Hiring Ashley was one of the best decisions we made. There really aren't words to describe how amazing she was to work with. We had an all-star team of vendors for our wedding and Ashley was hands-down the MVP. We hired her for day-of coordination (which was SO much more than that). She was instrumental in making our wedding unforgettable—from helping us figure out how to bring some of our unusual and complicated ideas to life, to dealing with family dynamics, to making sure everything was organized and running smoothly. I could go on, and on (about her talent and professionalism, sense of humor and empathy), but all you need to know is that you should hire her stat!

I don’t even know where to start - Ashley was everything for us. I could not recommend her more strongly. A friend of mine also had Ashley has her planner and all we do is talk about her and how magical she is.

We chose Ashley’s coaching package (which was brilliant, affordable, and just the right amount of support we needed). Building a relationship with Ashley over a year and a half was a delight just in itself. I had received advice from a friend in the industry that most planners are either good at the design or good at the details; it was hard to find someone that did both. Well, Ashley did and she did both so well!

On the day of, Ashley handled some difficult logistical challenges and vendor issues with such grace and poise. She was there when we needed her, quick to run and grab us a cocktail, but wasn’t overbearing at all. Across the planning period, I found Ashley to be an amazing sounding board and line leader. She broke apart the planning process into manageable chunks. Her advice throughout was so helpful - I was a bit concerned that a planner would take over, but she always had me in the drivers seat while still pointing out challenges in some of my zanier ideas and providing encouragement for tough decisions. Those small details that my partner had no patience to discuss? She was there for all of them. She spent as much time as I wanted obsessing over a detail, but also kept the ship running.

You’ll spend a LOT of time with your wedding planner, and they’ll learn about all your nooks and crannies - the things you and your partner fight over, tough family dynamics, your wedding financials. Choose someone you’d want to spend time with. Ashley was all that and more for me and my only regret is that our wedding already happened so we can’t spend more time with her.

After months of pinning, we engaged Ashley a bit over a year out from our date. From our very first meeting, we knew she was exactly who we needed to help us wrangle our many ideas and make it all happen. We signed up for partial planning and day-of coordination and this was just the right amount of help. Always patiently and methodically going through every detail, Ashley made sure that we had everything covered over countless emails and a few multi-hour coordination sessions. She made on-point recommendations for our venue, sourced vendors essential to our design, and gave us great industry insights on the vendors we picked on our own. It was comforting that she had collaborated with pretty much everyone before.

Ashley fully encouraged us every step of the way to make the wedding our own in every way possible. While we didn't go 100% DIY we were thoughtful about every detail — sometimes excessively so! She helped us reach decisions, took our scattered ideas, identified what worked, patiently explained why, and gave us many recommendations on flowers, fabrics, lighting, and other details. Looking back at our wedding we're so proud of the creative project that it was and everyone who contributed to it.

The day goes by so quickly but it was rewarding to see everything come together. We were able to fully enjoy the day thanks to Ashley and her team. They set up all of our DIY decorations just right and packaged it back up at the end of the night just in time for our departure. She handled every surprise challenge that popped up: an un-bustled dress, unexpected demand for beer, performers who were late due to a car accident, a surplus of alcohol, and an unwelcomed engagement proposal. These things happened but we were involved only to a minimum. Ashley had it covered and the event ran on smoothly and we left at the end of the night for our after party with no worries. Our guests also had such an incredible time. Many have told us that we had one of the guest-centric weddings they had ever been to. Hospitality is in our nature and our wedding reflected that.
