They redipped my engagement ring the day before our ceremony and made it look brand new. I exchanged my wedding band that my husband originally purchased with the engagement ring and they did so without any issues. I actually just called them today to get an appraisal for my wedding band so that I can add it onto my insurance and they returned my phone call quickly and are always very helpful and kind whenever I go there.

We love our rings. Nicest staff ever -- Bernadette is who helped us through the process. Not pushy at all. Patience as we figured out what we loved. Reasonable priced in my opinion.
