The personal service at Bee Cave Jewelers is awesome. They take the time to listen to what you want. They're kind and caring. If you want to purchase jewelry from a family owned business that take the time to get to know their customers and what they like, you want to go there!

we dropped off two pieces to make them a smaller size
they gave us a receipt that has the price for the job at the day of pick up. They doubled the price claiming that they forgot to mention the extra work on the receipt the job was done incorrectly and they overcharged us. The owner was there looking and he knew something was wrong. I did not get involved. I was visiting in town and had to catch the flight so I had no time to argue. This place is no good. Be aware not recommended at all.
