Diana is THE best!

Diana is a total professional and such a caring person too. My husband and I cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work. We're SO happy we chose her to be our day-of coordinator and we continue to talk about how much we appreciate everything she did for us. We had a very unexpected rain storm come in the day of our wedding. It was extremely stressful and last minute plans needed to be made to ensure our entirely outdoor venue was protected from the elements including our coffee vendor and their generator. Diana gave me updates frequently and made sure we were in great hands. She handled literally everything. You can tell she really cares about making sure your day is a success. On the day of the wedding she decorated the venue so beautifully and made sure everything went according to plan. We are so lucky we got to work with her! Our wedding was a beautiful day thanks to her. If you're looking for a coordinator I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Stress Free Wedding

If you are thinking about hiring a day of wedding coordinator, do it and hire Diana! I knew having a day of coordinator was a must for my wedding after personally having to help with set up at different friends & family weddings. Diana is very seasoned and laid back which made me feel more relaxed about our day. She knew our venue, The Heritage Museum of OC like the back of her hand and was able to offer great advice & recommendations based on her past experiences. On the day of, we didn't have to worry about anything and she was always 3 steps ahead of me even when I tried to sneak in and ask about something. Diana really helped us enjoy our day so we could take in every moment!

Diana is the BEST day of in OC!

I wish I could give Diana a billion stars! I am an event planner myself (mostly sporting events) and met with quite a few wedding planners. No one came even close to the level I was looking for .... until I found Diana! Diana came highly recommend by our venue or we may have not even found her. I am so happy we did and will say that hands down she is the BEST in the biz in terms of attention to detail, LISTENING to her clients, response time, honesty, creativity, and full blown hustle on your day of.

We were on a super tight budget covering the entire cost without any help from family. We really did not want to compromise the amount of people and experience and really thought we might have to. Diana sat down with us and worked with us to create our dream wedding, with all of our favorite people- that we could afford!

Also, from day 1 we told Diana we want a PARTY. The #1 main theme of the wedding was having fun. Diana helped us find vendors that would be on board with this and bent over backwards to ensure we had the best damn time- which we did!

The day of our actual wedding she a POWERHOUSE making sure everything was perfect and we didn’t need to lift a finger. She made sure we ate, got the pictures we wanted, bustled my dress when my sister was off drinking, and made sure there was a drink in our hands from the moment we got to the venue! I seriously don’t think I went to the bar once. She communicated with all of our vendors and seriously made the entire process stress free.

We had told our photographer in advance we wanted to actually BE at our cocktail hour and just step away for a few pictures. She made sure that happened reminding our photographer so we didn’t have to! She even went out of her way to keep our parents happy to take yet ANOTHER thing off our plate. When I forgot about a last minute decoration I wanted she smiled and went outside to take care of it coming back dripping sweat while she made sure I stayed in the AC! Diana you are an absolute angel!💕

Also, if you think you can’t fit the $1,000 for her day of fee in your budget- you are wrong! Diana’s amazing planning skill saved us much more than that. Also she supplied a bunch of decorations for us that absolutely fit in our theme. 100% worth every penny!

I could not be happier with Diana and her team and would highly recommend Country Garden Caterers to anyone looking for a stress free wedding planning experience. We put Diana in our budget labeled “piece of mind”- and that’s exactly what she gave us!💕💕💕💕

Best decision for my big day!

Diana is one of the most wonderful people I have ever met! Diana cares about your day and makes it known that you are incredibly special to her! She makes you feel like your best friend! She is detailed, asks the right questions, and makes the vision you have dreamt of come to life. She makes sure your day flows without any pockets of pauses that are unnecessary. You need to hire Diana for your special day!

Stress-Free Percfection

If you want your wedding (or any event) to be a beautiful stress-free day, you cannot go wrong with Diana and Country Garden Caterers!

My husband and I used Country Garden for our wedding last year (June 30, 2018) at Point Vicente Interpretive Center in Palos Verdes, CA. Diana was our wedding planner and day-of coordinator. We could not be happier with the way that the whole planning process and our actual wedding day went.

From beginning to end, Diana and the Country Garden team were amazing! Diana made sure that our day was exactly what we wanted it to be--my husband and I were always the first and the last people consulted to ensure that our day fit our vision and no one else's. At no point in the process did we feel overwhelmed or like things were out of control because Diana had a firm handle on everything. She even suggested several of our other vendors, including our incredible DJ, which made the whole day really come together.

From the beginning, we told Diana that we just wanted our wedding to be about celebrating. We didn't want a lot of the traditional wedding-day things--we mostly wanted to drink and dance--and she made sure that was the day we had. She helped with everything from coordinating our wedding colors, to linens, to plates and silverware, to the decorations on the appetizer, food, and drink stations. Everything was perfectly and beautifully coordinated and far exceeded our expectations.

Diana and the Country Garden staff were always accessible to us and willing to talk through any issues that arose. The venue where we had our wedding had a very, very brief window for setting up and breaking down everything. Country Garden handled it all seamlessly. If there were any issues the day of, my husband and I never knew about it. It was the perfect day.

I am so grateful to Diana and the entire Country Garden staff for making our dream wedding a reality. We were able to have the exact day we wanted because of the hard work and care of Diana and her team. We will always look back on that day and truly think that it was perfect.

If you need a catering team, an event coordinator, or both, you cannot go wrong with Country Garden and Diana. They will work tirelessly and do everything in their power to make sure that you get the day you want (not what anyone else wants, but what you and your partner want). They made our day perfect and we will always be grateful for all their hard work.

I don't think there are words to express just how amazing Diana is. We had her as our day of coordinator and she made EVERYTHING PERFECT. I don't know what we would have done without her. She puts her whole heart into what she does and it is absolutely apparent! She went the extra mile with everything. The decor was perfect, she kept everyone and everything ON TIME, and she even made sure to have appetizers and drinks ready for us as we exited the ceremony! She was there for us whenever we needed her. If you want someone who is efficient, passionate, and just overall an amazing person to coordinate your wedding, then Diana is the person for you.

We hired Diana for our Day of Coordinator for our wedding last month and we couldn't have been more pleased! We got to relax, as did our families and wedding party because Diana took care of everything for us the day of. She helped set up the timeline of events, got all of our decor set up, and just made sure we were well taken care of on our wedding day. Even throughout the wedding process, Diana helped steer us in the right direction and was honest with us about pricing for items and how to save some money. She definitely knows her stuff! Thank you Diana for helping to make our wedding day so memorable!

Diana and her staff are AMAZING!. I started planning my wedding almost 2 yrs in advance. My fiance and I went to one of Diana's bridal fairs which really helped give us ideas for our wedding. Shortly after the fair we met with Diana for a tasting and wow, their food blew us away. Diana was so sweet and so helpful that we decided to also hire her as our day of coordinator and thank God we did. AS much stress as I had been under I dont know what we woukd have done without her. She kept our whole evening running smoothly and her set up was beautiful! We recieved so many compliments from our guest on how beautiful everything was and how good the food was. I was even told we had the perfect wedding which is amazing because most newlyweds will tell you something always goes wrong. Not at our wedding. It was great! We had no problems and We were able to enjoy ourselves because Diana and her staff had it all under control. We absolutely love Diana. I will not miss the stress but I will miss working with Diana. Thank you Diana for all your help. Our wedding was amazing because of you. We can't thank you enough. We love u!
