Barnett Estates is a premier facility that incorporates the ambiance of Country, Rustic and Elegance all into one venue. From the log barn adorned by crystal chandeliers to the picturesque country scenery, we have something for everyone. Located in the quaint town of Krum, Texas, only a few miles West of Denton we have the amenities of a large town venue with the small town charm. Our venue is bordered by 215 acres of wandering countryside making the venue peaceful and comfortable. We provide a variety of indoor and outdoor locations to meet and exceed the needs of your special event.
We focus on two things: Offering the perfect venue for your events and offering the highest level of service to make sure your event goes as designed. Our Krum facility is easy to find, fun to use and arranged right for many different kinds of events. When you work with us you are working with experienced experts who can provide a rand of services and help you connect with other services for a complete package. Our venue provides many amenities from handicap friendly facilities to tables, chairs, linens, chargers, plates, glassware, coffee machine, serving dishes, bakery refrigerator, ice machine, moist heating ovens, multi-media presentation equipment and much, much more.
Our dinner catering offers a barbeque buffet, Mexican buffet, Italian buffet or home cooking at reasonable prices. We can also customize the buffet with some of your personal favorite items. There are also great options for breakfast and lunch depending on your needs. We pride ourselves on the ability to serve mouthwatering food with visual appeal that can satisfy everyone.
We have an in-house cake design group that can customize your cakes to fit your occasion and tastes. We have an unlimited variety of combinations of flavors, frostings and fillings. Our personal favorites are the white caramel cake and the chocolate fudge cake that are melt in your mouth delicious. By providing the cake, your event can be hassle free.
Our floral group is amazing at providing designs for all of your floral or decorating needs. We can arrange flowers for everything from centerpieces to bouquets. We can also provide balloons and many other decorating services. Our service is provided so that you can just show up for your event to enjoy it without a lot of preparation.
Our personnel are organized to make your event run smoothly. They can handle everything from meal preparation, set up services to tear down and clean-up. This ensures that your event will run smoothly and you don't have to stay behind and clean up after the event is over.
We can also provide services such as transportation on our 215 acres with horse drawn carriages or limo golf carts. We have bartenders and security for those events wishing to serve alcoholic beverages. We have photographers, videographers, hair, and make-up artists that we work closely with that provide our customers with great options.

Barnett Estates is a wonderful place to celebrate any/all special occasions, especially a wedding. My daughter recently got married there and she loved it!!! The venue is absolutely beautiful and offers breathtaking views. When we first toured the venue it was easy to see that a lot of time, effort and planning went into the design. During the ceremony the entire staff was very professional, friendly and really made everyone feel special. I would not hesitate to refer Barnett Estates to anyone!

I honestly could not imagine ever finding a more perfect venue than Barnett Estates for our wedding! From the moment we met Jana and Brittney, there was an immediate connection and I knew they were going to be everything I needed (and SO much more!) to help with our wedding planning experience and needs. The passion these two ladies have for what they do and their dedication to going above and beyond to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly is something I am forever grateful for. The ability to seamlessly coordinate every aspect of the wedding, from the catering, to the floral, to cakes, and so much more is where the true value of Barnett Estates shines! Our wedding day was the most perfect day I ever could have dreamed of and it is all thanks to the impeccable efforts of Jana and Brittney and services offered at Barnett Estates.

I got married on Sept 8 at Barnett Estates and it was a great experience. This is a newer facility built on 200+ acres of land. It is close enough to Denton to be convenient but far enough away to feel like "the country".
My husband and I chose this venue because we wanted an outdoor ceremony/indoor reception - both spaces are beautiful here.They only do one wedding per weekend, so we never felt rushed or crowded. We appreciated that Barnett allows you to bring in your own alcohol and vendors. They are a "turn key" operation, meaning they can (if you prefer) take care of all your vendor needs: catering, flowers, centerpieces, decor, signs, planning services, rehearsal dinner, sparkler/firework send-off, etc.
Brittney and Jana are a perfect team and will work hard to make sure you have a stress-free wedding day. The pre-wedding planning meetings were a lifesaver and kept everything moving and on track. I was balancing a busy travel, work and graduate school schedule and would not have had the wedding I envisioned if not for the efforts of Brittney and Jana
What an amazing venue!! So much attention to detail. I have to mention that they took such great care of myself & my assistant. And you know if they are taking that great of care with the vendors they are going to go all out for their brides.
