  The Groom and myself went together to pick out my engagement ring. The staff was not judgemental at all and made us feel super comfortable. The owner did a great job explaining the diamonds to us and let us take our time picking my band. They gave us a very fair price way better than any large chain. We went and picked out our wedding bands from Scanlon as well. I highly recommend them to everyone!

  Amazing experience every time

  We’ve been going to Scanlons for years. 10 years ago they custom redesigned my rings beautifully, Todd also replaced some of the stones in my cocktail ring while re-designing it as they were a mismatch without charging extra, they were also beautifully done. Last year hubby upgraded my diamond to a much larger stone, it’s absolutely gorgeous. This year we went back for 2 more bands. while I opted to have them soldered only to discover they were too tight with the extra width of 4 bands and the engagement ring. Todd was so patient and made them right without charge. I would not recommend any other jeweler if you want to be totally happy.

  We were very satisfied with Scanlon Jewelers, particularly Brady Scanlon. This family business provided us with unique options at a fair price. We received first-class attention to helping us find the perfect rings that were right for us. Brady took the time to explain different options, which was great, since we didn't know much about ring quality or fit prior to going in. We will definitely use them again!   We picked out my engagement ring here. They were very helpful when I indicated I wanted a unique ring and helped show us what a sapphire would look like when I said I didn't want a diamond. Usually they give an appraisal with the ring, but my fiance didn't get one when he ultimately bought my ring. When i went back and asked for an appraisal they were very apologetic and gave us one no problem and also resized my ring very quickly!

  My Fiance worked with Jeff to design and create my beautiful engagement ring! We both knew for sure that we wanted to go back there and have him design another custom ring for my wedding band.   Todd Scanlon took care of us personally. This man knows his stuff and taught me what i needed to know to get the perfect cut, clarity, carrot and color for my fiancee.
  
  He was very patient while I looked through literally dozens of stones and hundreds of bands sometimes twice. I highly highly highly recommend him.

  I LOVE my wedding ring. My husband and I elected to get non-matching wedding bands. He went with a plain white gold band with brushed edges but I wanted something more victorian or arts & crafts looking. (Very ornate)
  
  Scanlon has stuff in cases and also catalogs you can look through. They will also custom design jewelry. They told me that I could pick out a Tacori wedding band from a catalog and they could design something similar or identical for less.

  I brought in a picture of a ring that I wanted that was about $10,000. I asked if they could do "my version" of the ring and they exceeded my expecations. It only cost me $1,000. I get so many compliments on the band--it's gorgeous!!
