Patrick really went all out for us. My fiance has been pining for an Alexis Russell piece for longer than I've known her so when the time came I knew exactly where I was getting her engagement ring. She had her eye on a kite shapes sapphire listed on the website that unfortunately sold before I was ready to order. I contacted them asking when they would expect something similar to come in and Patrick told me he could FIND one! He presented me a few days later with three beautiful options, even taking videos so I could see how they sparkled. After I placed the order Patrick asked me when I had plans to propose. I mentioned we would be going on a trip to one of her favorite cities soon but I understand it's a longshot to get the ring made and shipped to me so quickly. The man MADE IT HAPPEN! I had a lot of trouble picking out a wedding ring for myself so my fiance suggested I get something that matches hers. We picked out a knife edge band on the website but wanted something a little wider than the standard 4mm. Cue Patrick again! A couple emails later and we have a 6mm knife edge band on order! I love it so much and hate that I have to wait 5 more months to wear it every day. Thank you a THIRD time Patrick!

Alexis Russell jewelry is amazingly beautiful. I proposed to my fiance in February with one of their beautiful pieces. We decided on Thanksgiving to get married December 22. I bought the band and received an email saying it would take a few weeks for shipment. I was worried but sent an email explaining I would need this as soon as possible. They were so kind and I sent them all the information on the previous ring sizes I purchased from them. They were able to look up the size and dimensions and get right to work. I received my band today (Monday) just in time to get married on Sunday. The band fit perfectly and is so beautiful! Thank you all for the great communication and kindness.

I've purchased a few pieces from Alexis Russell and am always very pleased with the quality. What stood out this time, however, was that after placing my order yesterday, I received an email from Patrick from Alexis Russell, who informed me that in my haste, I hadn't seen that my order qualified for a 25% discount, as well as a complementary ring, and asked if I'd be interested in both.

It would have been so easy for a company to see that I'd neglected to opt into either gift, and consider it to be more money in their pockets, so for Patrick to proactively reach out and offer both of these things to me after I'd already paid is extraordinarily ethical and such a wonderful gesture that I would never expect from a business.
