Williams on the Lake is a banquet hall-style wedding venue located in Medina, Ohio. This unique destination has picturesque waterfront views along with lush outdoor gardens and stylishly classic interiors. It is only a 45-minute drive from downtown Cleveland, making it ideal for locals and out-of-towners alike.
Facilities and Capacity
You and your partner can welcome up to 315 of your nearest and dearest here at Williams on the Lake. The venue itself is divided into two venues, the adjacent Lakeside South or Lakeside East event spaces. In the former, host your perfect ceremony experience in the courtyard or beneath a charming wedding gazebo. The inside of Lakeside South features skylights, a majestic chandelier, and a state-of-the-art audio visual system. A built-in bar rounds off a stellar list of amenities that are guaranteed to make any celebration a huge success. Lakeside East is equally as impressive with its fairytale-like Moon gate ceremony site. Here, guests can gather on a stone patio to watch you and yours exchange vows in an unforgettable display of true love. Indoors, your party is greeted with a similarly classic atmosphere with the addition of a cozy stone fireplace built into a section of the hall.

She knows how to coordinate the expected and the unexpected with such ease that any couple would be lucky to have her and Williams on the lake host their wedding.

Ally made sure everything was perfect!
Initially our coordinator was a little lax, not taking notes at our meetings and having a difficult time getting a hold of us. I plan events for work so I made sure to give her detailed notes and step by step instructions for every piece of my reception. The day before my wedding our coordinator got sick and was unable to coordinate my wedding. That's when Ally stepped up. Ally was an absolute godsend.
Ally literally made everything perfect down to how I wanted the napkins folded. She was so professional and her staff was incredible. We had several family members who were handicapped and dinner was buffet style. Ally and her staff made sure to help our handicapped relatives get their food and drinks.
Everyone raved (and are still raving) about the amazing food they had too. Saying it was delicious is an understatement!!! Everyone also loved that the staff walked around with appetizers during cocktail hour. Actually, the food was so good at Williams on the Lake that my husband and I made sure to have all of our photos done so we could enjoy cocktail hour, to visit with our guests but mainly for the amazing appetizers!!
I am so thankful for Ally and the staff at Williams on the Lake for making our wedding reception perfect.

Beautiful modern facility with the water right there. Many very scenic backgrounds are available for excellent photo opportunities. Staff is very friendly and eager to please. Have facility for outdoor or indoor ceremony right there. An excellent venue for wedding or party with great food.
