  Perfect Ring

  The staff was friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns and suggested different style of rings as I work with my hands for a living. They helped me find a wedding ring that fit perfectly with my engagement ring.

  Bomi Jeweler's is incredibly helpful! They are wonderful people, very flexible with helping you. My fiance got my engagement ring here, and we have close friends and family who also did and have had wonderful experiences. Even Vanessa William's husband got her rings here!

  They redipped my engagement ring the day before our ceremony and made it look brand new. I exchanged my wedding band that my husband originally purchased with the engagement ring and they did so without any issues. I actually just called them today to get an appraisal for my wedding band so that I can add it onto my insurance and they returned my phone call quickly and are always very helpful and kind whenever I go there.

  Bomi Grelick went above and beyond for my husband and I! We purchased all three of our wedding rings here, and they were so kind and helpful each time. I did not like the wedding band they made to fit with my engagement ring, so I switched it out for a more expensive band that looked nicer and they didn't charge the difference!   I am absolutely in love with my wedding ring and band. They were so helpful during the process of picking out both - not pushy at all and offered a lot of variety at great prices. I will continue to go back to them for my jewelry needs.

  I gave Mike a couple of thoughts, and the greatest compliment I can pay Bomi is that the first engagement ring, and wedding bands that Mike recommended were what we ended up with. He has an amazing sense of style and did a good job of sticking within our budget and identifying the best possible piece that we could achieve.
  
  My wife is actually stopped in the grocery store regularly by strangers to say what a nice ring she has. I know this sounds silly but it really does happen once or twice a month.

  My husband bought my engagement ring here and we also bought our wedding rings here. They are wonderful and very knowledgeable. They had suggestions for what I could match with my beautiful engagement ring. They always check them over and clean them whenever I am in there. They even repaired my engagement ring for free when a stone fell out of the setting.

  We love our rings. Nicest staff ever -- Bernadette is who helped us through the process. Not pushy at all. Patience as we figured out what we loved. Reasonable priced in my opinion. We love that anytime we're in the neighborhood my wife can stop by and get a free cleaning of her ring for lifetime. Highly recommend.

  I can't recommend Bomi enough. My wedding band set/engagement ring is breath taking. I'm so happy with their staff as well. Very pleasent.

  Do not go here! Very poor customer service! My fiance got my engagement ring here and it is beautiful, but once you walk out the door they do not care about you anymore. I bent my ring at work and after taking it back there twice it is still not fixed to my standards seeing as my center stone moves around. They claim that it won't fall out and there is nothing else they can do. I'm sorry but after spending that much money on a custom ring and they can't give me the time of day to fix it properly? We will be going elsewhere for wedding bands and possibly a new engagement ring.
