Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate between 100 and 220 guests at this historic golf and country club. You can say your “I do’s” on their lush green lawn, with their majestic ceremony tree as your backdrop. For your reception, you can continue your celebration outdoors underneath a spacious, white tent. If you prefer an indoor affair, you can celebrate in their renovated ballroom. This grand space boasts an original hard wood dance floor, historic exposed wooden beams, and sparkling light fixtures.

Each package includes setup and cleanup assistance, along with tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens. Their experienced staff will ensure your planning process goes smoothly from start to finish. There will even be a staff member present the day of your wedding to attend to any last-minute details, or issues that may arise. Your wedding package also includes use of their Bridal Suite to get ready in, their Ballroom, their back screened in porch, and south lawn for smoking. Additional services include:

Professional, accommodating, overall great Wedding experience!
When my husband and I were searching for a venue for our 2018 wedding, we came across Blythefield. We were familiar with the venue from the Meijer LPGA tour and decided to check it out. We met with Jaclyn and toured the venue and from the beginning could picture us having our wedding there. We wanted to make our day convenient for our guests to have both the ceremony and reception in the same place and at the time we were undecided if we wanted the ceremony/reception indoor or outdoor. Lucky for us, Blythefield had the space and was willing to accommodate any of those options. Before we set our date and placed our deposit, Jaclyn was upfront with us that some renovation plans were being discussed but that she couldn’t guarantee they would be approved or happen by our wedding date. Although she couldn’t promise us renovations would happen, (good news for us, the renovations were approved and they were completed by our wedding day!) we still decided to book Blythfield for our big day. We were impressed with the layout, the many available options for food/beverage, decorations, and photo opt spots, the professionalism of the staff, and the vibe of the venue. We decided on an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception and could not have been more pleased with the efficiency in set up time, layout of the spaces, and flow of the day.

It was important for us to make a connection with each of our vendors and from day one we made a connection with Jaclyn. If we had to pick a venue based on event coordinator alone, Blythefield was an easy choice for us to make. Jaclyn was a rock star! She’s young, “in with the times”, personable, friendly, respectful, and knows her stuff. She was there every step of the way throughout the planning process. I don’t remember a week that we didn’t stay in contact, whether it was answering questions or confirming details. She was accommodating in any way she could be and whenever we felt worried, she made us feel relieved and at ease. You’re in good hands with Jaclyn :)
