We had a truly great experience working with Alexis Russell Jewelry. From our first inquiry about a custom design, Talia and the team were responsive, helpful, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. The ring itself is beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Just over a week from the wedding, we ran into an unexpected issue when the ring went missing upon delivery. We reached out right away, and the team responded quickly and professionally. They processed the claim for the missing package on their end and immediately began working on a replacement. They expedited production and shipped the new ring overnight with signature confirmation to make sure it arrived safely. Thanks to their efforts, the replacement arrived just in time for our ceremony and fits perfectly with the engagement ring. We were so appreciative of how they just handled the issue - it was a huge relief to have one less thing to do or worry about so close to the day, and impressive that they were able to get a custom design made and delivered on such short notice. The ring we received from Alexis Russell is perfect, and unique, but it's the caring service they provided that really stands out. Patrick really went all out for us. My fiance has been pining for an Alexis Russell piece for longer than I've known her so when the time came I knew exactly where I was getting her engagement ring. She had her eye on a kite shapes sapphire listed on the website that unfortunately sold before I was ready to order. I contacted them asking when they would expect something similar to come in and Patrick told me he could FIND one! He presented me a few days later with three beautiful options, even taking videos so I could see how they sparkled. After I placed the order Patrick asked me when I had plans to propose. I mentioned we would be going on a trip to one of her favorite cities soon but I understand it's a longshot to get the ring made and shipped to me so quickly. The man MADE IT HAPPEN! I was able to propose on our trip, totally catching her off guard. She loves it so much and I catch her her staring at it often. Thank you again Patrick!

I had a lot of trouble picking out a wedding ring for myself so my fiance suggested I get something that matches hers. We picked out a knife edge band on the website but wanted something a little wider than the standard 4mm. Cue Patrick again! A couple emails later and we have a 6mm knife edge band on order! I love it so much and hate that I have to wait 5 more months to wear it every day. Thank you a THIRD time Patrick! -

I had them make a custom ring, and it turned out great, we screwed up on the sizing and Alexis Russell gave amazing customer service and was quick to get it fixed and back to us, they communicated the steps to us the entire time and were just amazing. -

5 Stars isn't enough for this jeweler! They have truly given me my dream ring! My husband and I looked into many jewelers that could make a quality garnet engagement ring and loved the options that Alexis Russell had available on their "Create Your Own Gemstone Ring" section. We went with a gorgeous kite cut and what we received was even more stunning than the pictures! I have since sent my ring back for custom wedding bands and they gave me exactly what I wanted and they fit perfectly with my original engagement ring. I feel like I have the prettiest ring in the world and no one can tell me otherwise lol! I couldn't be more pleased with the amazing team at Alexis Russell. Their customer service is top-notch, they provide quick responses and helped answer all of the questions I had along the way. The quality vs. cost of service is reasonable and you will LOVE the ring you get from them. I know I do! -

I hope one day that Alexis Russell gets the recognition that they deserve and it’s a well known company in the wedding/engagement ring scene. They craft the most gorgeous and unique jewelry with pride. I get SO many compliments on my engagement ring and even more on my wedding stack.
I live within driving distance from their studio so I have interacted with them both through email and in person and have had nothing less than a great experience. I recently dropped off my rings to get soldered and throughout that process alone I talked to multiple different people throughout their team. I personally think that shows that everyone there is invested in their work and providing the best service at every stage of the process.
I began by emailing with Gaby to set up the appointment to drop my ring off and gain more information regarding the soldering process. When I dropped off my ring I spoke with the man who greeted us at the door (I really wish I knew his name because he was great) and I asked him a question regarding the height of a setting in my ring. He recognized my concern and had another man come and speak with me to also hear what I was curious about (I also wish I knew his name). They both reassured me that they would speak with the jeweler and pass on the conversation. Within a few days I had an email from Patrick who explained the options and what we could do to lower my setting. He also answered all of my questions and sent pictures to help me visualize how the changes would look. Once the ring was complete I received an email from Zach to confirm my shipping address and he also answered my questions about the process of getting an appraisal. And those are just the people who I communicated directly with and not the people who might also be behind the scenes.
I agree that it can be nerve wracking working with a company that isn’t in your area for something as monumental as your wedding rings BUT I will recommend Alexis Russell endlessly -

They helped to come up with the perfect wedding band for me, provided pictures of what different band designs would look like stacked with mine, and ultimately helped accommodate all of my requests. Patrick helped me design a simple, yet unique ring for my future husband! Patrick was so patient, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of all things needed to know about rings. He provided feedback when needed, and even shared his own ring for some inspiration! I can't express enough how helpful and kind Patrick was, he really brought to life for the vision I had for an engagement ring! He assured me that it would arrive just in time for the proposal window! He was very quick to answer any and all questions during our call, as well as over email. Overall, when the ring arrived I was so excited and couldn't wait to pop the question to my now fiancé. Patrick helped so much to make this possible! There aren’t enough words in the dictionary to explain how incredible the Alexis Russell team is. I was a long time follower of their work and was blessed with a fiancée who knew about my AR obsession and worked with the team to create a custom engagement ring.
I cannot thank AR enough for the care and craftsmanship put into my engagement set. I believe he may have worked with Patrick when designing the main ring, and I had the pleasure of working with Gaby when choosing my stack. The customer care team is incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. I felt well informed and Gaby especially was extremely patient with me as we went back and forth with pics of different stack options.
Perhaps it’s the styles that we chose compared to other reviewers, but all of the diamonds/prongs are solid and I have had no concerns about quality or craftsmanship of the rings. They are gorgeous heirloom pieces and I’ve already received countless compliments from friends and strangers alike.
My one recommendation is if you choose to work with AR for any $$$ jewelry the best thing you can do for yourself is purchase insurance on your piece! It is worth the small investment to make sure your beautiful new piece is protected!
Thank you Alexis Russell team a million times over for creating my dream ring - I appreciate you beyond words and am excited for the pieces yet to come! -

I had been following Alexis Russell designs for a while and when my partner and I decided to buy a ring, we flew all the way from the west coast to buffalo and tried them on in person. It was such a special experience for me - the space was so lovely and Patrick was helpful and had great energy. I work in the wedding industry (so I've have seen a lot of basic/all the same things) so finding a ring that felt artistic and authentic was so important to me.
I chose a gemstone cluster ring and am in love with it! They were very responsive and had great customer service when I wanted to send back the band to get adjusted. I would recommend them to anyone -

AR has been wonderful. I even had the privilege of seeing their facility. I fell in love with their Morganite and Diamond Bezel set Posy ring and my fiancé was kind enough to indulge my obsession with it! :) I worked with Patrick mostly and Zach. They both were very kind and prompt in replying. Patrick I worked with the most and he is professional and kind. I was nervous about mailing my ring and any time I had a concern, they were quick to ease my mind which I appreciate. I ordered two additional stacks and they are gorgeous. My ring did get damaged in the mail but only slightly and they were so quick to fix it at no charge to me. I've seen a few comments about issues, but I'll say as a metalsmith myself, things happen. The first thing anyone should do is insure the ring because it only takes a slight of hand to break a prong which is not AR's fault at all. Also any rose gold or white gold will fade over time because they are not naturally occurring in metal and is a type of plating. I will say I've had my engagement ring for over 6 months and the rose gold is just as beautiful as the day I got it which is a huge testimony to the quality of their products. I've had white gold rings fade in three days before from "reputable" jewelers. So please educate yourself on fine jewelry and understand there are limitations to any piece and life can be rambunxious! :) Thank you AR for everything. I am so in love with my set. I've never had a ring like this before and I will cherish it forever :) -

After my fiancé made my Alexis Russell dreams come true... I had the pleasure of working with Gaby and her team to pick out my stacking wedding bands. I sent my ring back for resizing and custom fitting to the bands I picked out. They made the process easy and were always quick to respond! They even sent photos of several stacking options I was interested in so we could feel great about our purchase. My custom bands were made in less than 3 weeks. Highly recommend! -

I sent my engagement ring to be resized. While it was at Alexis Russell they asked if I wanted to see my ring with different wedding bands. They sent real time photos to me and were very patient as I worked through deciding. I also had hoped to have the ring back in time for Christmas and they made me aware of the 2-3 week processing time- but today I received an email with tracking info and my ring will arrive 12/22!! It was a joy to work with the Alexis Russell team, especially Gaby and Patrick! -

Amazing and beautiful work
Alexis Russell customer service and products are amazing. I bought a customised ring from their website recently. I have been looking at their rings for years and decided very easily that this was the place I would get my engagement ring from. They have amazing variety of salt and pepper diamonds in many shapes and sizes. I emailed them asking for closer photos of specific salt and pepper diamonds and they were fast to respond, pleasant to deal with and amazingly understanding of my indecisiveness with the many diamonds I wanted to look at. I finally made a decision, got the ring a little while later and I was not disappointed. It is beautiful and just what I wanted. The diamond is beautiful and unique and the setting, colour and size is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend to anyone! -

I don’t think I could ever fully describe how amazing it’s been working with Alexis Russell, but I’ll try! To start what I imagine will be an obscenely long review with the obvious- their products are stunning. You see them online and they’re gorgeous, one of a kind, and immediately catch your eye- but you may find yourself wondering if the instagram photos are true to life and how high the quality really is. I was ecstatic to find everything is somehow MORE beautiful in person and truly is the highest quality!
Their customer service has been absolutely amazing, which is an understatement if I’m being honest. We’re fortunate enough to live near Buffalo and were able to visit the studio a few times! Everyone was so great from start to finish- a special thanks to Gaby, Patrick, and Candace for all your help! They’re incredibly responsive with emailing as well if you don’t live in the area!
What stood out most though- above the beauty, luxury, curated instagram, or anything else- was their humanity, their kindness, and their empathy. I visited the studio to choose a wedding band to stack with my AR engagement ring and the experience was wonderful but unfortunately none of the rings were my size, so they accommodated with a finger display which I was perfectly content with! I chose a ring I loved and upon receiving it was so sad to find it wasn’t something I could wear. While it did fit, the design had an edge that pressed into my other fingers more than I realized it would and it was just too much for my sensory issues. I reached out and after discussing the issue they offered to polish the edges down for me at no additional cost! If you’re neurodivergent or know someone who is, you may understand how challenging it can be to interact with seemingly ordinary situations like this at times. I was shocked and moved by their understanding and willingness to go above and beyond to help with an issue that was no fault of their own. I now have a ring I absolutely love and can wear every day for the rest of my life- and the happiest memory of a company full of truly good people who take the extra time and go the extra mile.
As far as I’m concerned I’m a lifelong Alexis Russell customer and I will always, always give them the highest recommendation. -

A Forever Customer!
I have never been more impressed with the professionalism and product quality of a business. I showed my fiancé AR’s website and a few inspo engagement rings, but he picked out the ring himself. He said that the team was super helpful with answering his questions and the entire shopping/ordering/delivering process was seamless. The same can be said for me when I ordered my wedding band stack. I sent back my ring so they could take pictures of it with all the different wedding bands and that helped SO much. Gabby was my point of contact and answered all of my questions in a timely manner and also took so many photos so I could see all the different options. Once I decided on a stack, the ordering and delivering process was so quick. If I could give more stars I would! I seriously cannot recommend Alexis Russell enough. -

I was so happy with the customer service that Alexis Russell provided for me while I was shopping for a wedding band to go with my ring. I ended up with a wedding band that I didn’t think I would like - it turns out it accents the ring PERFECTLY and looks even better in person! CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Before my fiancé designed and ordered my ring with AR, I had no idea they existed. Ovviiisly I was in love with my ring. Then the worst happened and I lost it. AR was so quick and responsive when I told them I had processed the claim with my insurance. They helped me design a new ring that still looked like my fiancés design and got it to me before my shower. They were very fast to respond by email. Candace was top notch in sending me pictures and videos throughout production. Highly recommend for rings and other jewelry. Will always go through them for customizations. -

I get compliments on my ring ALL THE TIME
I love love love love love EVERYTHING from AR. I have followed her for years on IG and being so passionate about the environment I knew I wanted to get a ring with a stone that was ethically sourced. Not only did AR provide that but also made from recycled metals.
She has just a unique, classy and beautiful style and I love that we were able to get a ring unique to our love and I feel like was truly designed for me (even though we didn't even opt to design our own). The AR team is a dream to work with and just all around wonderful. I will be a loyal customer for the rest of my life! -

Absolutely gorgeous craftsmanship and outstanding quality. I ordered a matte band and polished band without realizing and they reached out to bring it to my attention and polished both bands to match. Exemplary customer service!

Excellent Service & Support
Excellent customer service! My fiance had been admiring Alexis Russell from afar for quite some time (w'ere in Seattle) and because I couldn't schedule an in-person viewing (Seattle + pandemic), I was fairly indecisive and had a zillion questions. Candace was great, and graciously answered all of my waffling questions and over 2-3 months - even sending me videos of the rings/settings I was considering. Ultimately, we ended up with the perfect ring to start our fairy tale story. -

After a really tough year, I treated myself to an incredible piece from the AR collection. I have been a long time admirer of all the pieces they create and finally purchased a beautiful ring that I had engraved for myself. The whole process was smooth, I made a mistake in the size I ordered so emailed them right away and my error was rectified immediately. It only took a short amount of time to reach me (in Australia) and I haven’t taken this piece off my hand yet. It is absolutely stunning! I have ordered two pieces from Alexis Russell, and they are my absolute favorite jewelry I have ever purchased. The first was a necklace for my partner's birthday, and the second was an engagement ring. She loves the necklace, and I can't wait for her to see the ring!
Not only is the work gorgeous, but the staff at AR are out of this world. On both occasions they worked with me to make sure I would have what I needed within my (procrastinator) timeline. Patrick in particular was fantastic! I can't get over how wonderful the entire team is to work with, and I can't see myself ever buying from anyone else ever again.
Oh, and did I mention how affordable the whole process was? I truly believe that the price tag for the ring is way below what any other vendor would charge. -

I just came to shout out Alexis Russell on every platform I can because I can’t stop raving about my ring . My fiancé proposed with the gorgeous opal aster ring with salt and pepper diamonds and we recently purchased bands for our quick ceremony next month before our big wedding next year. The whole team was fast , responsive , and easy to work with . I sent my ring into to get the peak band we purchased custom fit and I’m so glad we did. The AR team has great, quality customer service which was important to us since the whole process was online.
Earlier this year my partner and I looked at their custom listing of hexagon diamonds together since he was curious about what I would like so I pointed out a couple of the options. From there he reached out asking for a photo to compare the two, and the AR team responded quickly with a little video of the diamonds. He picked one and ordered it with a prong setting, yellow gold, hammered band, and a matte finish.

Alexis Russell made my dream ring and wedding band and I could not be happier with the quality of the ring or my experience with them. My fiancé and I designed them together and Gwen helped us through the whole process and answered all my questions quickly. We had to rush order the rings and I was nervous they wouldn't be here in time, but Gwen reassured me every step of the way, and never made me feel bad for asking constantly about the ring progress. They were here a few days ahead of schedule. I truly could not be happier. -

Amazing craftsmanship. After submitting an order one of their designers followed up to suggest a different combination that would look nicer in their experience (cost less too). Then upon completion they sent us some images and video so we knew what we were getting. REALLY HELPFUL. Can't recommend them enough. -

Was asked to help my best friends boyfriend pick a ring. I was in charge of ordering it and Gwen was amazing with her customer service! There was a slight hiccup and while it normally wouldn’t be an issue, he had a set date for proposal... she was able to accommodate our timeline and get it shipped ASAP! I’d highly recommend! The ring is gorgeous! -

I absolutely love Alexis Russell Jewelry. I had been interested in her pieces for several years and a few months ago, my fiancé proposed to me with the most beautiful morganite, diamond, and rose gold ring. Since then, I have also ordered my wedding band through them. Both are more beautiful and unique than I could’ve imagined.
The only downside to working with this company is that you have to ship your ring out to them if it needs any work. This can be pricey and stressful! -

From day 1 of our original custom ring design...and eventually purchasing a one-of-a-kind stunning moonstone engagement ring, Alexis Russell couldn’t have done any more than they did to make our buying experience a wonderful one, and at a great price as well. The ring itself is the most gorgeous thing I have ever laid eyes on, and when it needed to be resized after the quick arrival, they comped the bill and quickly resized and shipped it back to us. I reached out to a couple other designers before making our ultimate decision, many were slow to reply and not very accurate or knowledgeable with important details. My Fiancée first purchased a black diamond custom engagement ring in 2017. We live in Australia so he was a little sceptical about ordering from the U.S, however the team at AR were fantastic and rest assured the product that arrived was amazing!
I have now just received my 5 stone sunburst wedding band to stack with my engagement ring. WOW I’m completely blown away with the design and craftsmanship that has gone into my rings. I am one extremely happy lady!

Helpful and friendly guidance W/ custom engagement ring
I was incredibly over my head with the whole selecting a diamond and the arrangement of an engagement ring, especially ordering online from overseas. The team at Alexis Russell was amazing. They persevered through me changing my mind on the cut and size and it took two batches of gems until I found the one I loved. Throughout they were considerate, patient and always offered clear and needed advice or clarity. The final product is stunning and absolutely adored by my fiance. I have a gorgeous hexagonal tourmaline in gold and a matching bezel set diamond ring. The quality is flawless. I was a little worried when ordering online having never seen the stone, but I would HIGHLY recommend them. The team sent me an image mocked up of what it would look like and stayed in touch with me the whole way.
