Patrick did a phenomenal job assisting us with choosing the perfect wedding stack and exceeded our already high expectations. He was informative and gave feedback and his expertise opinion while we were trying on different options. In addition to that, the resizing and shipping process was very streamlined and we received our ring quicker than expected. I had them make a custom ring, and it turned out great, we screwed up on the sizing and Alexis Russell gave amazing customer service and was quick to get it fixed and back to us, they communicated the steps to us the entire time and were just amazing.
