We loved having Henny as our wedding baker! The presentation of the desserts looked incredible, we got great feedback from guests on how everything tasted, and Henny was excellent to work with. She was responsive and flexible and it was easy to create the plan for the day and then let her run with it. We would absolutely recommend her!

Thank you Henny B for making such delicious cakes for our wedding! We did two tests for the cakes since we couldn't’ decide and Henny was understanding and happy to accommodate. She completely understood our vision and did a gorgeous job executing it. It was simple but elegant and most importantly tasty! We loved our wedding cake so much and similarly loved working with Henny. She is so lovely and was so easy to work with, and so understanding when we postponed our wedding date due to COVID. She made it super easy for us to switch to our new date and was always on top of emails and was so responsive and timely. We had a wonderful tasting with her and decided on a three tier semi naked cake with two lemon cake layers and one chocolate cake layer, with raspberry filling throughout and lemon curd between the lemon cake layers. It turned out AMAAAAZING — I couldn’t stop eating it during our cake cutting at our wedding! All of guests were talking about the cake. It was so moist and delicious and so fresh. And it was absolutely beautiful!!! It matched our vision perfectly. She also allowed us to rent her cake stand for our wedding, which made things so easy for us. Thank you everything, Henny!!

Henny was great! I initially found her on Instagram as a fantastic option for your northern NH wedding. She was easy to work with, the tasting cakes were BEAUTIFUL... and delicious.. (hard choice!) and she was happy to work with us on matching a vision we saw on Instagram and bring it to life!

We are so thrilled that we went with Henny for our wedding cake! She was immediately responsive to inquiries when we were searching, and generously set up a tasting for us to decide. We asked to do it fairly early because we weren't as local (2+ hrs away), and she obliged and had a few mini cakes prepared for us. Best breakfast ever!

Henny was very easy to work with. I provided her with a Pinterest photo of what I liked and she recreated it flawlessly. She also made the process easy by picking up the greenery needed herself, coordinating with my florist to make sure she had extra flowers for the day, and renting us a cake stand we could easily return. We also found that her prices were very competitive and more affordable than other bakers we evaluated.

Most of all, cake should taste good, and we LOVED the chocolate with vanilla buttercream creation. I actually ate a second piece with my fingers because I couldn't be bothered to find a fork. You won't regret working with her!

She is very transparent about the different options available and does her best to get creative with you to achieve the outcomes you want while cutting down unnecessary costs .

The cakes she created for us were so beautiful, so tasty, and super moist. We gave her some thoughts on our big tiered cake which she executed flawlessly, and then she pulled off lovely, creative ways to display our smaller cakes.

My husband even said afterwards - ""We should just get cakes from Henny for any occasion coming up. 4th of July? Let's get a cake!"""

Amazing! I showed Henny a picture of the cake I wanted and she nailed it! She worked with a local florist to get the flowers and greens I wanted. It was exactly what I wanted and it tasted amazing! Thanks so much, Henny!

No matter the style, size, flavor, or timeline--she nails it!! We were so fortunate to have my dear friend make our wedding cake. She could not have been more professional, helpful, responsive , or creative with our wants and needs. This CAKE WAS A HUGE HIT!
