Perfect Wedding!

Barnett Estates was the perfect venue for our wedding! The outdoor patio was the highlight of the night, after formal reception the party was a hit outside. It was the perfect atmosphere for our guests and separated the events of dinner, toasts, dances, and the party! Cecily, the venue manager, was so helpful throughout the entire process. We got the best “bang for our buck” by choosing this venue. We used their floral and decor, and added our personal signage and personal bouquets. It really was a beautiful venue and made the most beautiful wedding, perfectly capturing our western theme, while still remaining elegant! We also ended the night with their firework and sparkler show, which was a hit! Our guests loved it and made for the best grand exit and photos! The venue is right outside of Denton so guests traveling could stay in town as well.

Best day ever!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. There are no words to express our gratitude to Jana, Cecily and the entire staff at Barnett Estates. Our day was absolute flawless because of them. They are masters of timing, organization, decor and most of all FUN! This was the best wedding I’ve ever been to and not just because it was mine! The care and support we received from them during our entire planning process was elite. They went above and beyond for us. Our guests were never hungry, thirsty or bored and also shared the same appreciation for the natural beauty of the property as well as the beauty of their well-oiled machine. None of it went unnoticed! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! The best wedding venue in all of Texas!

Look no further for a wedding venue

Just recently my wife and I had our 10 year wedding renewal at Barnett Estates. This was something my wife and I wanted to do since the first day we eloped. We made a promise that if we made it to our 10 year anniversary, we would hold a wedding for all family and friends to come too.

Our Journey with selecting Barnett Estates started 2 1/2 years ago when we toured the facility. Between the location, the ambiance, the welcoming atmosphere of the staff, it was a no brainer on why we chose Barnett. To put it simply, they were a one stop shop for everything you would need in a wedding and then some. They were always open to us bringing our wedding party over before the rehearsal to show the venue off and they also allowed them samples of some of the treats we had planned for the day of.

Fast forward to the day of the wedding and all I can say is "OMG". The staff, the location, the setup, the tentativeness, the feeling like family was amazing. We had guests from all over the U.S. come and was just in awe of the way it looked and how quickly but out of sight the staff was. I can not recommend Barnett Estates enough. If you are looking for a wedding, Vow renewal, or just some great sweet treats, this is your place. Oh and did I mention the affordability? The amount of stuff you get and the professionalism they bring, surpasses that of any venue or location I have ever been to. You will not regret choosing Barnett Estates.

Dream wedding venue

Our wedding was truly the most magical day! Barnett Estates was one of the first and only venues we toured because we absolutely fell in love. Weddings can be extremely expensive and we were worried about finding a beautiful venue that was in our budget. For the price point you get access to SO many different decorations that most venues don’t offer. Not to mention that the venue itself is stunning. After booking with them a lot of the stress is immediately taken away as they help you through every step of the way and are quick to respond if you reach out with any questions or concerns. We ended up booking with a lot of the vendors that they recommended and I’m so happy we did! The DJ was AMAZINGLY upbeat and kept the party going all night. The food they offered was delicious and we received so many compliments on it! The cake that we got through their bakery was delicious and they were super accommodating to allergies by offering a gluten free cake as well. The sparklers and fireworks we got for our grand entrance made us feel like we were in a fairy tale. The photographer they recommended didn’t miss a single moment and the photos ended up turning out beautiful. The day of the wedding we did have a small hiccup that caused our grand entrance time to be delayed but they were quick to get it sorted with minimal disruption. The rest of the day went off without a hitch and everything came together perfectly. Weeks later we still have friends and family telling us how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and a lot of that is thanks to Barnett Estates. Overall we could not recommend Barnett Estates enough. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

Absolutely beautiful venue with the most amazing people !! 10/10 recommend. Not only is the venue gorgeous they made everything as stress free as possible. Jana and her team go above and beyond to make couples wedding days a dream come true. There’s no hiding they’ve done this time after time with all the little details they make sure are handled. I’ve got to say the most impactful little touch they put on the end of our day was the Togo bag of food they packed up for us and put in our car. By the end of the night after dancing and entertaining all our guests all I wanted was some of the food we had since I didn’t have much opportunity to eat being the center of attention all night. Cannot say enough great things about Barnett Estates and their team. My day was perfect in every aspect. Thank you again Jana and the Barnett Estates Team!!!!

A dream wedding

We cannot say enough good things about this venue! Our wedding was an absolute DREAM! I have said over and over, I could not have had this dream wedding without this venue and the coordinators! I get stressed very easily and planning was scary at first. Once I picked this venue, they did all the hard work for me! The day of was so organized and handled so well. There were no complaints and my guest were even so amazed how well everything was coordinated. Hands down the best venue in DFW! I give a 20/10! Thanks ya’ll for the wedding I have always dreamt of!

November 2023 Wedding

The people at Barnett Estates are absolutely amazing. We had our wedding there in November 2023 and they were so kind and considerate about everything. They were willing to help us with just about every aspect of our wedding. If you're looking for an all in place this is where you need to go. They will help you with just about everything if you let them and it definitely takes some of the stress of wedding planning away. Jana (the owner) is an absolute sweetheart and the amount of love and consideration she puts into each wedding shows her love for each client. Oh and you can't forget about their cake it is just so delicious and moist.

Most Amazing Wedding Venue and Staff

From the beginning I put my trust in Jana and the staff at Barnett Estates and it was the best decision I could have made. I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire day because they made sure everything ran smoothly. They went above and beyond my expectations to make my vision come to life. Worry free wedding day with Barnett Estates

Barnett Estates staff made our wedding day a dream come true since the first meeting. It is at a beautiful and convenient location. The staff took care of me and my husband so we had no worries on the day. We chose them for coordination and catering as well. They provided inclusive packages, which made planning more effortless. We got tons of compliments on the venue, food, and DJ (they recommended). I would 100% recommend Barnett Estates for any special day.

Highly Recommend!

I found Barnett Estates from a Wedding Wire search in my area and fell in love with the look. We visited the venue, met Jana, and were sold when we learned her story and the inclusive packages that were offered. Finding Barnett Estates made wedding planning so much easier, and we got to spread out the tasks over time to avoid stress. We met Jessica at the two wedding planning meetings, and she and Jana really made our Halloween theme come to life. It makes all the difference when the planners get excited over your ideas too 😊 Our wedding day could not have been more perfect! Weeks later, I’m still hearing from guests about the venue, delicious cakes, and our wedding vibe, that could not have happened without Jana and Jessica.

Best One Stop Shop for Stress Free Weddings

This venue is incredible. They are all inclusive so you don’t have to worry about finding food, cake, and decor vendors. They also make sure to make you feel like part of the family there. Jana goes above and beyond to make sure your day is all about you and takes care of everything so you don’t have to lift a finger. She values your individuality and helps make your dream wedding come to life to the best of her ability. As a bride who uses a wheelchair, this venue is incredible for accessibility and the venue even helped make sure my guests in wheelchairs could be seated in the grass by using ply wood boards so their chairs didn’t sink into the damp ground (it had been raining the day before). Also an incredible and rare quality- they have little ramps so that anyone with mobility needs can safely get into the seating area from the aisle. I’m not used to my accessibility needs being taken care of for me. I’m used to have to think about that and bring my own tools and resources, so it was mind blowing and such a relief to not have to worry about that for one of the most important events in my life. My only note to be aware of is that the suites for getting ready are really very small, so if your bridal party is bigger than 2-3 people per side, I would recommend getting ready at your hotel or lodging nearby so it doesn’t get too crowded. Other than that, you truly cannot beat this venue in terms of convenience, price, staff, and atmosphere.

Stress Free Wedding!!

We just got married here and it was absolutely perfect. I don’t even know how to put into words how amazing our experience was from the start! I have to be honest and say this was not our first pick of places going off of looks. We really wanted the Big White Barn. But the moment we met Jana and she walked us through the venue, I fell in love. It’s beyond just a beautiful venue, it’s an entire experience. We chose the most expensive package, which worried me at first, until I realized how much we were saving on decor, linens, etc. Jana made wedding planning so easy and kept me informed the entire time. People talk about how stressful weddings are, but I didn’t get that with how much was handled at Barnett. I had two coordinators, Jana and Jessica. They made sure the place was decorated, the timeline was followed and then some. After the wedding, they cleaned up and made sure I had everything I needed. My husband and I left Monday for our honeymoon and they mailed out our marriage license and returned my flower bouquets to the florist for me (I had fake flowers that were going to be turned into a wreath). I could go on and on about how wonderful the experience here was but do yourself a favor and at least go get a tour and talk with them. You’ll quickly see they go above and beyond for you. Every place we went would tell us we could have the venue 12 hours and it was for set up, wedding and clean up but this place gives you access the entire week and you and your guests don’t have to worry about clean up after.

The other amazing part was engagement photos. They allowed us to take photos on their farm. Jana was with us the entire time and took us all over to not only take pictures, but to also see all their animals!! I will never forget everything they did for us and plan to return time and time again for their cakes, cupcakes and cookies (which will be another review for their sweets company) because they’ve gotten a life like customer out of me!!

The BEST wedding venue. The entire team is amazing. They’re all so helpful the entire process of planning and during the wedding. They get everything set up so beautifully and really help create a magical and memorable day. The catering at the venue is AMAZING and the cake is even better! Absolutely the BEST!

We absolutely loved working with Mrs. Jana and her team for our wedding day. They made sure we were taken care of not only on the day of, but also leading up to the event as well. Our wedding would not have been as smooth as it was without the Barnett Estates team. It was extremely windy, and they pivoted to make sure not only our outdoor ceremony could still happen, but that all the other details were still take care of as well. We used them for our cake (so delicious) and catering and it was the best decision we could have made! They accommodated our dietary restriction guests as well with no issues. You will not be disappointed if you have your wedding with them!

The most easy wedding to plan!

Magical Wedding

Let me tell you a little story…. My handsome, now husband, proposed to me on July 2, 2022. It was magical and of course said YES. Then I started to panic!! Since we had started dating, I began to look at wedding dates because my heart of hearts knew he was one. When would be the best time of year? Where would we go? How much will it cost? All the things. Well, I found our date 12-3-22! We loved this date, my husband and I are nerds and our date was 1-2-3 and 2+2 is 4!! It made my husband and I smile however, we were now tasked with finding an open venue that would have my perfect date and match my Pinterest Board LOL!! I immediately called my dad and mom to ask if my mom could come up the next day and frantically go look at the two, yes you read that right 2, venues in the area that had our date. The first venue we went to was Barnett Estates. The moment we drove up to the picturesque backdrop that is this venue I was in love. We had not even talked to Jana yet! Once we met Jana we were so at ease. Everything that was offered at Barnett was my Pinterest Board. I knew that we had found our place but were going to honor our second appointment and just hear them out. We left the second place and I cried. I was overwhelmed and just wanted a perfect day and knew what I wanted but was not sure what Joe wanted. We talked and he said, “Hon, Barnett is our place, call Jana.” So, I did and I have not regretted a single moment. Our 14 week planning was exceptional. She had our wedding planned out to the second, our wedding FEAST for us to sample (side note you MUST try the beans!!) We tasted wedding cake and picked out every possible decoration. Afterwards, people kept asking me, “are you stressed with all the planning?” to which I replied, “nope, Jana’s got it!!” I did not have to worry about a single thing. We had made it to OUR day our 1-2-3 and 2+2 is 4! I was so calm, so cool and so collected. I did not have to want for anything. Everything was taken care of and just perfect! If anything went wrong I did not know a thing about it because Jana and her people took care of it all. My day indeed was unimaginably flawless. You will not regret your decision to go with Barnett Estates.

I don’t even know where to start with this review. All I can say is WOW. I never thought a wedding could be so stress free and run so smoothly. Well Jana and the rest of the Barnett Estates staff are absolutely amazing in every way. If you want an unforgettable experience for your wedding you need to choose this venue. When we took a toured of the venue with Jana we fell in love with the gorgeous property and her. I really can’t thank her enough for making our day so special and unforgettable. And the best part STRESS FREE. She took care of everything and made sure every detail was covered. We were very blessed to have found her and her venue and cannot recommend them enough. All of our guests told us it was the best and funnest wedding they had been to. Thank you Jana for everything. 🥹❤️🥲🥰🙏🏼

Best choice out there!

everything was done beautifully- the team did EVERYTHING for me. All I had to do was grab my groom, invite everyone and get a dress! all the fine details were done by their staff and owner!
meetings - were done perfectly to show me all the choices to pick from. there was absolutely no stress or last minute details that I as the bride had to deal with.
I would choose Barnett Estates a million times over.
This venue is so passionate about my day and it truly showed! The fact that guest from our wedding are still talking about how perfect everything went 6 months later says it all - gives me goose bumps every time!

Nicola/Solis Wedding

Where do I even begin? I was never the girl who dreamed of the perfect wedding, but I always dreamed of finding the perfect soulmate. Once I finally found him, I knew I was in need of some serious help with planning and coordinating our big day. Jana and her team laid everything out for us (even with step by step instructions!). Everyone was so kind, patient, and encouraging throughout the entire process. Jana created the perfect day, with the perfect venue, and perfect outline. Every single one of my guests continue to rave about the day, venue, food, cake, music, etc. Oh my goodness the food and cake. We went a little untraditional and went with the taco bar and it was such a hit! The guacamole, salsa, and queso were also on point. They also have tons of cake flavors (and the taste testing was one of my favorite days!). Every single one of the recommended vendors (DJ Astronaut, 3 Birds Photography, and BB Wellington) created the best day and atmosphere anyone could dream of for their wedding. I cannot express what a rockstar Jana is, and I could never imagine a wedding anywhere else now. I'd like to thank Barnett Sweets Co. and Jana Osborn for everything they did for me and my family. We love you all so much and we're so happy we have now officially grown our Texas family.

My husband and I could not have imagined getting married anywhere else! Barnett Estates was so beautiful and they made our dream wedding into a reality. Having Jana and Brittany every step of planning our wedding was a breath of fresh air. It was so easy, stress-free and relaxing. They were able to answer all of our questions during the wedding planning process and made our wedding day all about us. From the day we first toured, to our meeting leading up to the wedding, to the wedding day itself, was such a breeze and we were able to actually enjoy every step of our wedding process. Perfect Venue

I cannot recommend this venue more! Absolutely amazing team and the easiest wedding EVER! It took EVERYTHING off my plate and was a great rate for the other places we visited that didn’t even compare. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding and not stress, go with Barnett Estates. My husband and I got married at Barnett on Oct. 23, 2021. Never in my life did I think I would have been able to have a wedding as beautiful as the one I had, and that is all thanks to Jana and her wonderful team! From the very first meeting with Jana, I knew we made the right choice! Jana took care of EVERYTHING! Never once was I stressed throughout the entire planning journey! My daughter was married at Barnett Estates in May of 2021. Jana and her team were amazing and helped Amanda plan the wedding of her dreams. There was no stress as Barnett is a one stop shop for venue, decorations, food and dessert. We did not have to lift a finger. The planning was fun and everything was perfect.

Dream Wedding

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Barnett Estates! They made our wedding dreams come true. I got married here in May. The venue and scenery is beautiful. Another great thing is that this venue is considered "all inclusive" meaning you do not have to stress on your wedding day!
The staff and coordinators customize every detail to make your wedding dreams come true. From the centerpieces, decor, fireworks, delicious food and much more--you will not be disappointed. They do it all.
From the 1st day I toured the venue, Jana and Brittney took us in as if we were friends/family. They listen to you , they are creative, organized and they do not miss a beat when it comes to planning and scheduling your wedding. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Dream come true

Seriously the best venue and people. I looked for months for the perfect venue that I could envision myself at. When I walked into Barnett Estates I was speechless. Then I met Jana, the owner and the planner, and I knew Barnett Estates was the place. Jana, Brittney, and their team are the best. They are truly professionals at planning weddings. They not only made my dream wedding come true I also feel like I have new friends. My wedding was everything I have ever dreamt of and more. There was no last minute cost add ons. Perfect wedding

Barnett Estate was the perfect place for our wedding. Our wedding was 11-13-21. Everything was beautiful and was exactly how I wanted. From the decor was exactly how I wanted it to be. They knew exactly what I visioned and brought it to life. The food was great and my DJ Astronaut was awesome. We had a blast. It was truly a party. A perfect day it was. I wish I can relive every moment.

Wedding of our dreams all thanks to Barnett Estates!!

I don't even know where to begin..we had the most amazing experience with Jana and Brittney at Barnett Estates. We booked the package that includes their services as coordinators/planners and it was worth every penny and more! You can tell that this is a passion for them and they will work just as hard as you in making your vision come true! I had so much anxiety about wedding planning and I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted for a lot of it, so the fact that I had their help and guidance made everything so much less stressful! We had an absolute blast at our wedding and reception and I know in my heart that if we had gone to any other venue it would not have been the same! Do yourself a favor and go meet with them you won't regret it!!

One in a lifetime Venue!

My husband and I got married her back in January. The whole team was amazing! They made plaining my wedding stress free, we never worried about anything. Amazing Venue & Staff!

The venue is stunning and includes so much! I am a fellow planner & now a bride on the hunt for a venue and having everything included so my family can enjoy the day is extremely important to me. They have all the centerpieces you can imagine and provide linens and runners. Catering is onsite and the tables-cape looks beautiful. Plus they have the staff to take care of it all as well. The outdoor ceremony spot is gorgeous and you can use all the decor they have outside. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for place who knows all about weddings. Even just reminiscing about previous weddings with the staff, they know how to handle it all!

My childhood wedding came to life

My husband and I got married at this amazing venue on 10-12-2019. PREFECT DAY! The weather was amazing but the venue and staff is what made our day. Jana and Brittany and everyone else that was behind the scenes, really made this a seamless and stress-free process. The venue comes with a coordinator that is passionate about making your wedding dreams a reality. Seriously ladies, if you want to find a venue that does it all AND IS AFFORDABLE, this is the venue for you! They provided food, floral, cake, decor, tables, chairs, linens (all those little things you don't think about), THEY GOT YOU! The outside ceremony area is one of the reasons we chose this venue, it is absolutely stunning! I cannot express how amazing Jana and Brittany were! Loss for words!

My wife and I are actually at a loss for words regarding how perfect our wedding was becaue of the team at Barnett Estates. Being a same sex couple we had visited SEVERAL venues prior to Barnett. The first thing we noticed was how warm and welcomed we felt when meeting Jana and taking the tour. Her soul emits love and it is apparent.

When you start to plan a wedding you have a vision and to see it come to life and be better then we could have ever expected makes us feel so humbled and lucky to have found Barnett. Jana and Brittney know and anticipate every piece of the planning process and follow through. I could go on and on but a few examples include: my brothers shirt was dropped in mud. I told Jana and she had the shirt washed and ironed in time for the wedding (which she did not have to do). Two of our grandparents who are a bit fragile were provided with a portable heater and allowed into the dining venue early. The venue itself is gorgeous and breathtaking. Jana and Brittney knew the answer to every single one of our questions. It is true, they do all the catering, cake, floral, decorations and work with an amazing DJ (DJ Astronaut).

We cannot recommend a venue more or talk more highly about Barnett. Jana and Brittney are truly little wedding angels.

Fairytale Texas Wedding

Barnett Estates went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! The wedding coordinators Jana and Brittney were so amazing and had everything detail planned and executed flawlessly. My parents ended up not having to worry about a thing the day of the wedding and they were so at ease and impressed with how well the night went. All my guests were also impressed from the cocktail hour from the beginning of the wedding to the fire work show for our grand exit. Barnett Estates is all inclusive and they handled the catering, flowers, cake, DJ, decorations and so much more! They also allow toy to bring your own alcohol! I would highly recommend this venue for any future bride.

Jana and Brittney are absolutely amazing. They made our entire wedding planning process such a breeze and stress free. We met with them 3 times before the wedding and had everything picked and planned out way ahead of time. We could use any outside vendors that we wanted or we could use any of the Barnett Vendors. They really make the wedding process affordable because they care about each and every one of their brides and grooms! Every single one of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I 100% recommend, don't have your wedding anywhere but Barnett Estates!!

Best day ever!

I shouldn’t limit my review to one day; my experience with the wonderful team at Barnett Estates was around 9 months. From the initial tour of the venue to the moment my husband and I walked away as newlyweds, the entire staff, I should say family, at Barnett Estates blew our minds. They are so organized and professional that I really found myself forgetting that I was planning a giant party with a million details that I otherwise would’ve been stressing about. Jana, Brittney, and Chelsea had everything under control. They did all of the behind the scenes work, and we just kicked back and enjoyed our day. Our planning meetings were as simple as picking colors, food, and decor. It was that easy. We went with Barnett’s catering and the food and cake were delicious. Many of my friends said the cake was the best they’d ever had. My husband and I are gluten-free, and even our GF cake was amazing (totally not expected considering GF is usually pretty gross when it comes to baked goods). We also went with the venue’s floral and we could not have dreamed that our flowers would’ve come out as beautifully as they did. Everyone says your wedding day is the best day of your life—and they’re right, but I expected stress and anxiety that just did not happen for me. I love this venue, I love the staff, and we couldn’t have made a better choice!

Amazing staff and venue

When I tell you they think of everything.... they do! I had my wedding here in December 2018 and had planned for it to be outdoors. The day of rehearsal the weather decided not be on our side, but Jana and Brittney had it already set up for us indoors. They made the space and our day more lovely than we ever imagined. The staff is super friendly and loving. They paid attention to every detail and were able to improvise when needed. Hands down I would recommend Barnett Estates to any and everyone!!!!!!

Wedding dream come true!

Apologies for the length but I’m just over the moon for this venue and still on Cloud 9 from my wedding last week!!!
If you’re on the hunt for a wedding venue that is not only beautiful but is filled with people that will ensure your day is the absolute best day of your life and melt all your worries away throughout the planning process, look no further! Last December I picked a wedding venue from a distance without stepping foot onsite until June. My worst fears came true and I had to cancel, lose deposit and start my wedding venue hunt less than 6 months out with a date already set. I toured 8 venues (a couple top contenders) but my 9th venue was Barnett Estates and after meeting with Jana, It was a done deal. Jana is everything a bride, mother, friend, husband, etc. would want a venue owner and wedding planner to be. She cares, she KNOWS her stuff, she wants your day to be special not because of the $$$ but because she has a deep love for her clients and ensuring their day is exactly what they dreamed it to be. Someone in this business because they love it versus a pay check makes all the difference. I never had any doubt that my wedding day would not be anything less than amazing in the hands of Jana and also her daughter, Brittney. They are the ultimate dynamic super hero wedding duo!! The planning process leading up to the wedding was a breeze, I trusted Brittney and Jana because I know they both truly cared. Every question I had was answered plus questions I never thought of were asked of me and without them, I would have been lost. The venue is without a doubt gorgeous but I honestly chose Barnett because of Jana and Brittney. My initial through the roof anxiety mellowed once I knew they were planning/managing/creating my special day.
The big day! The weather on December 1st was perfect, we had our ceremony outside with in front of their pergola adorning a chandelier and flowing romantic curtains dressed with greenery. My dream! The sound system outside was amazing. My husband and I read our own vows and all our guests (150) heard every word! As the sun began to set, we were gifted the most amazing backdrop for sunset photos I have ever seen. Guests enjoyed cocktail hour accompanied by delicious appetizers prepared by Barnett. The reception dinner was a huge hit with chicken fried steak, lean brisket and all the delicious sides a country dinner needs! We all danced the night away with DJ Astronaut leading the tunes until the sparkler/firework exit and it was magical. We kept the fireworks a secret and everyone was blown away. This was a legit firework display right on the venue property! Add fireworks into your wedding, they are incredibly affordable with Barnett Estates and the perfect night cap for the best day of your life!!!! Thank you Jana, Brittney and Barnett staff. I will be singing your praises for years to come!!!

Absolute Perfection!

Barnett Estates will forever hold a special place in my heart! Our wedding was absolutely perfect in every way largely in part to Brittney, Jana, and the whole team at Barnett. These two are organized, professional, patient, creative, crafty, great cooks, and so much more. Every meeting and checklist along the way helped me to feel confident and relaxed as we planned our wedding, which is something not every bride gets to say. Being a Barnett bride was such an honor. As the day went on, and the details came together, I was just so overjoyed that we had chosen Barnett. It was magical from start to finish and ran like a well oiled machine...no hiccups, no stress on our part...just total enjoyment and bliss. Seriously the best day ever thanks to EVERYONE at Barnett Estates! I am still receiving so many compliments on how exceptionally beautiful everything was. I got married on Sept 8 at Barnett Estates and it was a great experience. This is a newer facility built on 200+ acres of land. It is close enough to Denton to be convenient but far enough away to feel like "the country".

My husband and I chose this venue because we wanted an outdoor ceremony/indoor reception - both spaces are beautiful here.They only do one wedding per weekend, so we never felt rushed or crowded. We appreciated that Barnett allows you to bring in your own alcohol and vendors. They are a "turn key" operation, meaning they can (if you prefer) take care of all your vendor needs: catering, flowers, centerpieces, decor, signs, planning services, rehearsal dinner, sparkler/firework send-off, etc.

Brittney and Jana are a perfect team and will work hard to make sure you have a stress-free wedding day. The pre-wedding planning meetings were a lifesaver and kept everything moving and on track. I was balancing a busy travel, work and graduate school schedule and would not have had the wedding I envisioned if not for the efforts of Brittney and Jana

Had an absolutely perfectly amazing fairytale wedding, thanks to Jana & Brittney! We opted for their services for everything they offer - venue, coordinating, catering, cake & floral. The DJ they recommended was great, too. These ladies really care and take the time to plan every detail just as you dream it. I felt like I was the only bride they were working with, and our wedding was the only one they had to plan. Our guests had an amazing time -- even those who say they don't usually like weddings said they enjoyed ours. Food was delicious, everything was planned to a T and the best part, I never had wedding planning stress. These ladies think of EVERYTHING and make the planning process a breeze. The only thing we're upset about is not seeing the Barnett ladies anymore!

This was the easiest wedding planning experience we could have asked for. With two built in wedding planners this venue goes entirely above and beyond for you every step of the way. My fiance and I felt so well taken care of, we weren't worried about the little things and were freed up to spend our wedding day enjoying, relaxing, and experiencing the day alongside our friends and family. I loved that my mom wasn't stressed out over the wedding planning and was able to help me focus on the bigger things in the months leading up to the wedding. With tons of customization options, awesome recommendations, and genuine comforting experience, Barnett Estates is a few steps above the rest. The flowers, cakes, catering etc. that they take care of in-house are all wonderful.

Update: We returned this 4th of July to enjoy a meal and amazing fireworks show at the venue, a tradition they share with past couples each year. We loved catching up with the family and sharing stories with others who had nothing but wonderful things to say about this venue. We are still getting compliments about our wedding months after! Jana and Brittney are truly amazing.

If you haven't booked a venue yet, this is THE one! The coordinators at the venue are so extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just overall great people. Our wedding was absolutely perfect!! The best part about this venue is that on your wedding day that's all you have to worry about..just being there. They take care of everything else! Okay, I'm not usually one who gives perfect scores for anything, but Barnett Estates is SO deserving. Ever since I got engaged, I knew I wanted to have an outdoor wedding. Our date was set for Dec. 30, and I was determined to keep it outside. Despite the (what felt like) freezing temps for our rehearsal, Barnett stuck with me and always made me feel like it was my choice. Ultimately I decided at the last minute to move the wedding inside to spare our guests. I'll admit, I was a little disappointed. I had this pre-conceived notion that it would not be as beautiful or wonderful as I had hoped if it had been inside...boy, was I wrong. Not only was it so stunning, but it was also honestly more than I could've ever dreamed. They made my day so memorable because I was able to actually able to focus on each and every special moment of my day while they effortlessly and beautifully handled everything else. They are some of the kindest, most accommodating people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I also appreciated that I was never "just another bride." They always remembered my name and my desires each and every time I reached out to them. If you're wanting a venue that has truly good people, excellent value, and incredible quality, then Barnett is the place to go.

I would have to say that there is not a better place to have a wedding. The venue was a little out of the way for my guests but it was entirely worth it. There are hotels close by so it really wasn't that bad. Barnett Estates made having a wedding a breeze. I really only had to pick my colors! They wedding planners were the absolute best and accommodated some of my crazier bridezilla moments. They covered everything: flowers, food, decor, center pieces, set up, clean up - they even loaded the car with all of our belongings before we left. I would say there is no other venue to go with than this one.

This is the most amazing wedding venue for so many reasons. Everything can be done in house (seriously... flowers, catering, cake, linens, bar, fireworks). Jana and Brittney make everything look easy and leave you completely at ease. You’ll be looking for something to do with all your free time. It is also absolutely gorgeous! The whole staff is very polite and attentive. This is definitety the best venue for a great price. You won’t regret a thing!

I am so blessed to have found this venue! I know in my heart that God sent me to these wonderful ladies, Jana and Brittney! They took all of the thoughts and ideas I had for my wedding and made them into a reality better than even I could imagine! The wedding was perfect, beautiful and ran incredibly smoothly. I told my friends this was like an all inclusive, one stop shop! They took care of everything from my floral, cakes, linens, tableware, catering and more. My daughter was married September 30, 2017 at Barnett Estates and it was a perfect and beautiful day. Brittany and Jana took care of every detail from our 1st appointment to the final moments of the reception. They also took the time to get to know my daughter and her fiancé and even both families which made the wedding day even more magical. The food, flowers, cocktail hour, and the detailed decoration were just so awesome. And the cakes were phenomenal. The coordination between Brittany, Jana and team was superb. They were on top of it making every single detail flawless. They executed perfectly.

The bridal party also had access to the venue all day before the ceremony which allowed the bridal party to get ready together. It was very stress-free and it allowed the girls to bond and enjoy getting their hair and make-up done together.

I cannot recommend this venue enough. Thank you for making our daughter's wedding so special and magical

I got married here on April 22, 2017 an it was seriously a dream come true and the greatest blessing a bride could hope for!! I'm so thankful to Jana and Britney and the Barnett Estates staff for allowing me the privilege of being a Barnett Bride. These people care about you and want nothing more than for your big day to be absolute perfection.

First of all it's beautiful!! The pastures all around and the little orchard were the perfect backdrop for my rustic wedding. Then when Jana and Britney get the decorations and floral going...it will seriously take your breath away!

Then you'll really be blown away when you meet with Jana and Britney and find out it actual affordable! It's none of that "oh well to rent venue it's $7,000 but you have to rent tables, chairs, liens, and do all the decorating yourself...etc." With Barnett Estates you get it all and it won't cost you every penny you have.

That brings me to the best part about Barnett Estates - Jana and Britney!! They are a mother-daughter duo that has talent, compassion, and creativity! They really do care about you as couple and want nothing more than to make the wedding of your dreams a reality. They certainty did for me!! My food was awesome, my ceremony decor was stunning, my reception was a blast and my floral made me cry tears of joy!! And did I mention that Jana makes the best cake ever (try the white chocolate raspberry and tell them I sent you! You won't be disappointed!) They did everything for my wedding- the food, flowers, decorations, cakes, even fireworks!!

On my wedding day I didn't have any stress whatsoever and it's all because of Jana and Britney!! My wedding was fun and beautiful and it didn't break the bank!!

If you are a bride reading this review I urge you to go see this place in person and meet with Jana and Britney!! You'll be so glad you did :)

Stop considering other venues and book the Barnett Estates! It will be the best decision you could make for your wedding! Brittney and Jana treat you like family and their venue does it all -food, décor, planning. This is the most stress free route you could go! I think we had the whole wedding/reception planned in 2 meetings! Definitely go with in-house catering, I got so many compliments on the food and especially the cakes! Barnett Estates is a wonderful venue. I do not have a bad thing to say. My husband and I were busy with school and wedding planning and were on a very tight budget. Jana and Brittney met us where we needed to be and created a custom package that met our needs. They helped lead us through the wedding planning process and coordinated with our other vendors well. In general Jana and Brittney are good hearted people who love what they do which truly helps shape your experience. The day before the wedding was very hectic for us because the majority of our wedding party was uninvolved but the day of the wedding went smoothly with their cooination. The process of a wedding is stressful and to embark in this journey it is always important to count with wonderful and loving people. This is what we found with the people at Barnett Estates. These wonderful people have blessed our son and daughter in law and we thank God for it. Since the beginning of the process Mrs. Jana and her daughter Brittney were very professional and caring about what was going to take place. Along the way Mrs. Jana and her daughter Brittney impacted the lives of my kids making the process a peaceful and calm. The culmination of this giant step took place on Friday December 16th and these two amazing ladies and all the staff members were in control of every detail that in the heat of the moment sometimes are missed. A beautiful setting for the ceremony and where the reception took place gorgeous. Every aspect of the wedding was taken care. The sense of peace at this time was prevalent and overcame any stress. Thank you very much Mrs. Jana, Brittney, servers, valet staff and everybody involved. It is a team effort and this is what made it so special. We very highly recommend this venue!

My wedding was 10000x more than I could have dreamt! Jana and Brittney and their staff will forever hold a special place in my heart for making my ENTIRE wedding experience so magical! Not just the wedding but all the planning and the work that goes into making the wedding was beyond anything I could have asked for!!!

We had the 4-carrot package where they did our cake, and flowers, food, decorations and mostly took just about all the stress off our hands!! They made 200% sure that all the details would be what we wanted and paid attention to things we wouldn't have even thought of but come the day of were actually important and we were so glad they were there to make sure everything was perfect!!!!

They truly went above and beyond. I was the last of all my friends to get married and NONE of them had an experience like I did! They had so much stress and so much planning and just stuff they had to mess with. Barnett Estates took all of that for my plate! Most importantly took it off my mother's plate!! She was able to just enjoy the entire day with me and relax and wasn't running around doing 100 things. She just spent time with her girl!

My husband was excited to come to every meeting with me and loved Brittney and Jana just as much as I did. He was very set on having his grooms cake a certain way and he was left speechless when he saw the cake the day of the wedding!!!!! So much that it's the wallpaper on his cell phone!!

I can't go on enough about how wonderful this place is but I can guarantee that if you book your wedding with them you will have the best wedding experience you could ever imagine and be filled with such joy and love and life! <3

They will feel like family and you will be so sad that your wedding is over because that means you don't have any more fun meetings to attend with them! :]

You will not find better quality and service anywhere else. We visited several other venues in the DFW area and none of them came close to Barnett Estates. Brittney and Jana are the sweetest women and their staff is incredible. Every single detail was executed perfectly and far exceeded my expectations. They really take the time to get to know their couples and customize every detail. The cakes were amazing, the flowers were absolutely breath taking and the food was the best I've ever had at a wedding. I've received tons and tons of compliments on how beautiful our wedding was, but I can't take credit because Barnett Estates took care of every thing. They even allowed our fur baby to be part of the wedding and were so flexible about letting her be with us on our special day. We truly had a story book wedding and I cannot recommend this venue enough.

Jana and Brittney are absolutely WONDERFUL and could not have created a more beautiful wedding for my husband and I! They both went above and beyond to make sure that our day was worry-free by creating a custom package that was just right for us and coordinating our flowers, cake, DJ, servers, linens, centerpieces, etc. You name it, I guarantee they had already thought of it! They were completely on board with my husband's crazy idea of coordinating the food himself and were always willing to step in when needed, even if it meant acting as our fill-in officiant the night of our rehearsal! We love that Jana and Brittney gave back to the community by taking our leftover flowers to a nearby nursing home and we always felt like a part of their family whenever we got together for meetings. Jana and Brittney made it so easy to narrow down my options when it came time for me to make a decision on certain things and they took a Pinterest-inspired flower arrangement and made something incredibly unique out of it. To couples interested in Barnett Estates, you cannot go wrong by booking here; these ladies were such a time-saver for me and I could not imagine having to book different individual vendors from all over the metroplex when Jana and Brittney could simply include it in our custom package.

Walking in on our wedding day and seeing all the details that everyone worked so hard to put into place and how they thought of things that I would of never thought of bringing it all together to give us the most amazing day we could of ever dreamed of. Everyone says there is always something that is going to go wrong so do not worry about the little things. There is not one single thing I can say was missed or went wrong that day and it was all due to the hard work that Jana, Brittany and all of the staff at Barnett did for us. We received so many complements about how beautiful everything turned out and how wonderful everyone was. I would recommend this venue a million times over they truly care about each one of their couples and do everything possible to ensure that each couple has their dream day.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about Jana & Brittney. They are a phenomenal mother daughter combo who are passionate about what they do and that shines through every area of the planning process. They are so genuine, kind and full of love. During the year we planned our wedding, they made us feel like we were the only wedding they were planning, which was incredibly unique and special!!! During the last half of our planning process, I moved 3 states away to be with my fiancé. Even through the move, they did a great job keeping me in the loop and staying in touch. Over half of our wedding party and wedding guests were from out of Texas and they were so thoughtful in making sure everyone felt comfortable. We were married OUTSIDE on New Years Eve- many people would not have agreed to that, but they saw my vision, helped me pray for warm weather and they made our day everything I dreamt up and more. The venue was flawless- from the flowers to the food, to the place settings to the cakes. I am still receiving compliments on every aspect of the day. They did our cakes, flowers and food and I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. My mom and I were BLOWN away with how everything turned out, as we sat and planned with Jana & Brittney for months- each meeting fun, heartfelt and meaningful. My husband and I got in the car, after leaving our sparkler exit and couldn't stop talking about how perfect the day went. We owe so much of that to Barnett Estates!! If you book them for your venue, prepare to be treated like family. You will adore them, appreciate their hearts and will be grateful for how stress-free they make planning!!

Our Daughter was married at Barnett Estates this past Saturday, the 17th of September. Jana and Brittany you made our daughters dream come TRUE. Everything and anything she asked for you did and said no problem. Even when I said do the best you can you would tell me "Don't worry momma she will have it". You took all the worries of a wedding and let us spend that time with our princess. The venue was amazingly BEAUTIFUL. All I had to do was go with my baby girl and find her the perfect dress and spend every minute with her. Jana and Brittany did everything- Food, Cake, Flowers, Music, Decorating, Photography and make-up and even made calls for me for things like the limo. The Food was amazing which was catered by them.They are the sweetest people and they truly CARE and LOVE what they do. After the wedding I was thinking how much I'm going to miss them all... Jana, Britany, Tim, Morgan and all the staff. Barnett Estates Loves and Cares about the families they work with. I would recommend this Venue to everyone. They are above 5star. This is the place to have your next wedding. Thank you Barnett Estates.

There is so much I could say about this amazing place and their amazing staff! My husband and I had to look for a new venue 72 hours before our wedding due to weather and Barnett Estates was a huge miracle from God. From the beginning Brittney was incredibly helpful and throughout the entire weekend her and her mother made our experience so amazing! There is no doubt in my mind that having our wedding at this venue was God's plan all along, because it turned out more beautiful than we ever could have imagined! Beautiful venue, incredibly sweet owners, and great staff! We recommend Barnett Estates 100%!

I just had my wedding here on August 20th 2016. We had actually only planned to do the reception there but because of all the rain we were unable to have it on the softball field as planned. The staff was amazing in helping us move the wedding to their place and setting it up to make it as much like being on the softball field as possible. Because of their hard work and the amazing team they have we were able to still do it outside just under their awning. The day of was crazy with the move but as the bride I did not have to stress because they took care of everything. I got to enjoy my day getting ready with my girls and when I walked out I was amazing but all they had done to make my day more that what I had ever dreamed. I also had my cake done by them and they made every flavor I asked for and each one tasted amazing. The cake turned out better than the picture I sent because they added a couple of special touches to make it uniquely mine. The planning process with them was smooth and they were there anytime I had a question or needed to make a change. The staff went above and beyond for me and my groom, and during it all they never stopped smiling! I could never thank them enough for what they did for me on what was the best most beautiful day of my life.

The staff at Barnett Estates is exceptional, they are very helpful and go out of their way to make your day great. Our family lived the service we received for our wedding, even with rain they made sure everything was perfect and beautiful. We couldn't have had a more beautiful place, I highly recommend them

WOW!! Words can't explain how great of a venue and service Barnett provides. From the moment we walked in, Jana and Britney made us feel like family. We knew immediately after the first meeting that this was the right venue. I really recommend Barnett Estates! They really make dreams come true!

Jana, Brittany and staff were amazing! They helped me realize my Alice in Wonderland dream wedding. They left out no detail when decorating my storybook centerpieces, spring floral arrangements, and exquisite cake. My guests were so pleased with the taste of the food and service. They provided the extras that you wont find anywhere else, for instance they collected antique tea cups to serve my guests the tea party I could only dream of. My wedding was beyond perfect and to top off the night they had a beautiful firework display on our exit. This is the venue to choose if you want to feel love and support on your big day.

Such an amazing place to hold a wedding or event! The venue was beautiful, the service was impeccable and the staff can not be beat! I will definitely be recommending this to anyone in DFW looking for a wedding venue!

STOP LOOKING!
If you want a venue that is gorgeous and planners that genuinely care about you, you will not regret having your wedding here. My husband and I visited multiple venues during our hunt and nothing came close to this place. They don't charge you extra to change the table linen colors from black to ivory (ridiculous...), they don't charge you extra for the work they put in to purchasing something for you, they don't charge you extra when you change your mind last minute about something because you're a crazy bride. They seriously care about what you want and go over the top to make it happen. Also, they have packages that make the whole process as stress free as possible. Don't want to look for a caterer/DJ/cake/rental supplier/alcohol/fill in the blank? That have it covered or they can find someone for you to contact.
Also another perk is that they do one wedding per weekend. So that weekend is yours -we brought in everything during the rehearsal and left it there overnight. No one's pushing you out or telling you to hurry cause they have another wedding to do in a couple of hours. Seriously the best.
I can never thank Jana and Britney enough for making our special day happen! Also, Jana makes bomb cakes.

Everything about this venue is beyond amazing, and every inch of it is so beautiful. Everyone that works there does such a great job and put so much effort into making sure every detail of our wedding day was perfect, even going so far as to custom build the cross that we wanted for our ceremony alter. They made our wedding so easy and stress free, and I can't say enough good things about them. I am beyond thankful for everything they did for us!
