Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Center

The venue was beautiful inside and out, plenty of picturesque locations for our photographer to choose from and even with other weddings onsite we both had space to do our thing without being on top of each other! Jennifer was very helpful in explaining the process and helped with the logistics of planning the day! The staff and good were amazing, our guests still talk to us about the cocktail hour food! Very happy we went with this venue and food, made the day full of great memories!

First off, the Chapel was beautiful! It was clean, beautiful, elegant, big enough to host all our family and friends, and comes with a his and her suite for the parties to get ready. During the wedding and even several weeks after the wedding, we received several positive praises saying how beautiful the chapel was. Secondly, Jennifer (senior event planner) was terrific. She made sure we had all our ducks in a row by asking imperative questions to consider while planning and she was very easy to communicate with. During our rehearsal, she was very helpful in the sequencing of events, positioning of the parties, and had feedback on the general flow of the ceremony. I can say with 100% confidence you won't regret booking here, thank you so much to the Chapel for having us!

We had our wedding at Hawk Hollow's Chapel and the reception at Hawk Hollow as well. Jennifer and her team went above and beyond on our wedding day and the months leading up to the wedding to make sure our special day was nothing short of amazing. Jennifer and her team were very accommodating and so helpful from start to finish! The Chapel was absolutely gorgeous. We chose to go with minimal decorations in the chapel as it was already picture perfect. The Lake view room at Hawk Hollow was the perfect venue size for us and the staff worked wonderfully with our other vendors! I can not say enough good things about Jennifer, her team, and the Hawk Hollow Venue!

My husband and I had our wedding reception in September of 2022 at Eagle Eye in the Grand room and had an AMAZING experience. We worked very closely with the head event coordinator Jennifer Geiger for the year leading up to your wedding and she was extremely helpful. She was always quick to reply with any questions and made time in her busy day multiple times throughout the year to relook at the room, linens, vases etc.
The day before the wedding, the Eagle Eye staff had our room set up with linens and table settings very early on in the morning and allowed access to my wedding planner and decorating team to give them plenty of time to add the additional touches. The linens were very clean (with a ton of color options and chair bow styles) and the place settings were done nicely. We were also able to borrow a number of vases and motives for centerpieces. I brought in my own charger plates due to my color scheme and Eagle Eye allowed me to drop those off a week in advance so that I did not have to worry about hauling those over a week in advance.
On our wedding day everything went very smoothly. The food was BEYOND delicious and we got multiple compliments from our guests on it. We had the bacon wrapped gouda chicken and the steak with bleu cheese compound. We had the salads pre-set and the staff did a great job in getting food out in a timely manner to all of the guests. There was a very large bar menu and was very reasonably priced. We had a very large reception (just under 300 guests) so Jennifer and Eagle Eye were able to accommodate this with a second bar to make sure that our guests were served quickly.
Eagle Eye also did a great job accommodating to our special requests. There was a Michigan State football game the night of our reception and Eagle Eye was able to provide a TV setup so that our football loving guests wouldn't miss a second of action.
The view for pictures at Eagle Eye was also incredible. WE did a photoshoot at sunset on the 17th hole and they turned out absolutely gorgeous. They were our favorite wedding photos!
Overall our experience with Eagle Eye was amazing. If you want a wedding day stress free, with a beautiful view, delicious food, and a great alcohol selection Eagle Eye is the place for you! As a bonus, you won't break your bank to get the perfect day :)

Jennifer at Eagle Eye was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, and was easy to get in touch with when we needed questions answered. The venue was beautiful and was able to accommodate everything. The food was also 10/10! Only critique would be that the day-of ceremony and reception coordinators were somewhat absent when needed. I also wish there was a bridal suite at the venue for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in. Other than that, the venue was great. Would definitely recommend!

I was so pleased with Eagle Eye. The views were gorgeous, the food was outstanding, and the staff were more than friendly and accommodating.

The food at the reception was incredible. We still get compliments on our food! There are numerous appetizers, entrees, and sides to choose from, and they even offered a complimentary tasting of the food beforehand.

The venue was gorgeous. The rooms are very neutral in color so it fit any color scheme we wanted to go with. The room was really clean, and we had access to the room really early so we could get decorating done.

The bar service was great. The bartenders were amazing and very quick.

The girls in the office were awesome to work with. They were friendly, quick to reply to emails and calls, and were always happy to help and answer questions.

Great Venue and great service. It is well worth the money and it is a beautiful location!

We loved our reception venue. The food, ambiance and service were all top notch.
