We’ve been going to Scanlons for years. 10 years ago they custom redesigned my rings beautifully, Todd also replaced some of the stones in my cocktail ring while re-designing it as they were a mismatch without charging extra, they were also beautifully done. Last year hubby upgraded my diamond to a much larger stone, it’s absolutely gorgeous. This year we went back for 2 more bands. while I opted to have them soldered only to discover they were too tight with the extra width of 4 bands and the engagement ring. Todd was so patient and made them right without charge. I would not recommend any other jeweler if you want to be totally happy.

The Groom and myself went together to pick out my engagement ring. The staff was not judgemental at all and made us feel super comfortable. The owner did a great job explaining the diamonds to us and let us take our time picking my band. They gave us a very fair price way better than any large chain. We went and picked out our wedding bands from Scanlon as well. I highly recommend them to everyone!

We picked out my engagement ring here. They were very helpful when I indicated I wanted a unique ring and helped show us what a sapphire would look like when I said I didn't want a diamond. Usually they give an appraisal with the ring, but my fiance didn't get one when he ultimately bought my ring. When i went back and asked for an appraisal they were very apologetic and gave us one no problem and also resized my ring very quickly!
