I cannot recommend Vangie enough as your wedding planner. My husband and I came to her not only with our wishes for a traditional Hindu wedding, but our parents’ as well, and she executed everything flawlessly. The day before the wedding at Bella Collina, we did a final walkthrough and went over all of our backup plans. Vangie had already communicated with all of our vendors, putting us at ease & allowing us to relax and soak in our last moments before tying the knot.

On the day of the wedding, it was projected to rain for a short period, but Vangie worked her magic and insisted on having the ceremony outside for us, despite how difficult it may have been for her team when setting up. She pivoted beautifully, pushing the ceremony back to accommodate our wishes & working closely with the club and our vendors. We were able to make up for time and still get through everything we had scheduled for the ceremony and reception, with enough time to unwind and dance with our loved ones until the end of the night.

Vangie’s knowledge of our venue and its team, combined with years of industry expertise truly shined on our wedding day. Our guests did not feel the impact of any changed plans or hiccups, and my husband and I were able to just enjoy our day without worrying about any of the details.
