Allan, Max, Ryan, Nannette, Issac.. (really everyone) are the absolute best people. They make you feel like Crystal Plaza is your home away from home…you may never want to leave! They are ALL helpful and attentive, answering every question with impressive promptness.

On the morning of our wedding, I walked into the penthouse to get ready with my large bridal party (13 bridesmaids), and tears immediately filled my eyes. The ambiance in the penthouse is stunning—beautiful, calming, relaxing, and so spacious. This feeling continued as I entered the ceremony room, cocktail hour and reception!!

Throughout the entire day, both my husband and I felt completely at ease and didn’t need to think about anything except enjoying ourselves. This wouldn't have been possible with our bridal and groom attendants. Alejandra, Estivalys and Gerald, G, were phenomenal. During the day Alejandra repaired a bridesmaids dress and made sure I ate and stayed well hydrated. Estivalys was with me the entire wedding, helping me bustle my dress, and even helped me get my shoes on when I wanted to do a shoe change. She thought of everything and reminded me to enjoy all the moments.

My husband will not stop raving about Gerald, G. He is attentive, friendly and was on top of everything. He went above and beyond to make sure the groomsmen had everything they needed from the morning to the evening.

Then we met our Maitre’d’, Mikheil—and he was OUT OF THIS WORLD. He runs the show, and he runs it flawlessly. You don’t have to think about a single detail because Mikheil has it covered before you even know you need it. His experience and intuition make the entire event seamless.

And the food… beyond incredible. The presentation, the quality, the flavors—everything is superb. Your guests will be talking about it for weeks. The available enhancements are the perfect way to make your day feel personalized and unique.

I got married at Crystal Plaza on June 20, 2026, and I truly cannot put into words how incredible our experience was.

Throughout the entire planning process, I worked closely with Ronni and the rest of the Crystal Plaza team. From day one, everyone was attentive, helpful, calming, organized, and always made me feel confident that everything would come together perfectly. They answered every question, guided us through every decision, and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

However, nothing could have prepared me for how amazing our wedding day actually was. It surpassed every expectation that my husband, my family, and I could have ever imagined.

The level of service and attention from the staff is simply unmatched. My husband has been a groomsman in 14 weddings at different venues, and he said he has never seen a groom or groomsmen treated as well as they were at Crystal Plaza. The same was true for my bridal party. Everyone was cared for, attended to, and made to feel special from the moment they arrived. I never expected such an extraordinary level of hospitality.

One thing that really impressed me was how Crystal Plaza handled our large bridal party. I had 18 bridesmaids and my husband had 17 groomsmen, and I was worried about how everyone would be managed throughout the day. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Mikheil and the team made sure everyone knew exactly where to be and when, there was plenty of space for everyone and their belongings, and the entire day felt organized, calm, and effortless. Managing this size bridal party I s no small task, but Crystal Plaza handled it flawlessly.

The day ran flawlessly. The team handled every detail and every piece of timing so seamlessly that I never once had to look at a clock or worry about what came next. They were completely in control, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every second of our wedding day.

And then there was the food.

The food at Crystal Plaza is truly exceptional. Every guest seemed to have a different favorite item because everything was that good. The cocktail hour was absolutely unbelievable, an experience in itself. The variety, quality, presentation, and creativity of the food completely blew our guests away and became one of the most talked-about parts of the night. From cocktail hour through dessert, every course was outstanding. No detail was overlooked, and every guest felt like there was something special made just for them.

The venue itself is breathtaking. I was never worried about a rain plan because both options are stunning. The garden is gorgeous, the upstairs atrium is elegant and spectacular, and the ballroom is simply world-class. It is grand, opulent, and unlike any venue I have ever seen. Our guests were genuinely at a loss for words when they walked in.

This was the absolute best experience I could have ever asked for on my wedding day. Crystal Plaza delivered perfection in every possible way. After experiencing a night like this, I cannot imagine hosting another event in my lifetime anywhere else.

Beyond the world-class service, the property itself is stunning. The manicured grounds are breathtaking and offer an incredible backdrop for photos. A special shout-out has to go to their bridal suite- it is a next-level, luxurious, and incredibly spacious oasis that allowed the wedding party to relax and get ready in comfort.

My parents got married at the Crystal Plaza 50 years ago today! When it came time to planning their 50th anniversary party, my mom didn't want to hear about any venue other than the Crystal Plaza. The Crystal Plaza offers small, private dinner parties in their Vault (aka Groom's Suite), which could be the most amazing room I have ever seen. We were 12 people with kids as young as 7 and we all had an incredible time. There is a pool table, a simulator that offers golf, bocce and an array of different games, the food was exquisite and the staff (yes, we have a full dedicated staff) was so attentive. I cannot say enough about the staff. They anticipated our every need - before we even knew we needed it! It was a well-oiled operation. Now to Allen and Max. There is something to say about a family run establishment that has been operating for over 100 years. They know what they are doing and it shows. They were so accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for hosting this incredible milestone for our family. It is a night we will never forget!

Expectations were clear from the start, and the entire team was beyond responsive to every question along the way. When it came to our wedding day, I was on cloud nine. Liza and G were practically mind readers — they took care of us and our parents with such warmth and attention to detail. I didn’t have to think about a single thing because they made sure everything was handled perfectly — from ensuring I always had something to eat and drink, to keeping my comfy shoes within reach.

When we first toured this venue we knew instantly that this was where we would be getting married! Every inch of Crystal Plaza is absolutely stunning and the entire staff went above and beyond our expectations. Our point of contact was Iris, who was fantastic to work with and always made sure we had everything we needed. From our initial meeting to the day of the wedding, communication was consistent and smooth and everyone on the Crystal Plaza team was always available to answer our questions. Our groom and bridal attendants were amazing. If anyone forgot anything (or my sisters husband breaking his bow tie), they magically got it for us instantly. The details that you don't even think about were beyond amazing throughout the entire day.
