The North Lakeshore Ballroom can accommodate wedding celebrations of up to 400 guests, offering plenty of room for dinner, dancing, and celebrating.

Ceremonies at Watermark

Couples choosing to hold their ceremony at Watermark receive much more than the ceremony space itself.

Our outdoor ceremony package includes:

• Outdoor ceremony location for up to 400 guests

• 150 white ceremony chairs- additinal chaire may be added for a fee

• Arbor

• 30-minute ceremony rehearsal

• Use of shared member locker rooms for getting ready onsite

• Two bottles of champagne and orange juice for mimosas

• 24 cans of beer for the wedding party

• Lunch for 16, including assorted sandwiches, fruit, cheese & crackers, cookies, and trail mix

• Four hours of private golf simulator time

• Access to Sticks Lounge for wedding-party photos

The golf simulator and Sticks Lounge create an especially fun option for the wedding party before the ceremony, while the property's golf course, outdoor spaces, and waterfall setting provide beautiful backdrops for photography throughout the day.

Food & Beverage

Food and beverage are an important part of the Watermark wedding experience. Our culinary and hospitality teams work with couples to develop a menu and beverage program that complement the style of their celebration.

From cocktail hour and dinner to wine, cocktails, and the final toast of the evening, our team focuses on quality, presentation, and attentive service for you and your guests.

2026 Wedding Pricing

For May through October weddings:

North Lakeshore Ballroom

• Friday: $3,500 rental with a $6,000 food & beverage minimum

• Saturday: $4,500 rental with an $8,000 food & beverage minimum

Outdoor Ceremony

• $2,000 ceremony fee

Your celebration doesn't have to begin and end with the wedding reception. Watermark and the other RedWater Events properties offer private spaces for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and post-wedding brunches.

Couples hosting their wedding reception at a RedWater Events venue can receive 10% off food and beverages for a bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, or post-wedding brunch held at one of our nine properties.
