Bebe is one of the most responsive and caring vendors I have EVER dealt with. I was beyond happy with her service, communication and most importantly her love and passion for what she does. Whatever you have in mind for your wedding or event she will get it done. She is so responsive and she does everything in her power to make it work for you. Definitely referring her to anyone that needs a catering service. Thank you so much Bebe. Javon and I are so grateful and so happy we went with you. I hope we can reconnect in the future.

10/10 would book with Bebe's Kitchen again. She was very detail orentiented with my every need and cry as a bridezilla (renewal) and even made us multiple mini versions of the many possible cakes for us to sample. My husband and I were able to speak with Bebe during the weekend and evenings which is typically hard to have that kind of open time as a caterer, but Bebe made us feel like a priority. She had our venue set up so beautifully, and her staff made everyone feel so warm and welcome. We just could not imagine having worked with anyone else. We will be booking again for all of our parties and recommending to our friends and family! Thank you so much Bebe's Kitchen and Staff for making our Wedding the absolutely dream wedding, we could have ever hoped for.

Do not hire this caterer. Here’s my experience. I found this caterer on the knot. I am having a destination wedding where my grandparents are located so they do not have to travel. I messaged different caterers and she seemed nice and decided to go with her. She asked if I needed table setting, I sent her pictures of my placement setting idea and she sent me pictures back that were not what I asked for. I was back and forth with the reception location because the caterer needed 2-3 hours for prep time which the reception location had never heard of. So, in order to accommodate for Bebe’s, I had to purchase additional hours. It was too expensive, so I had to move to an airbnb, then soon after the guest count was too high. SO..

I had to go to a new venue location and absolutely fell in love with it. The new venue location did share they require caterers through their required vendors so I called Bebe’s Kitchen. I had explained the whole situation and that I needed to cancel with 7 months advance because my wedding isn’t until November 2023. She asked me to send her an email and then 4 days later didn’t hear back from her. I tried calling her and had my phone call go to voicemail, texted me “i’ll call you back” and never did or responded to my text messages.

Absolutely horrible caterer experience for my wedding in Austin. She never disclosed a no refund policy until when I spoke with her on the phone about the cancellation. Had me write a email she had no intention of probably reading since she hasn’t responded back. She pretty much ran with a $514 deposit with an 7 month cancellation notice and still hasn’t reached back out. I would definitely not recommend due to her lack of responses and un-professionalism.
