Anika and her team at Assorted Artistries are the absolute best in the business at what they do. My husband and I got married in Vermont on August 31st this year, and we keep mentioning to each other now that it's over how odd it feels to no longer have regularly scheduled Anika-meeting times on our schedule! Living in Los Angeles, CA but planning a wedding in small town lakeside Vermont (where my husband is from) was simply not possible without the incredible wedding planning talents of having Anika & Assorted Artistries as our full wedding planner vendor. Our wedding day was sheer perfection from start to finish, we could not have possibly asked for anything better, and it would never have come together so wonderfully without Assorted Artistries (Anika + Claire you are rockstars!). We spent months with Anika on scheduled zoom calls between the two of us on PST and her on EST time zones - she went above and beyond to accommodate our calls with our availability being three hours behind. She truly throws her entire self into her couple's vision, and is so passionate about making sure every last detail that you wish for your special day is not only secured/booked/rented but is also executed perfectly on the day itself. She connected us with many of our other stellar vendors, most of which we booked immediately because we knew right away that they too, like Anika & Assorted Artistries, were a perfect fit for our wedding plan.

Claire, Anika, and the Assorted Artistries team were phenomenal with the month of coordination for our wedding! Their seamless communication with our vendors leading up to the wedding, and the use of their stunning decor rentals were just so great. We hired them for day of coordination and for rentals, both of which exceeded our expectations. Anika provides easy to follow, comprehensive guides that not only help you plan your wedding, but become your wedding bible to ensure no single detail is missed! She was always available whenever we had questions, concerns, or to hop on a last minute vendor call. On the day of our wedding she was there basically from dawn until dusk, managing both setting up the decor we rented and running the wedding. Her team kept us on schedule, energized, and worry free throughout our day. I couldn't have asked for anything more as a type-a bride! I was able to confidently handover all of my plans and it took my breath away to see how Anika and the team brought it all to life. I felt so comfortable in her hands and really was blown away. Anika was a literal godsend at our wedding and I do not know what we would’ve done without her. She was the perfect person to balance me out as a bride and I commend her for all of her efforts. She took all of my wild and crazy ideas and we talked them through, and she executed them into a picturesque one-of-a-kind vision that all of my wedding guests are still raving about. She and her team sculpted a gorgeous cloud-like structure that took over the sweetheart table and the fireplace behind it and omg it was STUNNING. It took my breath away. Anika coordinated with several of my vendors and took the time to meet with them and give them the rundown.
Whenever I felt overwhelmed or stressed I always knew she was there. I genuinely can say that as someone who was so hesitant to add a planner to my team for a long while I’m so glad that I did because I think that my day would have been a mess without Anika and her team. Anika and her team allowed me to truly enjoy my wedding day. Wedding planning was not fun or easy for me, but I promised myself I would enjoy the day, and the major step in making that happen was hiring Anika. I hired Anika for day of coordinating services after we had found almost all our vendors but was looking for someone to physically put the day together, to keep us on task day of, and also just verify and confirm with all the vendors. The packets that Anika provided allowed for me to ask questions that I had not considered and also forced people to make decisions before the very last minute. It also made me really take a look at all the décor that I’ve been collecting for the past year and half and really give it all a purpose. For all the décor I didn’t have, I looked at the rentals that are included in the price of our package, and made all the selections I needed.
Weekend of the wedding, Anika got us all setup with the rehearsal, which was no easy task with 3 small children and wandering parents. When we got to the rehearsal, the room was almost completely set up already and it was like I had completed all the decorating myself. What I had diligently laid out in the visual plan was followed perfectly, and all the extra pieces I included were wonderfully tied in. For the best of my knowledge, there was only one real hiccup day of, but nothing that couldn’t easily be fixed. I’m sure there were others, but Anika handled it without my knowledge. I was able to truly enjoy my day because I knew that things would be taken care of without my direct participation, which is exactly what I wanted. When you work so hard pulling everything together, make all the decisions and handle a lot of big feelings from those around you, you deserve to have a peaceful day and Anika and her team can make that happen!

It’s hard to even write a review for someone who’s so incredible! Hiring Anika and her team was truly the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Anika handled all coordination with vendors the month of the wedding, ran the rehearsal, and made sure everything on our wedding day was absolutely perfect! Her and her team also did an amazing job staging. Everything was even more beautiful than I imagined. The rentals we used from them were also beautiful and really elevated the entire event. I was able to enjoy every minute of my wedding day and didn’t have a care in the world thanks to her.

There are not enough words to describe how unbelievable Anika and her entire team were throughout our wedding process. We live in Philadelphia and got married in Lake Placid, NY. Living miles and hours away from our wedding location can sometimes provide stress, but Anika and her team were relentless in their pursuit of making the planning process as smooth as possible. She is unbelievably communicative and positive in everything she does. She is organized, beyond knowledgeable and so flexible to make sure everyone is on the same page. From emails to phone calls, she goes above and beyond to get the job done and made us feel so confident going in to wedding weekend that it would be exactly what we dreamt of.

Now fast forward to the actual wedding weekend. Anika and her team were present from the rehearsal on. Making our families and friends realize from the very first moment this was going to be the best weekend of our lives. It fell nothing short of that.
