Every detail of our wedding was truly perfect. We always knew Ventosa was beautiful but our initial walk through really sealed the deal when we heard all that you had to offer – the day-of coordination & setup, the in-house catering with delicious food, the accommodations of all allergies all had us excited to book. I have to say, Ventosa was so easy to deal with from our first visit right through our pickup of our cake and décor. Jackie Pollino was incredibly patient, responsive, accommodating and sweet. She had great recommendations and was thinking ahead for me when I was in a whirlwind the day of. I completely forgot to fill the wine vessel for our wine mixing ceremony, and I specifically told her I planned to do it myself. Then, I got busy and forgot to set any of it up. She caught that I missed it and took care of it immediately. My mistake could have ruined my ceremony but she saved the day. Every staff member made it their mission to set up my décor to my exact specifications, taking care with all the delicate pieces and everything was even packed back up so neatly and protected after, too. The mansion next door - RENT IT! You will be so glad your bridal suite is steps away from your ceremony site. A bridal party's dream - many spacious bathrooms, plenty of natural light, easy parking and entry for your vendors. This impeccably maintained, historic and opulent home made for absolutely stunning photos, and our rehearsal dinner went beautifully here, too. The view of the vines and lake is like no other on Seneca. Staff helped us select the right tent to have brought in for the deck and were accommodating of an early delivery. The ability to get ready right on property made everything so easy for us and our guests. Having to travel would have eaten up precious time that morning. Your bartenders did an amazing job of keeping the party flowing and lines short while being sure not to let things get out of control. That is not easy in a crowd of 130 or more. All food was delicious, hot and cooked to perfection. We got a ton of compliments from guests about the quality, taste and presentation. Their food is simple and classic - they are brilliant at the basics, but elevated. Staff made sure my husband and I had an abundance of appetizers and drinks available right at our sweetheart table so we could enjoy the night and socialize vs. waiting in line, or even worse, going hungry on our big day. It was such a sweet touch for staff to pack up a few containers of my “late night bites” garbage plates for us to snack on later that night. My cake was also expertly wrapped and protected so I could get it home safely to freeze. Serving wine made from their own vineyard, and their signature Tuscan decor, gave the place a unique and boutique feel - you won't feel like you're in a cookie cutter, rinse and repeat venue like some reception halls. Staff even helped me fill out my marriage certificate which I nearly forgot to do. We quite literally could not have asked for more from this venue and team. They thought of it all and made it happen, most of the time without even being asked. 10/10 experience. Booking a wedding can be high stress and is a significant investment. Looking back, we would choose Ventosa over and over again.

My wife and I had a perfect wedding day at The Timberlodge. All of the staff members, including our coordinator, Shannon, were very professional, nice, and attentive. The food was amazing, as well. Our guests were raving all day and night about how gorgeous the venue was and how smoothly everything ran on The Timberlodge’s end. The Timberlodge has everything you’d want out of a wedding venue, and we couldn’t be happier we chose it!

We had the best experience with Resurgence for our wedding! They were so easy to work with and answered all of our questions and concerns. They also were very accommodating and flexible which we so appreciated. We had multiple guests tell us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We also got a ton of compliments on the food which was amazing. I would highly recommend!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Inspire Moore. The staff, the wine, and the atmosphere were absolutely beyond our expectations! All of our guests enjoyed their time at the wedding and left truly impressed. We found out the winery was hosting weddings on The Knot. The winery has held special significance to me for about 6 years ( it's the site of our girls's weekends away as often as possible). Now, it has also hosted the wedding of my dreams (and our rehearsal dinner). All of the staff were amazingly helpful but I want to highlight the key point people for us. Nancy not only gave us great suggestions but answered every single one of our questions (sometimes multiple times). Sarah was our day-of coordinator and also a part of the staff. She was warm and friendly, wonderful, and incredibly professional. I would also be remiss not to mention Diane, the owner. She treated my wedding with as much care and consideration as if I were one of her kids. I highly recommend Inspire Moore to anyone looking for something magical! That is certainly what we got.

My husband and I recently got married at Casa Larga and we are incredibly happy with how our wedding turned out. It is an absolutely gorgeous venue overlooking their vineyard, with countless spots for romantic photo ops both inside and outside. The wine was excellent, especially their white wines. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The wedding coordinator, David, is hands down the best person you could ever ask for to help coordinate a wedding. He was professional, kind, organized, and thoughtful. It was obvious that David genuinely cared about our happiness and wanted to make sure our special day was extra special. He made sure he understood exactly what we envisioned for our wedding, from the food, to the decor, to the vibes, and executed it perfectly. It rained on the day of our wedding, so we had to switch the ceremony from outside to inside. David and his team had no problem pivoting to an inside ceremony, and quickly made adjustments, which we very much appreciated. I could go on and on about how amazing our experience with Casa Larga was for our wedding. If you want the wedding of your dreams, have it at Casa Larga; you won't be disappointed. I also highly recommend Casa Larga for any other kind of special event or just a fun day of wine tasting. 5 out of 5 stars!

You will not find a venue in the western NY area that is easier to work with or more beautiful in my opinion. We planned our wedding from a distance and Amy made the process so simple and flexible! Many of our guests told us they had never been to a wedding with a more beautiful atmosphere or more delicious food. Again, I can't say enough how happy my husband and I are with Quincy Cellars!!

Spring Lake Winery was such an AMAZING experience!! I planned our wedding from Michigan and they were with me every step of the way. I cannot express how positive my experience was and how amazingly helpful the staff has been the entire time! They are literally the most responsive business I have ever worked with -- from emails to phone calls to answering every little tiny question I had, they were always so willing to help and offer input and make our wedding absolutely perfect. On our wedding day we had the NICEST catering staff and literally the most amazing bartenders. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with our experience, and even though I'm all the way in Michigan, I have recommended them nonstop and had so many good things to say! I appreciate Spring Lake SO much for helping to make our day perfect!

My partner and I chose Zugibe's after attending a friend's wedding there. The location is stunning - beautiful views of their vineyard and Seneca Lake while in a rustic, refined backdrop. From beginning to end, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. All communication is directly with one of the owners, Amy, so she knows exactly what is feasible for her property. She and her team were easy to communicate with. She kept our wedding day stress-free and quickly executed a Plan B when it rained when we were supposed to have our ceremony. It is a winery, so liquor options are limited for the open bar. However, they worked with us to pick a signature cocktail, wine, and beer options. Typically only 1 wedding is booked per weekend, so I did have access to the space for first-look pictures and wedding setup. I loved my experience and highly recommend Zugibe's.

I highly recommend Deer Run winery for a wedding venue. The venue is beautiful and the staff is even better. They made our wedding experience perfect! Molly went above and beyond helping organize details before the wedding and helping with everything the day of the wedding. From set up to clean up she was there to help with everything big and small.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pomona! Clearly it is a beautiful venue with the best bridal suite in Rochester, one of the only groom suites, and some of the most beautiful fields, but it is so much more than that. Pomona offers venue coordination services, and we were lucky enough to work with Hannah! She saw our vision better than we did at times, and really just brought the whole thing to life! She was great at answering all of our questions leading up to the wedding, despite the crazy 2021 wedding season, and really kept everything on track the day of, always making sure to check in with my husband and I the day of to ensure we were doing well! We were also so surprised to find the sweetest gift from them when we were opening presents the next day. Feeling so grateful to have been a Pomona bride, and can’t wait to continue visiting Blue Barn!
