I would recommend Ashley and her team to anyone! We were planning a destination wedding in Highlands, NC and knew we needed someone local to assist with the planning and day of details. Avail Weddings exceeded our expectations! They were professional, very helpful during the planning process, and made sure everything the day of went off without an issue. Our wedding day would not have been as perfect if not for Ashley and her team.

As a wedding planner, I knew the value of having a support system throughout the decision making process, but the amount of stress that Teresa took off my plate is immeasurable. She helped me decide on every detail, created helpful vision boards and documents to share with vendors, and worked so hard to make sure things went as planned on wedding day. Heather was our official Day of Coordinator (also amazing) so that Teresa could spend time with us and enjoy the event she helped dream up - exactly as we requested! It couldn't have been more perfect.

I got married in November of 2022. My wedding was 3 hours away from where i lived. When I booked my venue Ashley came to visit us. I knew she had to be my coordinator + decorator for my wedding. She is so professional, organized, personable, creative, and overall the kindest person ever. Her team was AMAZING to work for. From calls at the beginning of planning, the day off, and even after my wedding Ashley and her team stayed in direct contact answering all of my questions. Her team helped coordinate my rehearsal as well. She decorated, coordinated, and directed my wedding. Everyone at avail weddings did an amazing job on the day of. I had 0 stress the entire day. I could say so much more about her team, but i would be typing for hours. If you need someone Avail is who you need to use. Very responsive and reasonably priced for what all the offer. You will not be disappointed!

Ashley was very helpful and the venue/ decorations were beautiful. She was readily available for questions beforehand, made sure everything was in place on my wedding day, and helped things flow smoothly. It was low-stress and exactly how I hoped it would be.

Ashley was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend her. She was prompt with responding to emails and had all of the information we needed. We appreciate everything she did to make sure my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding was absolutely perfect.

Ashley helped my big day run so smooth! She helped with any questions I had, gave me her opinion when I asked for it, and took so much stress away! I am so grateful that I had Ashley be a part of my big day!

Ashley did everything to help my husband and I know everything we needed to, answered questions for us any time of the day. She helped us out a ton with our last minute wedding being thrown together basically in a month and helped the day turn out perfect.
