My engagement ring came from Paul and he helped to craft the most perfect classic and timeless ring for me while getting us a great quality diamond that sparkles all the time! I was gifted an older Opal set from my Grandmother and he advised me on how to update it and customized it and it turned out beautifully! I went back to get a necklace for my mother and it was ready for pickup in days! We also had my ring dipped and polished before the wedding and it looks brand new again! The team at Paul's is fantastic. My fiancé purchased my very unique engagement ring from here, and it's just breathtaking. I have never seen the same ring anywhere. I first went to Paul's to repair an antique engagement ring that belonged to my grandmother, I wore through the shank and was completely devastated. It was a huge deal to me that the ring would not leave the shop. Of course we returned for our custom wedding bands. They're our jeweler for life.

Paul was a delight to work with. He educated us on diamonds in a way that a salesperson at a chain jewelry store never could. He cut the diamond himself and went above and beyond to find the perfect setting and place the stone in the setting rather than just setting it on top as they do in chain stores. The first thing we noticed walking in the store was that he doesn't have any of the unnatural bright lights in the jewelry cases trying to make the diamonds sparkle more than they will in natural day light. Once we picked the perfect ring he told us it would be ready in about a week but unknown to me was that he secretly wrote on a piece of paper for my fiancee that it would actually be ready in 3 days so he could pick it up early and surprise me!! Will never go anywhere else!

About 3 years ago, I had gone to Paul's with my cousin to get some ideas for engagement rings. Carrie was super helpful and spent over an hour showing me different ring styles and prices. We found a few styles I liked, so she saved them into their computer system so whenever my now fiancé decided it was time to pop the question, he could have something to chose from :)

Fast forward to last month- the time had finally arrived! Doug said that they couldn't find the information in the system (granted it was over 3 yrs ago) but Carrie remembered the EXACT ring, designer and style that was my top choice and ordered it for Doug! Paul helped Doug pick out the perfect stone for the center. That alone goes to show you the excellent service and care they provide to their customers.

Oh, did I mention that I am absolutely IN LOVE with my ring?!
