Woodside Event Center at St. Michael's

My husband and I could not have picked a better venue. Marge (our wedding day coordinator) was truly a blessing. She helped us with everything! Her and her team made our day so special and stress free! Marge helped turn our dream wedding into a reality and was very in touch with how to make our special day as perfect as possible, even with dealing with last minute changes. They set up everything and took everything down that same day and even provided us with our leftover food! Every single one of our guests told us how amazing the food was and that’s unheard of for weddings. The hall was already so beautiful we barely had to have decorations. The bar was also great at serving drinks super fast (heavy pouring too). If you need a venue don’t hesitate to check out Woodside!

Woodside Event Center was the best choice we made for our wedding! Marge, Paige, Colleen, and Joe were all so amazing!! They went above and beyond to make sure our day was the best. Marge was always willing to help us and answer any questions we had. The food reviews we read were a reason we booked Woodside and they did not disappoint. I have had so many guests from my wedding tell me the food was so good. The venue was beautiful. I would recommend Woodside to anyone.

St. Michael's Woodside event center is a fantastic venue! They deliver a top notch experience and truly are experts in the wedding field! I would recommend anyone to hold an event with them, you will not be disappointed!

Very unassuming from the outside, but do yourself a favor and step inside. Gorgeous. With amazing food! We have not one complaint!! I gave Marge very little direction and she made the entire hall absolutely perfect! She thought of every little detail!
Also... the pretzel bar was a huge hit and a perfect late night snack!

The entire Woodside staff made our wedding the talk of the century. We have been to dozens of weddings, and my wife and I chose the best parts of each wedding to incorporate to ours. We knew when we walked into Woodside and met with Marge and Mary Jane back in 2017 that this would be where we have our reception, and we signed the deposit within the first half-hour of being there. Throughout the year and a half of planning, Woodside was available for every question we had leading up to our big day. The team helped us find a decorator that they work with extensively, and they helped us with every detail from napkin color to tablecloth color to uplighting and DJ location.

When I walked in after the ceremony, I remember thinking "oh wow, this is what I had dreams of creating." By the end of the night, we had 14 or 15 couples come up to us and not only rave about the food, but we heard words like "This is the best wedding I have ever been to," and "I haven't ever tasted beef this good," and "this is the party of the century, you guys did a great job!"

Without going into immense details, we had 250 people, a DJ, cake cutting, and our ceremony was local. We had a 6 hour reception in July 2019 and we had a completely phenomenal day. Jeff, Marge and Mary Jane are dreams come true, and we wanted to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for making our day absolutely perfect. Everything was perfect. I would rival our reception against those who spent 2, 3 or even 10 times as much as we did. Thank you so much Woodside, you made our dream a reality.

St. Michael's Woodside couldn't have been a better venue for our wedding reception! The staff is so experienced and easy to work with. They make the process very simple and stress-free. They decorated the hall beautifully using a lot of their own items for the centerpieces (at my request). The event was organized, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.

Mary Jane and Marge at St. Michael's was amazing! She took care of everything we needed to make the reception everything we wanted and more! From the menu to the decorations, she was there every step of the way! The food was absolutely amazing. They even let us pick up to go dinners when tasting the food!

Mary Jane even stayed late to meet with us due to our schedules at work!

AMAZING! The food was to die for! Everyone kept talking about how nice the room looked but more importantly, how good the food tasted! They are so easy to work with and they helped make our wedding better than we dreamed of!

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Woodside. You can not beat the value of this venue. The food is incredible, the decor is stunning, and they are absolutely willing to work with a bride's personal vision. I am beyond thrilled with the service, and the accommodating nature of the employees. They allowed me to bring my wedding vision to life, and it could not have been anymore perfect. I can not stress enough about how AMAZING the food is; they have their own personal caterer business, and everyone was talking about the food for weeks after. A huge perk of Woodside is that they personally box up food for you to taste from all the different weddings they host. They literally give you two to-go boxes packed full and there is no limit to how much you taste. My guests could not stop talking about our wedding (we had 275 people); they literally all were saying how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Let me say that I am beyond relieved that I did not go with a huge fancy venue downtown as it would have cost an arm and a leg, and the food/alcohol/atmosphere would not have been even close to my expectations. My husband and I actually have enough left for a down payment on a house, as we only ended up paying around 60 per person (alcohol/food/tax); absolutely incredible. Thank you Woodside for hosting our event. I will never stop raving about it!

We are so glad we chose Woodside as our wedding venue! Mary Jane, Marge, Kathy and the rest of the staff made the planning process so easy from our first viewing until we picked up our decor the day after the wedding. Our guests kept telling us how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was which was one of the most important factors to me. They use an all inclusive pricing which was wonderful because we really knew our cost per person without any hidden or added charges. They allowed us use of any decor they currently have at no additional cost. We were able to use candles in our centerpieces which I loved. Marge even arranged the fresh flowers on our cake since we mistakenly had the cake delivered earlier than the flowers were. We couldn't have chosen a better venue for our wedding!
