Full Facility: For a truly magical experience, consider renting the whole facility starting at 5 p.m. This unique opportunity allows your guests to exclusively enjoy every square inch of the facility without the public present.

Wings of the Tropics Conservatory: Perfect for an intimate ceremony with a butterfly release, our 7,200 square-foot tropical rain forest not only serves as a home to 1600 butterflies from around the world, it also displays 200 plant species and creatures such as fish and turtles who call this place their home. Please note, the conservatory is not available in the evenings from November to mid-March

Monarch Hall: This an ample and fully customizable open space located near our Discovery Gardens. The open floor plan and neutral colors are perfect for the DIY savvy or, if you prefer, work with our vendors to create a one-of-a-kind experience for your event! The space boasts hard wood floors, windows overlooking our outside gardens.

Discovery Gardens: Enjoy the look and feel of an English garden complete with a babbling brook, lily pad pond, a variety of seasonal flowers, lush foliage, two (2) gazebos and an amphitheater. The charm of the floral landscape is breathtaking, and a multitude of seasonally changing blossoms provides the perfect backdrop for photo opportunities.

West Lawn: Located on the west side of our facility, this large grass area can be programmed to manage private parties, or can be utilized as another area for outdoor dining and activities for your attendees and guests.

Services Offered

Butterfly Pavilion private events team consists of an Event Manager, and additional event staffing are available. When you enlist the guidance of our preferred planners, they will create your event according to your vision and will work alongside you throughout the process of planning and managing your special event.

Our exclusive and preferred caterers and entertainment will add creativity and elegance while enhancing your private event.

Our venue facility provides tables and chairs for up to events of 175 guests, which can be used for your event. To elevate the event even further, audio and visual equipment, such as microphones, projectors, screens, and more, are available.

Great Venue!

I had a strict budget when planning my wedding. I wanted to help the venue to be able to create new programs for kids, which special events allow Butterfly Pavilion to do. Loved that the butterfly release was part of the wedding package. Original cost was 945. I got the security deposit back.

I cannot thank the Butterfly Pavilion and Erin Harty enough for making sure my wedding went off without a hitch! This venue is beautiful, affordable, and the money they make through weddings goes to further their educational programs and environmental work!
