My husband purchased my engagement ring and band from Andrew’s. He is pretty particular, but they made sure the ring was to his standards. When we looked for his band, we found a very unique one at Andrews and were given a very fair price. The staff there are so friendly and they remember you. I can go and get my rings cleaned super quick. If I need an adjustment or something fixed it is done in a timely manner. Victoria and Ben are top notch! Highly recommend if you live in the Buffalo area! -

Loved it!!!
My husband had my custom engagement ring made by Andrews (couldn’t be happier!) so we had my wedding bands custom made by Andrew as well. Not only did Andrew donan amazing job, he delivered in a very short time frame. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent! Will definitely be returning. -

My fiance and I started our design journey over three years ago, (clearly taking our time!) with Andrew and his amazing staff. My fiance and I are unique in that we each wanted our own engagement ring, designed by the other, reflecting a true piece of art created with love. Andrew not only embraced our vision, but helped us visualize it through his insight, drawings and renderings. Andrew and his staff were patient in our creation process....and the end results are nothing short of AMAZING!
The expertise, patience and genuine happiness for us, was displayed in every step they took! Andrew has become our friend and someone we will continue to work with for a long time to come! Our wedding bands are next and I know Andrew is already working on a beautiful addition to already perfect rings! Thank You Andrew!!

Amazing! My dream ring come true.
I wish I could send a picture of my wedding ring and band! It’s absolutely breathtaking. Service was outstanding. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable. They even had my ring ready with extremely short notice before we left for our destination wedding. We are in the process of having something specially made for my husband right now. Definitely our go to jeweler! -

The staff here is amazing. Very helpful. Personable- they remember your names even after not being there for awhile! Excellent service. Excellent quality in jewelry and they will make things right for you no matter what. We were beyond satisfied with my engagement ring and wedding band. The annual trunk show is always a plus too to get sales on wedding bands ! -

We had a great experience working with Andrews Jewelers. It was a very low pressure environment and we were both (bride and groom) able to try on multiple different wedding band styles until we found what we were looking for. The staff was very knowledgable about all the different features and qualities of male and female bands. The order process was seamless; everything came in on time and the quality is great! I love that you can stop in anytime to have your bands steamed up so they are always sparkling! We will definitely be back to buy future jewelry pieces from them! -

She helped us make an informed decision based on what we wanted and our budget. She was patient and explained everything to us. Andrew's is a great store overall...the staff is always friendly and accommodating and were very helpful throughout the whole process. We chose a Verragio engagement ring and it is absolutely beautiful. Andrew's is one of the few jewelers in WNY who sells Verragio, so we felt lucky to have them near us. We're very happy with the service and our rings, and would definitely recommend them to any couple! -
