We are blown away by how amazing and essential Broadly Entertaining was to our perfect wedding. They were so friendly, personable and cheerful. They took the stress out of planning and helped us work through the logistics in a fun and easy way. The music was amazing from the first song to the last. The dance floor was raging all night! Giana was a true entertainer and host - keeping the crowds laughing and having a good time. They were professional but also personable, welcoming, thoughtful, organized, so much fun and worth every penny to make our day so special.

Giana and Jamie are INCREDIBLE to have by your side for wedding planning. Both of them were so involved in different parts of our process from beginning to end. They were always accessible and easy to get a hold of when we needed something. They did a great job of making sure we stayed on track and in budget. Giana was our day of coordinator and she was able to handle everything without a hitch. She worked great with all of our other vendors to help create the day we were dreaming.

Jamie from Broadly Entertaining was friendly, thoughtful, and communicative right from the beginning of our correspondence about hiring an officiant for our June 2022 wedding. Broadly Entertaining had several potential people and lined up zoom chats with each for us (we were planning long-distance), and each person was delightful, prepared, and wanted to help us find the right fit. We had a hard time deciding because we liked each of them so much! We picked one person, but then they ended up getting a theater national tour gig and so Jamie stepped back in to both write our ceremony and find us a new officiant (assuring us that if she couldn’t, she would fly from Texas to NY to officiate personally at no additional cost to us). Jamie found Monique, set up a call to make sure we were comfortable, and helped keep everything moving smoothly. We exchanged several drafts of the ceremony with Jamie and she was always receptive to our feedback, while providing thoughtful suggestions as well. Monique was great about keeping in touch around details, showed up early and pitched in to get last-minute spacing figured out for the ceremony. Monique was so personable and welcoming and the ceremony was really lovely. So many people came up to us all evening complimenting us on the ceremony and assuming that we had known Monique for years despite having only met via zoom before our wedding day.

Overall, Broadly Entertaining was great to work with: super on top of things and checking in with us, happy to help us think through ways of bringing in our different religious upbringings (Jewish and Protestant Christian) that felt meaningful without being overly religious. We highly recommend them as officiants if you are looking for someone who isn’t explicitly religious in background but is happy to help create a ceremony that is completely aligned with your vision.. We didn’t hire a wedding planner for our wedding, but if we were going to hire an event planner for something in the future, we would certainly look to Broadly Entertaining for that side of things as well.

We hired Giana as our officiant and loved her after our first zoom call! She was relatable and knew exactly what were wanted for our ceremony. Giana would send helpful reminders and information for obtaining our marriage license and had us fill our questionnaires so that she could make our ceremony truly unique to us. We opted to share our personal vows in private ahead of the ceremony, but I love that Giana worked with us to even customize the more generic call-and-response vows to fit us and our relationship as well. Another really personal touch was that she left us an envelope on our sweetheart table that had each other's answers to the questionnaires. I absolutely loved that and how thoughtful she was in making our ceremony truly sentimental.

Jamie was absolutely incredible to work with, and we could not imagine entrusting our ceremony to anyone else. We loved the way in which she added personality and liveliness to what can often be dry and so formal. She asked us to complete a questionnaire about each other and our relationship, and then crafted the most beautiful, personalized, and intimate ceremony script for us with our answers. We cried when we read the draft, and were absolute messes day of. Jamie is compassionate, fun, personable, and someone that I would be glad to call a friend! We highly, highly recommend Jamie and Broadly Entertaining!

We had our elopement marriage ceremony at the center of a frozen lake in Upstate New York. It's the perfect wedding that we always dreamed about but never dare to think of conducting it. With their passion and profession, we made it within only one week preparation. They offered so many additional supports, and tackled the issues we faced without any hesitation.
Also, they are proactive and super easy to communicate with from the beginning. Their friendliness and sincerity made us feel like planning it with our old friends, making the whole thing a great memory.

Jamie Rosler and Broadly Entertaining officiated our wedding and they were amazing. We really appreciated their willingness to work with us to build out the perfect ceremony for us. We worked through several Zoom meetings and emails to craft the script we wanted. They understand the logistics and minutia associated with weddings and provided fantastic advice for how we could improve the ceremony.

When it came time, Jamie did a fantastic job organizing us for the ceremony rehearsal and then leading us through the ceremony itself. We wanted a short, but impactful ceremony and Jamie helped us make it a reality. They are knowledgeable and have a wide variety of songs. If you have a specific style, they can build a playlist around that and offer helpful suggestions if you need a push in the right direction. Giana & Colin checked in multiple times before the wedding and were great about giving timelines for the event. They were able to work with shy toast givers and people who live on the dance floor, alike. It was a pleasure to work with them. Giana stepped in after our first wedding was postponed due to Covid and we were in the midst of finalizing the second one. She helped pull together all of the last minute details, found vendors in an area where there are very few, and saved the day after our caterer cancelled and we needed servers, bartenders, and booze. Our wedding was no small task because it was at our house and we were bringing in everything from outside. The day of the wedding I didn’t worry about a thing because I knew everything would get done with Giana in charge and her husband Colin assisting. I was completely blown away when I saw how everything came together and no little detail was overlooked. Giana and her team took care of everything including set up and parking control, putting together displays, making flavored water and custom cocktails - you name it, they did it. She made sure my husband and I got drinks and ate and that the schedule of events was followed. She was a complete rockstar and source of support throughout the entire process. I’d hire her 20x over and couldn’t recommend her and BE more!
