We are super grateful to Julie & Jessica for helping our March 2023 wedding go off without a hitch! Not only were they super communicative and on top of every detail throughout the process, but they also offered great vendor recommendations and advice on little things that we never would have thought of. They have tons of experience not just with weddings but with other large events, and it showed. On the day of the wedding, we were really able to relax and enjoy it because we knew that, with their expertise and preparation, they'd be solving any problems that arose. Birch coordinators far exceeded our expectations in every possible way! They solved issues, answered questions, and provided above and beyond service before we knew we had an issue, question, or need! On the day of the wedding, our Birch coordinators seemed to be quietly everywhere at once! This was especially critical with two venues (our church in Vienna and country club in Arlington). Leading up to the wedding, calls and e-mails were answered more quickly than I could imagine. They always had great ideas and so many resources at their fingertips. They worked with all of our vendors: florist, music, country club… proofread the invitations and ceremony program…helped with dinner seating arrangements and last-min. rearrangements (due to unexpected changes!). They created a day-of timeline that kept everything moving smoothly! Even our church coordinator commented on how the wedding began at the precise time (when many did not!). Nothing seemed too much trouble…not even stopping at the Crumbl cookie store and picking up bags and bags of individually boxed cookies for “take-away’s” at the end of the evening and then setting them up in a beautiful display and taking any leftover boxes to our car…among other items. All we did at the end of the evening was drive away!

When we arrived at the reception venue, it was as though we were truly guests! I cannot even imagine the wedding without the advice and support of Birch! They made it a magical event! Review by the Mother-of-the-Bride.

The wedding industry is complex, and Birch surely knows how to deliver. My wife and I got married in June 2023 in the Union Market District of DC.

Nailah and Julie supported us in our vision, had fun ideas, sorted out challenges with other vendors, and helped negotiate. Birch was happy to hop on calls and address any questions, comments, or concerns. Throughout the process, we might have needed some hand-holding; they were genuine in their guidance and highly personable from beginning to end.
