As a wedding planner, I knew the value of having a support system throughout the decision making process, but the amount of stress that Teresa took off my plate is immeasurable. She helped me decide on every detail, created helpful vision boards and documents to share with vendors, and worked so hard to make sure things went as planned on wedding day. Heather was our official Day of Coordinator (also amazing) so that Teresa could spend time with us and enjoy the event she helped dream up - exactly as we requested! It couldn't have been more perfect. -

I got married in November of 2022. My wedding was 3 hours away from where i lived. When I booked my venue Ashley came to visit us. I knew she had to be my coordinator + decorator for my wedding. She is so professional, organized, personable, creative, and overall the kindest person ever. Her team was AMAZING to work for. From calls at the beginning of planning, the day off, and even after my wedding Ashley and her team stayed in direct contact answering all of my questions. Her team helped coordinate my rehearsal as well. She decorated, coordinated, and directed my wedding. Everyone at avail weddings did an amazing job on the day of. I had 0 stress the entire day. I could say so much more about her team, but i would be typing for hours. If you need someone Avail is who you need to use. Very responsive and reasonably priced for what all the offer. You will not be disappointed! -

My experience with Taylor Wedding Company was the best that I could have ever imagined. They were so responsive and genuine in their work. Ashley and her team gave such intuitive advice, showed real concern, devotion, and amazing support to assure that our day was everything we wanted it to be. Ashley was very helpful and the venue/ decorations were beautiful. She was readily available for questions beforehand, made sure everything was in place on my wedding day, and helped things flow smoothly. It was low-stress and exactly how I hoped it would be. -

Ashley went above and beyond to make our wedding day seamless! She is responsive and thorough! We got the day of coordinator package but she helped us when we were in COVID panic, communicated with our caterer and helped us find amazing bartenders when ours backed out. She knows the industry well, has vendor connections and covers things on the walkthrough we didn’t even think about. Above all else, she heard our desires for our day and considered all possible options and scenarios to make them happen. She kept us on track throughout the evening and when we had forgotten to bring numerous things her staff handled it so well that I didn’t even realize it until after. We can’t imagine how stressed we would have been without her and her team, instead we didn’t have to think about anything other than each other on our wedding day! -

I absolutely could NOT have survived planning and executing my daughter’s wedding with out Ashley! From the very beginning I expressed to her I was on a shoestring budget and she helped us negotiate with vendors and even managed to work having a DJ into our budget! The wedding was perfect and my daughter described it as a fairytale, it could not have happened without Ashley’s knowledge and professionalism! Thank you so much for making her day perfect!! -

Due to COVID-19, we spare of the moment decided to do an elopement and Ashley was great support. Ashley always went above and beyond to make sure the wedding day was as stressless as possible, as it was such a quick decision! She always listened to my questions and made sure that all our needs were met, and the elopement was perfect in every way. We are planning to have a large ceremony with all of our friends and family after COVID-19 is over, and from the past experience, I am sure it will be great with very little stress thanks to Taylor Wedding Company!
