  Couldn't have been happier with the attention to detail, genuine happiness and level of expertise Andrew and his staff offered at every visit!

  My fiance and I started our design journey over three years ago, (clearly taking our time!) with Andrew and his amazing staff. My fiance and I are unique in that we each wanted our own engagement ring, designed by the other, reflecting a true piece of art created with love. Andrew not only embraced our vision, but helped us visualize it through his insight, drawings and renderings. Andrew and his staff were patient in our creation process....and the end results are nothing short of AMAZING!
  The expertise, patience and genuine happiness for us, was displayed in every step they took! Andrew has become our friend and someone we will continue to work with for a long time to come! Our wedding bands are next and I know Andrew is already working on a beautiful addition to already perfect rings! Thank You Andrew!!

  This location had THE ring I had my heart set on & was not pressured into looking at others as some places had tried. Sarah was fantastic to work with both times I had been in there!!

  Love them!!

  The staff here is amazing. Very helpful. Personable- they remember your names even after not being there for awhile! Excellent service. Excellent quality in jewelry and they will make things right for you no matter what. We were beyond satisfied with my engagement ring and wedding band. The annual trunk show is always a plus too to get sales on wedding bands !

  Excellent cutomer service and ease of mind

  I was pleasently surprised with the service and professionalism that is was given at Andrews. I came in and the ring I chose was not in the store, they ordered it up and had it by the end of the week. It took a few more days to mount thje stone and I was ready to rock. I gave it to my now fiance two days later. Andrew and Victoria are great to work with, and really cater to your needs

  My husband purchased my engagement ring and band from Andrew’s. He is pretty particular, but they made sure the ring was to his standards. When we looked for his band, we found a very unique one at Andrews and were given a very fair price. The staff there are so friendly and they remember you. I can go and get my rings cleaned super quick. If I need an adjustment or something fixed it is done in a timely manner. Victoria and Ben are top notch! Highly recommend if you live in the Buffalo area!

  Loved it!!!

  My husband had my custom engagement ring made by Andrews (couldn’t be happier!) so we had my wedding bands custom made by Andrew as well. Not only did Andrew donan amazing job, he delivered in a very short time frame. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent! Will definitely be returning.

  Easy, great custom piece, smoking price!

  Shopped around for a diamond pendant. Were able to replicate photo of competitor’s piece. Saved 20% and got higher grade diamond. Very accommodating. Piece turned out great. Andrews provided a great diamond 20 years ago when I bought my wife’s wedding ring and did it again 20 years later for our anniversary.

  Amazing experience. Andy sat with us and constructed the perfect rings for my custom engagement ring. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone. He has a customer for life with us

  We had a great experience working with Andrews Jewelers. It was a very low pressure environment and we were both (bride and groom) able to try on multiple different wedding band styles until we found what we were looking for. The staff was very knowledgable about all the different features and qualities of male and female bands. The order process was seamless; everything came in on time and the quality is great! I love that you can stop in anytime to have your bands steamed up so they are always sparkling! We will definitely be back to buy future jewelry pieces from them!

  It was the personal touches that got me. They took the time to get to know me. We had great conversations and when it was time to to start looking for settings for my ring they know exactly what I wanted and made it fun!

  bought a ring off etsy, got it in way too big a size. It has a lot of detail on the outside so I was worried that resizing might ruin some of the detail or may take a while or cost a lot. Paid 70 dollars, the ring was resized THAT DAY in about 3 hours and ALL the details were saved. I recommend to anyone looking to resize a ring

Andrew's is a great store overall...the staff is always friendly and accommodating and were very helpful throughout the whole process. We chose a Verragio engagement ring and it is absolutely beautiful. Andrew's is one of the few jewelers in WNY who sells Verragio, so we felt lucky to have them near us. We're very happy with the service and our rings, and would definitely recommend them to any couple!

  My fiancee purchased my engagement ring from Andrew's and within a month, one of the prongs was bent - don't ask me what I did. Anyways, I was at work so I wasn't able to call them but I went on their website & was able to e-mail them & I also attached a photo from my phone of my ring. I had a response within minutes from an actual person in the store saying they could fix my ring at no cost & to bring it in that day. Now that is what I call customer service! We just went to Andrew's a few weeks ago to look at wedding bands because of their great quality of jewelry & service!

  I love Andrews' Jewelers - my husband got my engagement ring there and we got both our wedding rings there. We dealt with Gina each time and she was incredible. We got free engraving on our wedding rings and also free cleaning for life. Love them!

  I can not say enough good things about Andrews Jewelers. We have designed my engagement ring, wedding band, anniversary band, my husband's wedding and another ring. The customer service is outstanding! They even made a special delivery to a restaurant to drop off my anniversary band, so my husband can surprise me with it. We will never shop anywhere else.

  I wish I could send a picture of my wedding ring and band! It’s absolutely breathtaking. Service was outstanding. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable. They even had my ring ready with extremely short notice before we left for our destination wedding. We are in the process of having something specially made for my husband right now. Definitely our go to jeweler!
