They are both so so knowledgeable about the wedding industry, dresses, styles, etc. and this helped so much more than just getting my dress altered. They were patient, ultimate hype-women, fairly priced, and provided quick turn-around. They were willing to take time for every detail and make sure it was perfect before all was said and done. Would 1000% recommend these incredible women and trust them with your bridal gown for your big day!

After spending so much on my wedding gown, I was trying my hardest to do some research and find a reasonable but skilled alterations specialist. I came across Becky Fowler and saw all of the raving reviews. I called and they were very professional, flexible, and responsive. Becky and her daughter Amy work out of their home and take cash only. They were both so warm, kind and supportive. I needed a hem, American bustle, and to close the slit a little on my A-Line dress—Becky had it ready within 2 weeks for only $400! I was blown away by the quality of her work! I felt like they also really cared about my experience and ensuring I felt satisfied with my gown. I couldn’t recommend Becky enough! She’s a pro and made the wedding prep process even better :)

Becky and her daughter Amy are truly THE BEST! They were very accommodating with my crazy work hours. Not only did they complete my alterations promptly, but they fit me in soon after to adjust one small detail that was bothering me. I also brought in my rehearsal dinner dress to be hemmed, and Becky told me it was actually perfect as is! Becky and Amy are both outstanding ladies who will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with their work. They are also the absolute sweetest and treated me like family!

Absolutely thrilled with how my dress turned out! My dress was several sizes too big, and I wanted a couple of different alterations and Becky did all of the alterations in two weeks! Incredibly reasonably priced. I’ll be returning!
 

I found Becky via forums discussing the best places to go for bridal dress alterations in DFW and could not be more pleased with my decision to contact her. I spoke with her daughter on the phone, Amy, who works with her; she was super sweet in answering my questions and scheduling me for a fitting. Becky works out of her home, which she has set up with soothing and elegant fitting areas. It was a wonderful experience meeting with her for the first time; she is so open and welcoming and completely puts you at ease, which was priceless given the very unfamiliar first-time experience of wedding dress fitting! I only needed a few fairly simple alterations; she shortened straps, extended the length of the underskirt, shortened the front hem, and sewed in bra cups. Her pricing was very fair and certainly far less than I would have paid going somewhere else; just be aware she only accepts cash... no checks/Venmo/Zelle etc. In addition, I got to hear all about her long career as a healthcare professional and transition to dress alterations, as well as learn about her lovely family. She finished my alterations in two weeks, and I got to meet Amy when I came back to pick up the dress. I would wholeheartedly recommend any future bride to consider engaging their services for wedding dress alterations!

I looked all over Dallas for someone who could alter my wedding dress. Some of these places cost insane prices. On local blogs, I found Becky Fowler. It was the BEST decision to work with them. Becky and her daughter Amy are professional, sweet, and affordable. They got my dress back quickly, and it needed a ton of work! They taught me how to walk in it, what things to bring for it day of, and were genuinely invested in getting my dream dress to look perfect. I can't recommend them enough.

Becky and her daughter Amy were super sweet and experienced. They sure know what they are doing. They did my wedding dress, my mother’s dress and my sister’s dress (maid of honor). They did a wonderful job and ensure you like the outcome of the alterations. They are super thorough and I would definitely recommend them!
