Facilities and Capacity

This venue has six unique spaces and can accommodate up to 2,000 guests depending on the seating style. The Upper Convocation Center is the largest of their spaces and customizable for your event; you can choose to add a dance floor, stage or buffets to make the space unique to your special day! The Alumni Room is perfect for up to 500 guests for dinner seating, offering plenty of space for dinner tables, dance floor, and gift tables. A variety of linen colors, centerpieces, and decor options are available. The Faculty and Trustees rooms can be combined to accommodate up to 300 guests, and the Heritage Room, which overlooks Claremont Avenue, can fit up to 100 for seated dinner. Redwood Hall can accommodate up to 250, and boasts lovely hardwood features as well as plenty of windows for natural light.
