The staff was amazing to work with. They were helpful, organized, and made everything run so smoothly. From the initial planning all the way through the last dance, we felt completely supported and taken care of. Tracey, the sales manager was flexible, professional, and genuinely kind — which made a huge difference during the planning process. Jordan and Emmy, the day of coordinators ensured that all was taken care of and that our day turned out perfectly.
Our guests were blown away by how stunning the venue was, and we heard over and over again how much they loved the space and how great the food was. The ceremony location was picturesque, and the reception room was both elegant and inviting. We wouldn’t change a thing — Ravines was the perfect place to celebrate the start of our new chapter, and we’re so thankful for the memories we made there.
