Absolutely Stunning!

Andrews helped us create the most beautiful and personable wedding rings we could have imagined. The price was reasonable, and the amount of customization we got to do for the style we picked was amazing!

Great personal experience

My husband purchased my engagement ring and band from Andrew’s. He is pretty particular, but they made sure the ring was to his standards. When we looked for his band, we found a very unique one at Andrews and were given a very fair price. The staff there are so friendly and they remember you. I can go and get my rings cleaned super quick. If I need an adjustment or something fixed it is done in a timely manner. Victoria and Ben are top notch! Highly recommend if you live in the Buffalo area!

Beautiful!

This location had THE ring I had my heart set on & was not pressured into looking at others as some places had tried. Sarah was fantastic to work with both times I had been in there!!

Outstanding!

I can not say enough good things about Andrews Jewelers. We have designed my engagement ring, wedding band, anniversary band, my husband's wedding and another ring. The customer service is outstanding! They even made a special delivery to a restaurant to drop off my anniversary band, so my husband can surprise me with it. We will never shop anywhere else.

Loved it!!!

My husband had my custom engagement ring made by Andrews (couldn’t be happier!) so we had my wedding bands custom made by Andrew as well. Not only did Andrew donan amazing job, he delivered in a very short time frame. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent! Will definitely be returning.

Quality quick service

bought a ring off etsy, got it in way too big a size. It has a lot of detail on the outside so I was worried that resizing might ruin some of the detail or may take a while or cost a lot. Paid 70 dollars, the ring was resized THAT DAY in about 3 hours and ALL the details were saved. I recommend to anyone looking to resize a ring

Easy, great custom piece, smoking price!

Shopped around for a diamond pendant. Were able to replicate photo of competitor’s piece. Saved 20% and got higher grade diamond. Very accommodating. Piece turned out great. Andrews provided a great diamond 20 years ago when I bought my wife’s wedding ring and did it again 20 years later for our anniversary.

Couldn't have been happier with the attention to detail, genuine happiness and level of expertise Andrew and his staff offered at every visit!

My fiance and I started our design journey over three years ago, (clearly taking our time!) with Andrew and his amazing staff. My fiance and I are unique in that we each wanted our own engagement ring, designed by the other, reflecting a true piece of art created with love. Andrew not only embraced our vision, but helped us visualize it through his insight, drawings and renderings. Andrew and his staff were patient in our creation process....and the end results are nothing short of AMAZING!
The expertise, patience and genuine happiness for us, was displayed in every step they took! Andrew has become our friend and someone we will continue to work with for a long time to come! Our wedding bands are next and I know Andrew is already working on a beautiful addition to already perfect rings! Thank You Andrew!!

Excellent cutomer service and ease of mind

I was pleasently surprised with the service and professionalism that is was given at Andrews. I came in and the ring I chose was not in the store, they ordered it up and had it by the end of the week. It took a few more days to mount thje stone and I was ready to rock. I gave it to my now fiance two days later. Andrew and Victoria are great to work with, and really cater to your needs
