Brûlée Catering was able to give us the wedding of our dreams. Any great wedding starts with good wedding food, and we were pleasantly surprised with everything that Brûlée was able to provide. From the hors d’revers, to the bartenders, to dinner service, everything was elegantly presented and tasted delicious. We personally ordered the short rib and coq au vin for our wedding dinner and all of our guests were floored with both our choices. They have an incredible system in which each table has their plates passed out and collected in under an hour. I would say if dinner started at 8, by 8:45 everyone at 14 tables had completed their meals and plates were all cleared. Impressive, considering at other Philadelphia weddings we have attended, you may not eat for hours or the food is not cooked correctly. The amount of food provided was exactly that was required. There were not thousands of appetizers where no one ate their dinner but there was also enough where everyone after cocktail hour, dinner and dessert, left extremely satisfied. With Brûlée the food was perfect from beginning to end is the main choice of why we chose the location of our wedding.

As for the planning process, we worked with Alysha. Sadly, she is leaving the company but Brûlée should be kicking themselves for it! Alysha is incredibly hard working, had a lot of knowledge, great attention to detail and a lot of recommendations. Brûlée as a whole was incredibly accommodating with being flexible with their payment schedule, ensuring all our details were executed and modifying menu options. They had a beautiful tasting process where we got to meet and greet with all of the chefs developing the recipes. They provided us with ample choices with all of our linens. Lastly, they created an in-depth presentation with everything about our day, and scheduled multiple meetings with us to make sure every last detail was reviewed.

We only had a few complaints from our wedding planning process. One would be the speed in which some of our inquiries were answered. However, as we got closer to our date, those issues vastly improved. Secondly, was the wedding rehearsal. It seemed as though Brûlée’s relationship with the public library had some issues. It made scheduling the rehearsal somewhat stressful. Ultimately, we just told the library and Brulee when we were having it and they obliged, but it was not without some push back. Lastly, would be the exclusivity of the tent vendor with Brûlée. Luckily, we rolled the dice and had a clear day, but the exorbitant price of the tent’s deposit would be a hard one to swallow.

In all, we would definitely recommend The Free Library of Philadelphia to anyone. The staff, food and views alone is enough to take your breath away, and Brûlée’s involvement only enhanced for what was an unforgettable evening and wedding day.

Working with Brulee on creating the wedding of my dreams truly was a pleasure. Wedding planning is obviously stressful, however, I felt like I could rely on the Brulee team and coordinate and execute. The food was plentiful and delicious. I especially loved the homemade pretzel they made with my husband and I's initials; what a special surprise!

Special shout out to Faith who took on the position of lead coordinator only a few months prior to my wedding. She quickly caught up and truly delivered on the day. I had very high expectations for my wedding day and they completely went above and beyond my wildest imagination!

Bianca and her Brulee team for the Liberty View at the Independence Visitor Center absolutely nailed everything for our June 2023 wedding. Bianca was very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. Brulee was able to accommodate our many vegetarian guests with a delicious curry that got rave reviews. The food and drink throughout our wedding reception were delicious and the service was absolutely top-notch. We are so happy we were able to work with Brulee on our dream day!

We had our wedding at the Museum of the American Revolution in August 2023, and Brulee far exceeded all of our expectations. Throughout the planning process, they were super accommodating to all of our requests, no matter how big or small. On the day of our wedding, the only way to describe the day was pure magic. We had numerous guests tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Not only is the museum venue stunning and fun in and of itself, but Brulee is a well-oiled machine that makes everything run smoothly from start to finish. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful, and professional. They executed everything we asked them to do perfectly, and they went above and beyond. The food was the best wedding food we've ever had. It was delicious, and the entrees came out fast (and piping hot!). Not a single detail we discussed with them was overlooked, even down to the small things like placement of drink stirrers and cocktail napkins. Even all the table linens were ironed nicely. We were truly blown away by Brulee thanks to Lorena and the entire team. There's nothing we would have changed or done differently thanks to their flawless execution. Everything that Brulee Catering did was first class. Their staff were courteous, responsive and friendly. John who ran the kitchen staff and Carol in charge of the over all operation were very professional and attentive. We are extremely happy we chose them for the wedding.

Brûlée catered our wedding at the Museum of the American Revolution in Philadelphia in November 2022. We cannot say enough good things about them. From the very beginning, Stacy guided us through the planning process and made everything simple and enjoyable. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The food was excellent — our guests gave tons of compliments — and the day-of staff were amazing. The venue was stunning, and the Brûlée team made sure everything was set up just as we had planned.

Everyone at Brûlée worked hard to make our day extra special and wonderful, and we could tell that they took great pride in their work. If you’re considering Brûlée catering and/or a Brûlée venue for your wedding, absolutely do it! You will not regret it. They are absolutely fabulous!

We had our wedding at Liberty View in Old City, where Brulee Catering is the exclusive caterer for the space. We worked with Bianca in the months leading up to the event and she was amazing. Super responsive and helpful with ideas and suggestions. I was one of those DIY brides with decor and Bianca and Brulee and the Liberty View team were super helpful with coordinating placement, drop-off, setup, and take down. We even did a tablescape meeting, which I don't think is normal unless you have a planner/designer. Overall, the evening was amazing. The Brulee team were fantastic with cocktail hour and the reception.
The food was amazing. They were able to coordinate a vegan entre option and a few vegan stations for cocktail hour, which several of our guests were very thankful for.

Carol Short and the entire team at Brulee Catering were the best. They made planning our wedding day so easy and such a great experience. On the actual day all the food was delicious and anything we needed or wanted they made sure we had. If you are looking for a catering company for your wedding or anything other big event, I would recommend this company hands down!

I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Brûlée catering! Our tasting was perfect and Lynnelle sat and ate with us and talked about wedding plans which calmed my anxiety so much and she’s just fabulous! The food was out of this world(I recommend the braised short ribs, they’re unreal), I truly don’t even have words each thing we ate was better than the next, the Chef, Pierre is simply an artist when it comes to food and was so nice!
We went with the slider station at cocktail hour which was a big hit and I honestly had been looking forward to the flambé donut station since we scheduled our wedding over a year and a half ago and let me tell you, they did not disappoint and all of our guests loved it! Something that was really awesome was they told us to include a line for dietary restrictions on the RSVP cards for our guests to fill out and I think everyone really appreciated it, especially my husband and I because we wanted EVERYONE to be able to enjoy the food and they made that possible! You seriously cannot go wrong with Brûlée catering company!!
