Our equipment is first quality and our selection is one of the finest in North Central Florida. Please come visit our showroom where we have many rentals on display or browse thru our online showroom and photo gallery to see how we make every event a Beautiful Moment. Our staff or party consultants are ready to assist you in planning and coordinating your event.
Delivery is available at a nominal fee. Our delivery personnel are instructed to stack your equipment neatly in a convenient location arranged in advance. Our china, flatware and linens are delivered in containers to insure table ready use.
Most prices are quoted for one-day or weekend usage. Long term rates are available upon request. A deposit of 50% of the total order is required to secure a reservation with the balance due before delivery of equipment or at time of pick-up.
We are continually adding to our inventory so if there is an item you need and it's not listed please do not hesitate to contact us at (352) 307-8180. We reserve the right to make price changes at any time.

A happy repeat offender! Look no further!
This is my second time using this vendor and it did not dissapoint. We had an amazing experience renting tables, chairs, tents, lights and a dance floor for our wedding in Ocala, Florida. The rental company was reliable, professional, and provided top-notch service. Everything was delivered on time, set up beautifully, and exceeded our expectations. Everything was amazing
We rented chairs, a tent, tables, linen, lights, and dance floor from beautiful moments and everything was beautiful. They delivered and set up the day before the wedding and picked up a few days after. They did everything in a timely manner and made our outdoor wedding exaclty how I imagined.

Beautiful Dance Floor

We rented our wedding arch, chandelier, and drapery from Beautiful Moments. They set up 2 days in advance with no issues. Everything was exactly what we wanted. We were very pleased with the quality.

Beautiful Moments had the best price in our area for all that we needed for our reception. We were worried about weather because we were having an outside wedding and they were extremely flexible with the tent rental. Anything we needed to add or adjust last minute was no issue. They were a great company to work with.
