From the moment we stepped foot on the property we knew we landed on somewhere special. It was a no-brainer to pick Birchwood Manor as our wedding venue not only because of the beautiful grounds but how outstanding Farrell is. We had investigated about 10 venues but Birchwood Manor stood apart from them all. After having our wedding we can say how we made the right choice. All of the wedding party was comfortable and able to get ready on site. We were stress free to whole day. Farrell executed our plans every step of the way. She accommodated the entire Manor for us to use the entire day. The food ...and especially our wedding cake was out of this world. Our guests enjoyed our special day as much as we did. We are so very thankful to Farrell and how amazing everything turned out and so happy we chose this venue. To any bride out there I highly recommend this venue.

Our wedding at Birchwood Manor was an absolute dream come true! The entire team, especially Farrell, made it the best day of our lives. From start to finish, they were on top of every single detail, making the weeks leading up to our big day as relaxing and enjoyable as can be. Farrell, in particular, was incredible—she offered round-the-clock support and treated us like family. Not only did she go above and beyond to make sure that my husband, our families, and friends were comfortable and well cared for from the beginning of planning to the wedding day, but she handled the wonderful chaos of our families with grace.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect at the Birchwood Manor. My husband and I cannot recommend this venue enough. Every experience working with Farrell and her team leading up to the day was fun and stress free. All of our questions were answered and every accommodation was made to make our wedding exactly what we envisioned. Farrell was absolutely amazing on our wedding day. She went above and beyond to make it the absolute most perfect day. The Birchwood Manor is a stunning venue that is beautifully maintained. It’s unique decor and beautiful grounds were so lovely for all of our photos. Our guests had an amazing night and everybody couldn’t stop talking about the cocktail hour. All the food on our wedding night was exceptional. We really cannot say enough good things. Thank you again for helping us create the wedding of our dreams!

Words cannot express how thankful we are to Birchwood Manor for making our dream wedding come true. From the start of the wedding planning process until the very end, our banquet manager and maitre d, Farrell, made sure every one of our requests were granted. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable and we knew from the moment we met with her that we were in great hands. Three months later, and our guests are still raving about the delicious food. The cocktail hour had multiple stations ranging from sushi bar, seafood bar, carvings, fajitas, to our favorite gourmet mac and cheese and more. I was even surprised by custom ice carvings! The lobster tail and filet mignon dinner was melt in your mouth perfection. And for an exciting finish, there was an endless assortment of passed desserts that had our guests tasting them all. The service was fast and friendly, and accommodating to some of my guests dietary requests. Even though it ended up raining prior to the start of our ceremony, the staff at Birchwood was able to set up an inside ceremony that was just as beautiful. Thank you once again to Birchwood Manor and Farrell for one of the best nights of our lives!!!

there are not enough words to describe how wonderful and beautiful my day at the birchwood was! my parents got married at the birchwood almost 30 years ago & i am so lucky that the beauty of the location was not only preserved but progressed. My brother and I had our communions there and I got to walk down the aisle in the room my communion was and have my first dance where my parents had theirs. if you have the luxury of having an event of the birchwood, you won’t be disappointed. they will surpass every expectation. Mike and Farrell are the most kind, accessible, and dedicated people I have ever met. They were there for me in every moment. The day is always stressful as a bride- but Farrell made my day so smoothe and fun and I couldn’t praise her enough. They took the time to make our day one like out of a story book. My husband and I were truly on cloud 9- because they considered every detail to make our day as memorable as it was. It was not our first event here and it will not be our last. The most beautiful venue employs the most beautiful people, if your looking for a perfect place- go to THE BIRCHWOOD!!!

The Birchwood is elite with customer service and doesn’t disappoint. Working with Michael 27 years ago for my wedding and working with him again for my daughter was like going back in time. His professionalism and commitment to quality has exceeded our expectations. Then there is Farrell from day one did not disappoint. Her attention to detail and her commitment to my daughters happiness was beyond overwhelming. Four days before the wedding calling us with different ideas for ice sculptures to making sure the cocktail hour was over the top was just unbelievable. I will not only recommend the Birchwood I will continue to ensure I do business with them. Thank you all at the Birchwood. You made my daughter and son in laws day. We fell in love with Birchwood Manor the first time we visited 2 years ago as the first person we met with was Michael Marino, who was so warm and welcoming from the beginning. Since then, we’ve worked with Michael on planning our wedding and he was so great to work with. He was easy to communicate with, super energetic and full of positive energy throughout the planning, and very informative. We wanted our dogs in the ceremony a lower guest minimum for fear that less people at the time would attend due to covid and Michael quickly accommodated our requests, no questions asked! Our wedding was 10/14/23 and Farrell was our maitre’d. After getting home, my matron of honor, brother in law and mom had nothing but AMAZING things to say about Farrell. According to my mom, Farrell saw my grandpa had trouble with his boutonniere and she, without us asking, started helping him and all the other groomsmen clip them on. She worked with my husband on getting a little last-minute seating mishap resolved (we had some unplanned guests who had initially rsvp’d no and showed up). She was so good with children as our flower girl and flower boy/ring bearer were 4 and 7 and she interacted with them and helped show them what to do at the ceremony. Our day of coordinator unfortunately had an emergency and was not there part of the wedding but Farrell really took over and checked in on us constantly and took charge of the day. My matron of honor said Farrell was so nice and reliable and amazing at her job. Going back to the wedding, our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was, down to the chandeliers in the ballroom. Our wedding was unfortunately outdoors but Birchwood was so accommodating with allowing us to use the Grand Ballroom for the ceremony as the reception was already set up elsewhere. We upgraded the cocktail hour to deluxe and with both my husband and I being from Chinese families with high expectations in regards to seafood, the lobster tails were gone instantly as our guests loved them so much. People raved about how good the cocktail hour was, including the carving station and shrimp scampi station. The ice sculpture was a beautiful and elegant touch. All in all, we and our guests had nothing but an amazing time at Birchwood. We have nothing but positive experiences through our 2 years of wedding planning. Thank you Michael and Farrell and Birchwood Manor for helping us plan our wedding and make our wedding day visions really come to life!

I could not have been happier with my venue choice. I traveled to several places before deciding on my wedding venue, and Birchwood Manor truly stood out for its beauty, elegance, spaciousness, and most importantly, the banquet manager Farrell. Farrell is a kind, dedicated, and experienced manager who goes out of her way to make your dream day come true!!! I know that my wedding day would not have turned out the way it did, if it had not been for Farrell. I planned my wedding for a while (about two years), and throughout the whole time, Farrell was there, helping me sort through all my questions and concerns. Even on the wedding day, Farrell stayed until the end of night, making sure the wedding goes smoothly and resolving any unexpected issues so that we can enjoy our day.

If I am to have any large events in the future, I would for sure come back to Birchwood Manor. The venue is so elegant and well-maintained, and it exudes an air of grandeur and warmth that comes from the fact that it's been family-owned for generations. You can tell that the venue is taken care of with affection. And the chandeliers! I fell in love when I first saw them. You cannot make a better decision--if you are on the fence, choose them without any hesitation. Highly, highly recommended!
