. But weddings are not planned, nor experienced in a day. Emma excels in the journey and build up to the finish line, until she knocks it out of the park on game day. You could not be in better hands than to be working with byEmmaB.
We would consider this to be somewhat of a grassroots type of review. To be honest, we had foolishly not initially planned on hiring a wedding planner, thinking we could handle it all and had plenty of time to do so, and first met Emma when she was previously employed as a wedding coordinator at our venue. On our initial meeting, our weekend was plenty chaotic, with our four parents in tow, and Emma immediately built our confidence with her calm and polite demeanor, coupled with her focused, detail oriented planning and vision. Perhaps the only thing Emma can’t plan is a pandemic, and while she was supportive of our cautious optimism to proceed as initially planned, she proactively re-booked our entire wedding weekend plans for the last remaining available weekend the following summer. Emma’s necessary, forward thinking proved monumental as our optimism was overtaken by our realization of the inability to host a nearly 200 person event as envisioned in the summer of 2020. During this time, Emma moved on from her role at our venue and established her own business, which is the perfect fit for her creativity, motivation, and abilities. While she transitioned us into a new team at the venue as smoothly as she could, it was readily apparent to us that our wedding experience was not going to play out to be the same without Emma at the helm, even though she had essentially already planned it all. We needed her back.
Emma graciously took our call, and returned to see through and close out what instantly became the most memorable and fun weekend of our journey together yet. Emma’s passion and skill in her job shines through in everything she does. It is rare to work with such a talented individual who is exceling in their career and somehow all of her talents do nothing but benefit you along the way. Regardless of what your desires entail, she is built to personalize the experience, and takes enjoyment in the process. Whether timelines are going smooth, or an inevitable odd or last minute curveball pops up, Emma is there, physically and strategically, to propel you above and beyond your anticipated comfort and enjoyment level. Emma’s focus and direction translate to smiles and flawless action when it’s time to perform. While she proved to us from Day 1 why she is a special necessity, many of our guests were quick to say our wedding was the most fun one they had ever attended, and numerous guests commented on their level of enjoyment throughout the entire weekend thanks to the energy and perfection Emma displayed to make every moment worth remembering not only for us as newlyweds, but for our family and friends as well. Simply put, Emma is an intangible to your wedding experience that only those wise enough to book her can be fortunate enough to experience. The sky is her limit and no challenge appears to challenge her, so again, do yourself a favor and get Emma booked before you’re stuck left wishing you did. And then you can join us in cheering along an incredible human who inadvertently became a lifelong friend of ours.

Of all the vendors I booked for my wedding, Emma was my absolute best decision! After starting to plan my wedding in northern NH from D.C. by myself for a few months, I realized I needed help with finding vendors and bringing designs to life with ~9 months to go. I found Emma on Instagram (check her out, its beautiful) and lucked out when she ended up being available for my date (June 5th 2021). From the start, we had regular check via Video Conference, text, email.. Instagram, Pinterest.. really ALL the avenues to make sure that we found the perfect vendors and a vision coming together. Emma was always professional, organized, calming.. and kept us on track which is really what we needed when planning remote. And she has a fantstic list of connections and rentals you can use for your NH special day! Fast forward to a few months out - I was sooo impressed with her ability to coordinate with our venue, handle little crisis's that pop up, and complete our final walk through to make it special. And then finally, weekend of - Emma was there first thing setting up, cleaning, organizing, making sure everything was planned out the day before. The day of, while everyone was getting ready I'm sure there were a million little things going wrong, but I never knew or had concerns because she was always checking in with me, or handling things on her own. If you want your wedding day to be stress free, BEAUTIFUL, filled with fantastic vendors and a fun planner who has your back in all things - you need Emma!

We had a magical wedding weekend due in large part to the amazing support provided by Emma. She has the rare combination of being hardworking and reliable, while also smart, kind, and creative. Due to Covid changing our plans, we postponed our large reception and instead put on a smaller event in New Hampshire. The entire weekend was planned from afar in just 5 weeks thanks to Emma's ability to guide us through the details and move quickly to get a lot of things done, and done well. She provided ideas and options when we needed suggestions and was receptive to the specific ideas and needs that we had. She was also able to engage other needed vendors on our behalf and follow through on ensuring they were also up to the high quality standard she holds herself to. During the wedding day itself she was onsite from early in the morning to long into the night, going above and beyond to make sure everything was just right so we could relax and enjoy the day.

While our wedding had only 20 people, it included all traditional components of outdoor ceremony with decor, cocktail hour, dinner, music, and dancing. Emma was such a capable and friendly person to work with that if it were possible to have her manage our 175+ event in 2021 we certainly would (alas it will be held out of state).

We would recommend her to anyone and encourage you to give her a call if you're considering a wedding in the region.

She stayed on top of everything, stayed organized and made sure we were on schedule for everything. Came in early and stayed late to make sure everything went according to plan.

Emma made our wedding a dream come true! We got married at Adair Inn in Bethlehem, NH. From start to finish, Emma was right by our side helping us with everything from colors to flowers to placement of items and more! Emma is very familiar with vendors in NH and that made it easy for her to recommend folks. She has a great eye for design ideas and overall wedding style. The days leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day Emma was there in-person to help with everything and to make sure all went as planned — from the welcome reception to the wedding. She kept us calm and didn’t miss a detail. There were a little things that we noticed after the wedding that she did to make our day that much better! For one example (We have many more!) — The tags on our favors were not staying put so she went above and beyond and put double-sided tape on those tags to make sure they stayed in place and looked great! We had no idea she did this until the day was over, but she took care of it and we didn’t even have to think about those little details! We would absolutely work with Emma again, and would not have wanted to work with anyone else to plan our special day!
