We hired Megan from Atlantic Party Flavors to be the day of coordinator at our wedding. Megan was great- she always responded quickly, and was kind and professional! The day of coordinator package included an hour phone call 30 days prior to the wedding which was extremely helpful. She did a wonderful job following all of my instructions on how to set up decor. My only minor critique is that she called me the morning of the wedding about a small issue that I felt could have either been handled on her own, or could’ve texted the maid of honor. Overall, she helped make the day run smoothly and I’d recommend her.

I wasn’t going to hire anyone for day of coordinator, but I am so glad I did! Megan took a lot of stress off of the wedding day and helped bring my vision to life! I would’ve been so lost without her I recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator!

Hands down the best decision I made was hiring Atlantic Party Flavors for my wedding. Megan not only managed the itinerary of the day and kept to our timeline but also stepped in where she saw she could help (serving, cleaning, and bringing me water before walking down the aisle!). Even our guests noticed how on top of everything she was, if you’re on the fence about getting a day of coordinator, this is your sign to DO IT!

I am the owner of Powder Mill Barn, and when it was my turn to get married, I had the opportunity to work with Megan as the day-of coordinator for my own wedding, and I can’t imagine having a wedding without her there! I was nervous about letting someone else decorate but we communicated well beforehand, and I was so blown away when I walked to the field and saw it all set up. I wanted to walk around and look at everything, it was just even better than I had envisioned it. We rented the beautiful aisle runner rug and giant photo frame from her. She did our flowers & bouquets too, based on the color scheme I sent her photos of. I trusted her eye and let her go with it, and they were just perfect. Best part was I didn’t have to break a sweat on my wedding day doing set up and decorating myself and could focus on getting ready! Megan was there to meet and make sure the other vendors and guests knew where to go, and to keep the timeline of the day flowing smoothly. I was a giant ball of nerves, and she was there to talk it out. It was a big weight lifted off my shoulders and my family’s, not having to set up or manage the details. But the best part, not having to break down everything on our wedding day. When I see Megan working weddings, it amazes me how she knows how to deal with any little thing that comes up during the day, she is always professional, positive, full of energy, and clearly loves what she does. I have no other way to describe how hard she works, other than referring to her as Wonder Woman! Lol. I’m glad we had an opportunity to work with Megan on a personal level for our wedding and re-confirm why she is our preferred day-of coordinator.

We can’t thank Megan enough for all her help on our wedding on 4/30/2022 at Powder Mill barn. Megan was such a wonderful help to us in the planning, implementing and clean up!! We wanted to keep our wedding minimal but also homey. We did some of the set up but Megan made the outside ceremony so beautiful and exactly what we wanted! Megan was a wonderful go to for our vendors and the go between so I wasn’t bombarded with questions or concerns from the vendors. We didn’t use any of the fun props I know Megan offers and I’m kicking myself for NOT using them!!!!

Meghan was amazing from start to finish. I hired her as our coordinator because I needed help with the planning process. She was so responsive and helped me with all the details! We talked through our wedding ideas and she gave us some amazing ideas to work with. When we had to push our wedding due to COVID, she was so understanding and we were able to pick up right where we left off when we were ready to reschedule.

Atlantic party favors has everything and more. Coordinating, day of rentals including a bubbly bar, yard games, photo booth, and Instagram frame. Meghan went above and beyond on our wedding day.

We even used her for our Jack and Jill. Don’t think twice! You need her!

I hired Megan from Atlanta party flavors a few months before our wedding because I was getting stressed out. I wanted to make sure the wedding decorations I worked hard making were put up how I wanted. Plus making sure the ceremony went without getting confusing. Well I binned everything and took pictures of how I wanted them. When wedding day came I was blown away by how beautiful everything looked and how organized the ceremony was. She was friendly and made sure my day went great. I recommend Megan for coordinating your and easing your gitters of perfection us brides love and deserve.
